What is considered a "second download"
I downloaded CS5 on my laptop but soon after, my laptop crashed and had to be sent off to be put back to factory settings. This made me lose EVERYTHING. I am looking to redownload CS5 on the same device but I want to know if it will be considered my "second download" that I'm allowed or if it will still be only my first initial download since it is on the same device. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
The number of times you download is not a factor. The limit of two relates to the number of installations that you can have activated at a given time with a single user license.
Since you probably were not able to deactivate CS5 before you lost the installation, you might want to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations. That way you will still have two available. If you don't, you will use the second one you have and not have an extra to use on another machine.

I have a 2.66ghz dual core Mac Pro with high speed broadband (cable), yet my downloads seem to take a long time. For example, I just downloaded an 8mb file that took 4 minutes.
It may have more to do with the sites from which you are downloading. I've downloaded files from some sites that average 4-500 KB/sec (Apple's) while others creep along at less than 10 KB/sec. Try downloading a file from Apple's download site. If you still have a problem there's not much you can try. You can download TinkerTool System and use it to change the TCP parameters to optimize them for faster bandwidth. In Network preferences you can turn off IPv6, check to be sure you are set to use DHCP. If you have entered any domain names in the Domains list box you should remove them. Contact your ISP and find out if they are using a custom MTU. If they are then you can change the MTU to match the one they use. Other than that there's little else to do. The fact that the bandwidth test shows your pipe is working at a good speed doesn't suggest there is any problem with the computer. That means it could be your router or cable modem. You can have the cable company check your modem as well as your cable signal strength and noise. You can temporarily remove the router and connect directly to the modem.

I have no idea what my pocket has apparently downloaded today while I was at work but I now can't here any tones on my iPhone 4...has this happened to anyone ive tried restarting it and it worked for a second then a thing popped up on my screen and nothing again
Ok mate no need to talk to me like im a complete idiot, and no it is not on silent im not that stupid. There is a message pop up on my screen saying 'this accessory is not optimized for this iPhone' and underneith 'you may experience noise caused by cellular interference and a decrease in cellular signal strength' and under that only one option to press which says dismiss. I cant find anything in my settings or applications and have tried resetting my phone 3 times and still nothing only plays ringtones ever now and then wont play music from ipod, youtube or other applications.

I have what I consider the best smart phone. I recently upgraded my PC from Windows Vista to Windows 8 and my Itunes went away. Did I do something wrong or aren't the two compatible?
If the update did not preserve all your Applications you may simply have to download iTunes again and instrall it on Windows 8.

Further to the other points, what you might want to do is
- first, make sure your daughter does not know your password, and change it if you suspect she does;
- second, turn off in-app purchases, and set your iPhone/iPad to require a password on every purchase. See this article:

Good news, you'll need absolutely nothing for this. That's because .exe files will not run on OS X. An option to consider would be to install VCP7 if you need to run Windows apps on your Mac.

If your printer is AirPrint compatible and you printer and iPad are on the same WiFi network, all that you have to do is to tap on the arrow icon in any app that you can print from and select Print from the window that pops up and this will pop up.

Repair your Apple software update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
