If you already have a router there really isn't any information you need. Just configure the AX so that the option to distribute IP addresses is DISABLED and then connect the AX to one of the Ethernet LAN ports on the router.
For a secure wireless network you will want to enable WPA wireless encryption when you configure the AX.

You should deactivate your CS5 suite before wiping anything so that you have your activation available. This is usually done by opening one of the applications and choosing Help -> Deactivate.
You will need your serial number. If you own the disc then it should be located on the disc cover. If you registered the software then it should be available thru your Adobe account online. If neither of these work out, then you would have to contact Adobe support directly and provide sufficient evidence that you own the application to see if they will provide you with the serial number.
If you purchased an upgrade version of CS5 you will also need to have the name and serial number for the qualifying older version that you upgraded from.

Are you already using the home hub ? if so then you don't really need to do anything as the engineer installs a modem that will connect to it. He'll change the faceplate on your master socket - that's the one where the line comes into your property. then he runs some tests and drinks the cup of tea you made for him.
If you're not already using the hub - set it up before the visit (I think they'll send it to you a couple of days prior to the visit) . It comes with a handy pull out with the ID and password. And if you want, you can change these after you've got it working - you access it via your computer. If you change it then don't set it to anything that's easy to guess or identifies you or your address - good practice to keep it obscure and private!

with regards wiring you just need to think about where you need the modem and router to be (both need power) and whether you are wireless or wired - that's kind of up to you and how you like things done. If it help : both my bits are by the front door of a semi detached - imac is upstairs and wireless and laptop is in sons room also wireless, PS3 in back room also wireless - no issues at all in connection nor speed. I do sometimes use powerlines for the PS3
I think the engineer will run an extention cable for you if needed but no drilling/fixing etc... I'm guessing a bit on that and maybe someone else can advise.

If you have set this phone up, then there would not necessarily be a solution here until you have been verify with the provider that everything is provisioned correctly on their end. you need to setup a BOBJ server (eg. BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 or BO Edge 3.1) and then install the BusinessObjects integration Kit for SAP on the same machine your BOBJ server runs.
In order to build reports you can either use Crystal Reports (eg Install Crystal Report Designer 2008 V1 if you have an XI 3.1 server installed), WebIntelligence (Install the Business Objects XI 3.1 Client Tools in order to be able to build universes), BusinessObjects Voyager or XCelsius. Please note that you have to always install the BOBJ integration Kit for SAP (should be the same version as your server and client installation) on your clients AFTER you installed one or more of the above client tools.

To start off with, you will need to download iTunes. Make sure that you download the correct version, Windows, and if you have 32-bit or 64-bit. Calendar has to be handled by a supported application. That can be Outlook 2003 or 2007. Other choices include using Google calendar, MobileMe,etc. The latter allow for OTA syncing of calendar. Contacts require a supported application as well, those include Outlook 2003 or 2007, or Windows Address book in Vista, or Windows Mail in Windows 7. You also have the option as above for Google or MobileMe.
