U can set the schedule lines to be generated automatically during MRP via source list.
1.First create info record & scheduling agreement for a material.
2.Then create soucre list and assign tge scheduling agreement And assign the "source list usage MRP'' =2 (Record relevant to MRP. Sched. lines generated automatically) at ME01.
3. Set Schedule lines indicator in the initial screen of the planning run
Based on the demand system will create delivery schedules for a material.

Hi,
Schedule Line Item Data provides information about the header data of a purchasing document, such as vendor, purchasing organization, order currency, the item data such as material, purchase order quantity, order unit, net price, and the purchasing document delivery schedule lines, such as schedule line number, delivery date, schedule line quantity, value of schedule line quantity.
Item Line denotes the products or materials description for a Sales Order or Invoice such as Qty, Price and other details will be stored in the ITM.
Schedule line contains the above product or materials delivery details. Lets say the customer has asked for 1000 X product and he may ask or the company send that 1000 in 3 or 4 schedules and these information will be stored in the SCL.Not all the deliveries needs SCL.it is the division of an item in a sales document according to date and quantity.
For example, if the total quantity of an item can only be delivered in four partial deliveries, the system creates four schedule lines and determines the appropriate quantities and delivery dates for each schedule line.

Order schedule line

Hi experts,
I am going through some documents and couldnot understand somethings..Can anyone share their knowledge about these things..
1.In our BI,we have two multiproviders..one for 'Orders' and one for 'Order Schedule Line'.......I know the thought behind Order as it contains data about sales orders...what is 'order schedule line' ....?
2.In our infopackages,we have 'repair' infopackage ...in that we have selections on only one characteristic called OrderNumber....what will be the purpose where we go for Repair infopackage...?

Purchase orders -if your company is buying- and Sales orders -if your company is selling- are usually fulfilled by one or more shipments or deliveries, when goods or services are brought to the customer. Every planned activity of delivery is represented as a schedule line (for instance, your company buys 100 chairs and arranges that 50 will be delivered at the end of month and that the remaining quantity will be delivered next month; you have two schedule line items).
On the other hand, full repair InfoPackages are meant to correct erroneous or missing data when delta initializations have already been done (if you run a regular full load into an ODS where delta has already been initialized, the activation will fail).
It is important to use full repair requests in DataStores configured in Overwrite mode. Otherwise, you should use selective deletion in order to avoid duplicate records.

What is the link between schedule lines and delivery document item level

Can any one please explain me what is the link between the schedule lines of the order/scheduling agreement and the item level of the delivery.
Is there any link between VBEP and LIPS ?

Most of the item level data in delivery doc is copied from Schedlue lines in Sales order for eg delivery date
So u may say that schedule line in sales order becomes the line item in Subsequent doc that is in Delivery doc .
The table u are talking about i.e VBEP is related to sales doc and it contain data for Schedule line in sales order and the other table i.e LIPS give the delivry doc related data at item level.

AT is the schedule line category used for inquiry.
As per SAP standard every sales document is divided into 3 levels header---item-schedule line.....as per requirement we can control these levels..
So as a part of sales document Inquiry is also divided into 3 levels even the 3rd level i.e .schedule is not used for inquiry.

A sales order can have one or multiple line items. As far as schedule line is concerned it can be defined as under:
Schedule line - A division of item with respect to delivery date and delivery quantity.
For a sales order item if there is no schedule line then that item cannot be delivered. When you create the sales order, double click on the line item and go to schedule line. Here for that item you will see details like delivery date, order qty, rounded qty, confirmed qty, delivered qty. While you create a sales order if for a particuler item there is no entry in the conirmed qty column then this sales order cannot be delivered.
Mulitple schdule lines:
Suppose a line item is having order qty as 20. Today there is stock of only 10. Remaining 10 pc will come into stock on 12/09/2007. So the system will determine 2 schedule lines as under:
07/09/2007 20 20 10
12/09/2007 --- --- 10
The 10 pc will be confirmed for today and the remaining 10 for 12/09/2007. This can happen for all items in the sales order.
Unless and until the schedule line is determined the delivery cannot be delivered.

What is the direct link between Schedule Line item and Delivery line item?

Hi SAP SD Gurus,
The question is simple. I would like to calculate the Open order quantity for a particular month based on the Schedule Line Date.
I am taking all the Schedule lines falling below the running date of the month and sum up that and look for the deliveries happened for that Schedule lines.
I am unable to link that Schedule line with that Delivery line item.
The only link is Schedule Line Number in VBEP table which is not available in LIPS. I would like sum up the Schdule line Quantities and Subtract the sum of the Delivery quantities which will give me the Open orders for the particular day of the month.
Can anyone help me to link this VBEP table to LIPS table to connect the Schedule line number with the Delivery line item?

I am aware of the Functional Modules.
I wanted to know for this Schedule Line, this is Delivery document created.
Where in SAP through Tables it is linked? Because, I need to source the Tables to calulate the open orders by way of external report through Business Object.
The table link from VBEP to LIPS is not directly linked. It is linked from Sales order line item level. Because we are capturing all the Sales order Line tiems through the Delivery Status which is not equalled to C. But if there are partial deliveries against the Scheuld Line item level, we need to identify. The only common joint should be Scheldule line number which is not available in LIPS.
If we are developing report inside SAP, we can use the said Functional Modules to capture through Structures VBEPD. Since it is a external reporting , we need to give correct tables and the joints. Hence I am looking for any other way to solve this.

Schedule line Category is used to provide different control options for the items throughout the sales process. By defining a schedule line category, we
determine which schedule lines are actually relevant for Delivery. We must activate the relevant delivery indicator if we want the goods to be physically delivered.
We can activate a delivery block in the schedule line category, this block is then automatically set at the
schedule line level in the sales document.
In the schedule line category we set the movement type to control which changes to quantities and values are posted to inventory accounting.

Using SQVI to generate report of open and released delivery schedule lines

All,
I'm using SQVI to generate an excel spreadsheet for some buyers to show open released schedule lines because they are a 1 line item per scheduling agreement company.
I used the logical database MEPOLDB instead of a table joint and pulled fields from EKKO(vendor, SA #,&purchasing group), EKPO(Material Number), EKEH(schedule line type), and EKET(delivery date, scheduled qty,previous qty).
Does this sound like I'll get the results I want on paper as long as I use the right selection criteria, because the report I'm getting isn't quite what I expect? I am unable to identify which lines are authorized to ship vs. trade-off zone, planning, etc. in the report thus far.

I have faced same requirement. I am not sure about transporting to TST and PROD. I done by this way.
After generating SQVI program in DEV , I assigned that program to a transaction and tested in DEV. Later i have regenarated SQVI in Production. then I assigned the generated Program to same transaction in DEV. And transported the Tcode assignment of program to Production..
About authorization , if its not sensitive report, BASIS can restrict at transaction level.

How to put schedule lines for one year in a schedule line agreement

dear all
thanks for the support till now from the forum
now i need some seetings by which the scheduling agreement will autoumatically take the schedule line for one year automatically
in my client we are getting open PO so
we have to make one agreement acording to that PO and thats for one year
and this one yr will have same quantity to be produced everyday
means 12nos of material every day for 12 month and this will be for every day
and as per that it should generate a sales order.i need to put schedule line automatically not mannually one by one for each date.so wat is the settingand how to reffer this scheduling agreement we can produce sales order.

Dear Subrat,
you cannot create a yearly schedule line in the scheduling agreement. It is not possible due to format restrictions of the date field. But what you can do is the follows (it is the modification, but it should work with the help of user-exits):
1. You can split the year schedule line to the monthly schedule lines. There are two ways to do it. If you apply the DELINS IDOC, then you can do it already during transfer of the data to the application (itr is the best way). Here you can use, for example, user-exit USEREXIT_ZUORDNEN_IDOCS (include LVED4FZZ) or customer function EXIT_SAPLVED4_002, called from the subroutine USEREXIT_DYNPRO (Include LVED4F0U). Alternatively, you can use the user-exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP (Include MV45AFZZ) within the call transaction, then it will work also in the dialog case.
2. After getting the monthly schedule lines, you can create a planning delivery schedule, where you can split mothly schedule lines automatically to daily schedule lines according to the customer factory calender.The settings for generation of planning delivery schedules can be found under:
Customizing SPRO: Sales and Distribution => Sales => Sales Documents => Scheduling Agreements with Delivery schedules => Maintain Planning Delivery Sched. Instruct./Splitting Rules
It is the only ways, how you can reach your aim. I hope, this information will help you further.

Link Sales Order Schedule Lines to Delivery

Hi we have a custom report we use to gather all the inventory information, as well as open orders and deliveries. We are running in to a a bit of a snafu when it comes to the order's schedule lines. It seems we can not find a good link between the delivery and order's schedule line for the sales order item. Any one got some thoughts? Thanks.

The link are there in standard tables.
Depending on the types of information that you want to gather from Sales Schedule Line, you can use the below logic:
1. Give your program selection screen for VBAK-VBELN (optional), VBAK-AUART (optional), VBAK-VKORG (mandatory) and VBAK-AUDAT (mandatory). Give as much selection possible to narrow down the search and so that the program can run more efficiently.
2. Based on selection screen input + VBAK-VBTYP = C, get all VBAK-VBELN.
3. Where VBAP-VBELN = VBAK-VBELN, get all VBAP-POSNR, and for information at Sales Line Item, get all respective VBAP-MATNR, VBAP-KWMENG and respective VBAP-MEINS, VBAP-WERKS and VBAP-NETWR. Store in Z-table.
4. Where VBEP-VBELN = VBAP-VBELN, VBEP-POSNR = VBAP-POSNR and VBEP-ETTYP = XX (Schedule Line Type - you do not want to retrieve all types. Name only a few.), get all VBEP-EDATU, VBEP-VBEP, VBEP-BMENG and VBEP-LMENG. Not forgetting also VBEP-WADAT if u require. For 3rd Party Sales, Requisition number can be obtained from VBEP-BANFN.
5. Where all data are obtained, populate in ALV for respective Sales Order and group accordingly. ABAP will know what to do.
6. Where LIPS-VGBEL = VBEP-VBELN and LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR, get all LIPS-VBELN.
7. Then gather all your required fields in LIKP and LIPS table accordingly.

Schedule Line(Delivery Schedule) generation stopped

Dear Experts,
We are using Scheduling Agreeements to procure materials from Vendor.We are using MRP(type PD) to generate our requirements.We have noticed that ,for a Schedule Agreement- MRP generates Delivery Schedules accordingly,but if user will try to interven the process by entering a manual schedule line with some quantity,and Fix Indicator is getting fixed,after that MRP is not able to generate Schedule Lines,henceforth.
We had done the same things earlier,but MRP was able to generate Schedule Lines even after manual intervention by user.We have not maintained Fix indicator in Source List also and the particular material and the Agreement both have been marked as MRP relevant against that Vendor in Source List.
If we will remove the open delivery schedules having Fix indicator fixed ,after that we run MRP,then the Schedule Lines are getting generated,but for those Schedule Lines(Manual or thorough MRP) having Fixed Indicator fixed and have GRN transaction completed,we would not be able to delete those and also MRP will not be able to generate Delivery Schedules.Please advice what is the reason behind this and share the full concept of Fixed Indicator against the same?

It looks we encountered very similar problem,one item line in our Scheduling Agreeements can't be driven by MRP MD02/MD41,but if we add another same line item under this SA, this new line can be driven by MD02,and generated delivery schedule line.
I don't know why. Please give me some light! Thanks!

The money value of the schedule lines released during each MRP run to be captured and to be kept and compared against the reciepts.
This will help the business to ascertain the total inventory value they are going to inward and the inventory level can end up

here he talks about what is the real motive for changing R mode to X mode .
So but this notes does an undo operation for the same .
We need to re do the same again in start routine if we want to maintain the deleted records . Also search the OSS by giving the data source name & record mode R , then you will also get the original problem in extractors with R mode .
