What is a Creative Cloud membership?

I am trying to use a trial version of Lightroom, I think it is LR 6. At the top of my initial window it says by creative cloud trial has expired. I think I signed up for such a trial months ago, but never used anything. Can I get a new trial for Creative Cloud? How do I find out what it really is? I do have ipads and would like to put some photos on them, and also to occasionally put image files on my ipads and then be able to enhance them using Lightroom on my desktop.

What does my Creative Cloud membership actually give me?

I am utterly confused. I purchased a one year Creative Cloud (Photography) one year pre-paid membership. It was my understanding that this meant a one-year license for Lightroom and Photoshop. However in using the Creative Cloud app (OSX 10.10.2) I was only able to download 30-day trials of both these products. When I click on the Creative Cloud app it tells me I have a number of days left in for my trial versions. So what is the annual subscription for? I have looked and looked throughout the Adobe site and can find nothing useful. I am trying to like Adobe but gee, this is so frustrating. Any help would much appreciated in helping me understand what I have actually purchased for AUD120.

You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat

Those are two separate monthly subscriptions to individual apps allowing you to cancel at any time. It's the most expensive but the most flexible way of subscribing.
Creative Cloud is a collective term for a subscription to the entire Master Collection of apps plus all the extra products and services which come with the entire Cloud membership. http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/creativecloud/tools.html
If you definitely only want one app then a standalone subscription is the way to go.
If you want at least two apps, then a yearly Cloud membership is cheaper overall.
Which country are you in? Cloud memberships are not available in all countries.

I am having extreme difficulty in trying to build a website applicable to the 5 websites offered within Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have been told by Adobe Support options that Creative Cloud Membership does not offer hosting for any websites despite what I read of the 5 websites being offered in the Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have a year memership and when I call support no one so far can answer me on how to utilize these 5 websites hosting. No one knows anything about these 5 websites offered in the ad! Frankly Adobe Support is some of the worst support I have ever seen. They do have a few shining stars and some do have good experiences. (I have had good and bad) and I will add Business Catalyst Support is top notch and is also separate from regular Adobe Support.

MPEG-2 codecs missing from Adobe Media Encoder CS6 installed with Creative Cloud Membership

Some people who have downloaded Adobe Media Encoder with Premiere Pro CS6 as part of a Creative Cloud Membership subscription have a problem in which the MPEG2, MPEG2-DVD, MPEG2-Blu-ray, Dolby Digital, & MXF OP1a codecs are missing.

It's true. We reached the conclusion that the version CS6 is inferior, a step back, than 5 or 5.5. What's good about it, is the Audution CS6, which is a great replacement for the flawed Audition CS5 accompanying Suite 5.5. You can almost forget the Soundbooth ... Soundbooth ... hmmm, better not comment, but anyway, the most polite thing that i can say it, is that it is a demonstration of how a company decides that its users are not able to think and not able to learn or understants anything. Anything else that i want to say about Soundbooth can not be written here ....
Adobe has demonstrates this development cicle along all this years. The products takes an uphill curve of development, and suddenly, goes back, showing wrong decisions was taken. So after some time , the products starts to evolve again . CS6 shows this stop evolving point. Now we have to wait untill new uphill curve of development starts again.
Well, but like their predecessors AA CS6 still not are good enough to dispense Audition 3, but it is a good outcome for the Suite CS5.5 Audition at least was a sign of improvement in this Creative Suite CS6
Many of the features and effects that have been deliberately taken out of version 5, now returned in 6, (some) showing that at Adobe at least recognizes when misses badly. But the optimal effects panel of AA3 did not return, some effects of AA3 as fade in and fade out did not come back in AA 6, the optimum VST support of AA3 to not are present in AA6 like many VST we have here that was expensive, you do not work in 6, thus, by these and other reasons we can still not dispense AA3.
Maybe in CS7 we users cam be satisfied.

Why are photoshop elements and premiere elements not included in the 50 euro per month creative cloud membership? I thought this fee would entitle you to use all Adobe programs.

In my catalog, updating account info from expired trial to current Creative Cloud membership

When I started a trial membership, I opened a catalog on my external hard drive. Last night I was able to upload new photos to this catalog, but when I went to move to the Develop module, I got an error message that says "Develop Module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop module." I started a Creative Cloud membership a couple of weeks ago-- and just got an email that payment for this month was received.. So what should I do?

I had the problem about not being able to launch LR after updating to LR 5.5 on one computer and LR 5.6 on another computer and had to clear out my SLCache folder to get it to work, again.

Full Creative Cloud membership apps start as trials?

I have a new, fully-paid Creative Cloud membership, converted from a prior Creative Cloud month-to-month single app membership.
And I've built a new box, exclusively for Creative Cloud apps and primarily video processing using Premier Pro CC.
Using Adobe Application Manager ( Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager -- which installs as Creative Cloud ) I've consolidated my CS single-use apps on two other computers and have installed Premier Pro CC on the new, Creative Cloud-only box.
So, after Premier Pro CC is installed, the Creative Cloud front end offers "Begin Trial" as the only way to start Premier Pro.
What gives? If I have a fully-paid CC membership, why am I being offered a "Trial" and am I going to be asked to "Buy" Premiere Pro CC when the trial's over?

What else is included? When I open the Creative C;oud App, it lists a slew of other Apps, like Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Elements....I Also get emails from Adobe saying
"New benefits added to your Creative Cloud membership" and listing apps like Adobe Brush CC, Adobe Shape CC and others. Are these Apps part of my package or is there an additional charge should I try to install them. How can one tell?
