What is an error 145, I get it when I try to open a website previously on.

I was on a web site zipperstop.com yesterday, walked away from the computer for a couple hours. Now when I try to go to that website I bet a message "error 145" and the website crashed.

It seems to be enough to create empty folders at “/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk” and “/System/Library/Java/Support/Deploy.bundle”, to make Illustrator use Jave SE 8 as it should.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but at the end of installation there were erros. See attached screen shot. I now cannot open the application. error code 10810 comes up when I try to open.

Unfortunately previous advice of using CCS cleaner tool, and suggestions from links for 1) "exit code 6 and 7" and 2) "Troubleshoot instal logs" did not work at all. So I am desparate to fix this because I have spent a lot of money purchasing Photoshop CS6 but have no functioning program. Surely Adobe can help solve this problem with installing, or else it means a lot of money spent on Photoshop CS6 for nothing. I am appealing directly to Adobe to help because I have come to the end of my options. I thank the forum for their suggestions but so far the solution for this specific "Language Pack installation failure" problem is missing. Thank you.

I wouldn't think this was a firewall problem - they tend to be better behaved than this. Before installing the new drivers, uninstall all the driver software, restart your computer and then attempt the install. If this doesn't work, uninstall all NI software - including LV - run a register cleaner like CCleaner, restart and reinstall everything. It THIS doesn't work, it's time to be talking to NI directly.

I get - chosen to open a default.aspx - when I try to open a website

When I open a website I get "you have chosen to open default.aspx which is a aspx.File from www.coldwatercreek.com.
What should firefox do with this file. This happened after the update to 4.0. I can open the site in Internet Explorer.

There was a LONG discussion on the forum 4 months ago about this exact issue and it was affect Shaw customers. You can see it at [/questions/976504]. However, cor-el mentioned a fix that worked for users and it said:
Make sure to reset the security.tls.version.max pref to 1 if you have previously changed this pref to 0 to disable TLS 1.0
Can you see if that helps?

I updated to Version 4.0 and the disk won't go away. It's like I have to reinstall the application every time I open it now. Plus, it seems to get stuck when I try to open it. HELP!

Thank you for responding. Nothing actually worked! After reading the posts online, I called Apple. They indicated they have seen problems with some software after their upgrades. The technician was able to fix the problem on my computer remotely, but I have no clue what he did! But, it was definitely related to their recent upgrade to my computer.
