Does Anyone know what is inside that .ipa file? is it just the N45Ap.Plist file will the reconizations true and not false?

That is a Mac disk image file, it's not for use on Windows. Opening a disk image file on OS X will mount a virtual disk on the Desktop. It's commonly used to deliver software installers for Mac programs. For instance a Mac user downloads and installs iTunes in such a file.

Have you updated 12 to the 12.1 Update using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so.
If you are referring to that red stem with the blue head at the Timeline level in the Expert workspace, that is indeed the Timeline Indicator (also referred to as CTI).
To be ruled in or out at the onset...whether or not you see an orange line over the Timeline content that you are attempting to preview?
If you (manually) or the project (automatically) have set the correct project preset, there should be no colored line
of the source video when it is first dragged to the Timeline. That is the program telling you that you are getting
the best possible preview. If orange, you are not and need to "Render" the Timeline content to get the best possible preview.
Does this "Timeline Rendering" factor apply to your situation?
If you are getting the best possible preview, we still need to know the properties of your source media ---
video compression
audio compression
frame size
frame rate
interlaced or progressive
pixel aspect ratio
Often the above can be gathered from knowing brand/model/settings for the camera that recorded the video.
Also are you observing this behavior if you start a new project or use different source media, such as, stills or videos
recorded with a different format?
Let us start here and then decide what next.

What is a *.dmg file? I am showing one in my Finder called ABEIDSNCS4_LS1.dmg and it's an image file. My concern is that the size is 1.16 GB. What could this be and can I delete it?
Thank you..dmg files are Disk Images. Basically they act like a separate volume on a hard drive. Often when you download an application from the Internet it comes on a disk image file. Once you have run the installer, you can delete them by dragging them to the Trash and emptying the Trash. Another way would be to hold down the control key on your keyboard when you click on the .dmg file and select Move to Trash from the menu that appears. Again you'll want to empty it.

I bought and transfer mac application (fxpansion Tremor) to ipod touch. Double tap dmg file in FileApp brings up unknown filetype dialog. What app processes dmg files to install them?
an ipod touch supports all files types which its apps supportthanks, it's good to get a reply, but why do you keep going on about windows? Agreed, there is no mention that Tremor runs on iOS. So far this is the only reason given that it cannot run on iOS. You can read and I can read.
By putting the question to the community I was hoping for something like: the app you want is here-link, or the app you want cannot be written because technical-reason.
From a words point of view it would seem to be open for any ios developer to support DMG files. -

There isn't an SMTP server for Greece - it is either provided by your email provider, or the Internet provider you are connected through. -

Firefox has remberd a password to a website ... chessatwork and I get loged in to my main page and when I click on any link it takes me right back to my log in page, where it has it stored.... password and user name,,, whats up and how do I turn that off? chessatwork has ran great for me for many yrs, then one day I down loaded firefox and went to play chess on this site chessatwork.com, well the window popped up asking to remember the log in and pass word and so I said ok, and it did, but now when I click log in and I go to my main page (home) and click on any link, say to play game I return right back to log in

I downloaded a file from Apple, Support and it downloaded as a .pdf file.(http://support.apple.com/manuals/#powermac - item # 38 (4th page 8th item down).
I want to cut & paste that .pdf into an AppleWorks 6.2.9 word processing document. Using the select All option, so as to highlight the material on the page - I'm not allowed this option(it doesn't do it, thus I can't copy the document and paste it. It's a 7 MB download.

Using a Mac with Firefox:
1) Click the manual you want to download. Firefox will ask if you want to open or save the document.
2) Choose Save and select a location to save the manual.
The option/process 1) didn't take place - It simply went directly to the window showing that the download was taking place and that window shows what is being D/L and a progress bar.
In the preference options -->General I have selected "Save files to: Desktop". I have not selected /√ "Show the Downloads window when downloading a file", however, that is exactly what happens.

I have two graphics workers on osx 8. They are both complaining that their files are changing label colors on it own. Any idea what could cause this?

I only have 300 pictures and 2 videos, only 50 songs, I always clear my data and cookies, and history on safari, and I always delete my texting and imessaging conversations, and I clear my calling history. I also redownloaded all my apps BUT I still have 6GB "other" that is taking up space and I don't know what it is and what to do to get more memory space since I only have an 8GB phone. Also I updated my phone to, I think verison iOS 6.0.1, about 4 or 5 months ago, and I think that's when I started getting so much of my memory taking up by "other". There is another software update iOS 6.1.3 but if I were to update would that take even more room? Or is that the solution? Because I can't really do much on ly phone because I don't have enough memory space. Please help me get more memory space on my phone. And hopefully someone knows what went wrong, what's taking up 6GB of memory space, and how to fix it. Help me! Thnx

After burning a successful DVD in iDVD out of FCPX, how can I see the settings it used?
So I finally burned a DVD out of a Apple Pro Res file into iDVD in PAL format. My question now is how can I find out what the exact burn properties were so that I can apply the same burn properties to a project in Compressor 4?
Is it possible to see what iDVD did?I don't know any way you can interrogate iDVD to reveal settings to the extent that you can in a Compressor project. What you could do is open up the show's VOB in MPEG STreamclip, go to File and Reveal Stream Information; that will at least give you some rudimentary info like average bit rate. Perhaps someone, with more iDVD experience, can chime in here.
The broader question is why use Compressor at all if your current workflow is doing the job to your satisfaction?
The value of Compressor is that it gives you control over the many parameters that affect size quality. and playability. The Compressor presets can give you a starting point for DVD delivery, Web, etc. From those presets, people typically experiment by adjusting the parameters until they get the desired results for their specific show. It's a little bit science and a little bit art. After experimenting, you may be able to get slightly better quality for the project you've successfully burned in iDVD by using Compressor and something likeToast…or maybe not.
