What is a "Plus" member and how do I become one?

I recently opened a project in Premier Elements 10. It is a project I have used and reused over the last three years. When I opened it, I found out that the theme I used, Picture Cube, is now considered only for Plus Members and it will not load. I contacted Adobe Chat and asked how I can upgrade to Plus, and the guy on the other end claimed he couldn't help me. I wanted to pay money and he wouln't hook me up.
Does anybody know how I can gain access to a theme that I thought I could use forever or how to become a "Plus" member or what my options are now? I feel so stabbed in the back right now.

Photoshop.com was discontinued for versions later than version 10. All the menus tagged photoshop.com plus members only are no longer available free or otherwise from within Premiere Elements versions 10 and earlier.
All is not lost but it come with consequences. Old Photoshop.com plus membership appears to be non existent. So much for that route to the menu of interest.
However, Adobe now has essentially all those photoshop.com plus members menus included as part of Premiere Elements 11 and 12, not strings like photoshop.com plus membership.
If that is acceptable to you, you could look at the Premiere Elements 12 tryout from Adobe to see if this latest version is compatible in your computer environment and has features that you require.

You're not obligated to insert a gift code. But you can purchase gift codes on the Apple online store (gift cards or certificates) or Apple Retail store
Gift codes are pre paid cards so you can use credit on the iTunes Store to purchase content

You can see what's in iCloud collectively at settings > iCloud > storage & back up > manage.... You can only edit the data through the appropriate app (contacts, calendars etc)
For problems with 3rd party apps, contact the developer.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

I had been getting this all morning and checked other messages from the community. THe one which worked was trying a different brand of disc.

The optics might be dirty. Try running a cleaning CD through it and see if that makes a difference.
If not, it will have to be replace.
