Do you get this error for every site while publishing ?
Few things you can try :
- Create a new site ( a blank page for example ) and publish to BC , when the site is published try the one which is giving you an error.
- Check the Publish account that you are using from Edit > Preferences > Publish
- Check if you can login to site admin of any existing site published to BC.

Donis, Are you trying to regisiter on the ePrintCenter? You are able to print directly from the iPad using AirPrint as long as both devices are connected on the same wireless network.
Could you let me know what printer you are using?

What is error 403 when trying to set up iCloud on my iPhone under settings-iCloud?

I already added my Apple ID on my phone but when trying to open my iCloud account it asks me for my Apple ID and when I enter it it says error 403, you need to know the phone it is already activated so I am not on the first setup menu. Please help...

I found the Problem!
I installed the cloud on my MBP and after ist on the iMAC.
I choosed "remember my password" (sorry I don´t know how it´s called in english).
After installing CS6, ... on my MBP I just shut down the Airport an closed Safari.
The Adobe Cleaner Tool didn´t work, and ther was no Cloud to remove in this tool.
But than I tried the cloud again on my MBP, there it works.
I just logged out from the Cloud.
And now it works on the iMAC.
So, you just have to log out on creative.adobe.com than it works.

Does anyone know what the "stopped (err = 403)" means

Seriously, someone must know what this error 403 is. I'm trying to download the Apple iPhone Development videos and on almost all of them I get a "stopped (err = 403)" is there anyway to fix this?

403 forbidden in Mac App Store

So I upgraded my imac 2.66ghz intel core 2 duo, 4gb ram to snow leopard 10.6.7 so that I can facetime with my relatives. Everything went smoothly with the OS install. Opened the new mac app store and bought facetime. when I click install in the mac app store i get "the application could not be downloaded, the server gave an error during download : 403 forbidden." i've tried multiple fixes including using another apple id... same error message, tried deleting some plist files that have been the issue with other people with the same issue... to no avail. Tried getting some support from apple and they want $50 dollars for a one time support call. No thank you .... does anybody have any clue what is going on here?

It's a shame that Apple doesn't understand what their own 403 error means, and that the 403 error doesn't provide any more information.
What this error means is that you have exceeded the "download cap" that your Internet Service Provider has set for you. You have gone over your allowed download usage. Some ISP's will limit you to a certain MB size per download.
This is an ISP problem, not an Apple problem. Talk to your ISP.

Ical - I somehow accidentally loaded a huge calendar of events from an org

Not at all sure how / why this happened,
but I clicked on an event in an art organization's calendar (just to see the even info)
and >yikes!< ALL of their events were added to my iCal calendar.
I started to delete each of them, but then got many consecutive pop-up "403" errors (server not responding?). I still thought I had all deleted last night but today, they've all returned.
How do I return to my NORMAL calendar?
What is a "403" message?
What did I do so that I can avoid doing that in the future?

More info on my dilemna. Staff at that org told me that it was one of the new "features" available from the organization to add their stuff to a calendar.
Something I clicked on downloaded a plug-in allowing their calendar to download. She said that if I would "disable sync with 3rd party programs", I should be fine.
