I am using Z10, the OS version is 10.3.0.908 is this the latest FW for Z10 at this time (21-Apr-2015)??

Hi Guys,
I use a Z10 which has firmware version 10.2.0.429 running. It's provided by A1, a cell phone operator in Austria. In the deepness of the internet I found hints on a newer version called 10.2.1.* which has a runtime environment for Android to run Android Apps.
However, when I press the Update Button on my Phone, it says it's the actual version. But I am not sure if my cell phone provider is sleeping or BB has not launched it officially. My Question:
What is the officially launched, latest release version of BB OS for Z10 and if it is not 10.2.1.*, when would be the launch date for dhis release?

As of today, 10.2.0.xxx is the latest officially released OS for the BlackBerry10 models.
The 10.2.1.xxx OS is not official yet.
No one here knows the official release dates, although rumors are this month... unconfirmed rumors.

How do I know what the current printer firmware is?

I have an HP Lazerjet 2055dn. Its firmware version is V.37.12.IR6498.
My question is, how can I tell if this is the current version? Is there some sort of resource on the HP support pages that says what the current version is?

What is the Current Release of P6?

What is the most current release of P6? Currently I'm using P6 Release 6.2.1 SP4. I have seen Release 8.2 in some forums as well as a new release mention of 9.1? My company intends to upgrade to the most current release from what we have now (6.2.1 SP4). Are there any issues jumping from 6.2.1 sp4 to 6.8.2 or whatever is the most current? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

I believe Release 8.2 can only read databases created using 8.0 and above. That is a major flaw if you're trying to connect to a database containing several projects. The only workaround would be to export the projects from the old databse and then import the projects back to the new database.
By the way, the version as are follows:
P6 version 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, etc
P6 version 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 etc
P6 version 8.0, 8.1, 8.2

I want to create a "batch file" that will copy files from one folder into another, overwriting what is currently in there.

I've got a game that has a folder with Saved Games (Okay, it's Minecraft). I don't always have my external drives because I take my Mac Mini from my house to my friend's house and of course back after we finish playing.
There are times where I want a back up so that if something happens we can restore it as easily as possible.
What I've been doing is copying the particular saved game and pasting it to my desktop, replacing the new backup over the old backup. I'd like to be able to create a "batch file" so that I can just double-click on it and it will copy and paste overwriting the old version.
Since this is being automated I've been thinking. It would be nice to have 10 backups which I would like to have numbered from 1 to 10 (and not 0 to 9).
I'd like the batch file to delete backup 10 then rename backup 9 to 10 and 8 to 9 and so forth until backup 1 becomes backup 2 and then my live copy then gets copied to my desktop. I guess that one really doesn't need a number after it. It can have the exact same name.
Don't worry about automating the restore. I just want the backup part of it automated. I'm not a UNIX guy but I've tried to figure it out and it is just not working. So ... if someone out there can reply with a solution for me that would be great.
Extra credit for automatically compressing the backups with the built in compression utility so my backups use less space.

That is possible. An adjustment layer must be over a layer. The layer that it is over can have its visibility off but there needs to at least two layers in your (adjustment_layer.psd) file. For you can not have and adjustment layer without a layer to adjust.
Are all your PSD file the same in size x px by y px at z DPI?
It would be easy to create an action just to add the adjustment layer you want if your (adjustment_layer.psd) file adjustment layer, layer mask is a reveal all or hide all mask. You can Batch the action or use the Image processor script and have it include your action that add the adjustment layer you do not need to write a script.
I would also record that action to add the adjustment layer clipped to the layer below. There is a bug in CS4 and CS5 Action Player. Actions that have recorded adding adjustment layers to be applied to all layers below may play incorrectly. You will have to pay to get a fix for this bug for Adobe is not going to apply a fix the the current releases of Photoshop. The bug is so far slated to be fixed in CS6 time will tell.

Changelogs are considered confidential information by Nokia. You'll not see an official document reporting the changes made. What you might see is leaked documents on some websites, and you have to take those with a pinch of salt.

What is current version of Ilustrator for Mac.

I have 17.0.2 installed. I see references here of 17.1. In my user folder "Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0/Data/AdobeIllustrator17-mul/17.3" I see this.
The CC app is so screwed up you never know for sure what the current version of software is.
This morning I find a 14.2 update for PS, a 9.2 undate for ID but no update for IL.
So what is the current version version of IL.

trying to include popup windows in a site, and with IE7 (or
whatever the newest version of IE is ..the firefox lookalike) the
popups are not working at all, I have gone out a gotten other
sample popup scripts and I encountering the same problem, which is

Is this a problem with just IE7 or am i completely missing

I have applied several different release levels to version 6 of FF but all the about feature tells me is Version 6.0. no version! This seems to be a change in the way updates are handled. Is that a bending because of the speed of which you're pushing out updates and new releases?

Nope, I never used Chrome, but I did try Chromium on my Windows desktop PC for a few months last year. I got tired of the Google updater. exe running all the time and Google's method of doing updates, so it's gone. I do have Chromium on my Linux EeePC since last summer, but Ubuntu handles all updates and gives the user the capability to accept or deny, any or all updates - much more to my liking, similar to the way Mozilla does it. I don't like software developers forcing to update until I am ready to proceed.
There's a lot more about this new Fast Release system, than just the lack of visible version numbers, that I don't like. The Nightly, Aurora, Beta, & Release sequence is dumb with the way it changes the version numbers. I prefer installing (for instance) what will become version 7 and have that installation progress thru the 4 stages, instead. Now it's like Nightly going from 7 to 8, Aurora going from 6 to 7, and Beta doing - hell, I won't know if it becomes a Release or if it just dies and I will have to install the Release version myself. ''Quite honestly I don't care, because I don't think this new "system" is going to last too long without major modifications. I also dislike the UI changes in 4/5/6/7 enough that I am still using Firefox 3.6 for almost everything and Firefox 2.0.0.20 for the rest. I've been deploying flash updates thru SCCM for a long time using the MSI. With this update, many computers updated successfully, but about 200+ of them failed. Each computer I have looked at has the message "Product: Adobe Flash Player 14 ActiveX -- The version of the Player that you are trying to install is lower than what is currently installed." in event viewer. Attempting a manual install of the MSI produces a similar interactive message. The current installed version is definitely older than the one I am attempting to install. I am only able to re-mediate by manually uninstalling, and then installing 14.0.0.176. I could script and deploy an uninstaller, but I would rather the bug with the MSI be fixed.

I wnet to a web site tonight and a meeage from FireFox displayed that I was not on the current release. I know which release I'm on and at this time I do not wish to upgrade my release.

I use release 3.5.1 of FF because it is compatible with the software I use. Nothing worse than you nagging me that I'm not on the most current release. Get off my ******* back. Stop the nagging messages. I'll upgrade when I'm ******* good and ready to upgrade. Un F'n believable!

The solution is simple. Go to Tools, select Options, a window will pop up. Click Advanced, select Update tab. In the options 'Automatically check updated to', uncheck 'Firefox'. Click Ok, you're done. :)

when you registered on this forum, you did read the terms & conditions that specifically explained that this forum is a community forum. The contributors here are BlackBerry enthusiasts, that spend part of their free time to help other BlackBerry owners.
BlackBerry employees do not monitor the forum (apart from moderation and very specific issues).
So if the whole point of posting the question here is to get a BlackBerry employee read it, it will fail. The best way to reach BlackBerry is to talk to the carrier. They are the BlackBerry customers, and as such, after many people going to their shops or contacting the helpdesk frontline, will report to BlackBerry what is going on.

as far as I know, unless you live in India or Indonesia, the support about BlackBerry phones is taken care of by the carrier. You pay the carriers, you do not pay BlackBerry. I am not giving my opinion, this is the way it works and it is the same for Samsung, LG, Sony and Motorola.

I am not sure what pages you are referring to, but indeed I have seen a couple of pages forthe Z10 that were not perfect, but that was localized pages. So I guess by the time the carriers sell the Z10 in a given country, the corresponding localized pages will be perfect.
That being said, I find it extreme to refuse to buy a smartphone for the sole reason that you do not have information about the DAC.
but yet again, I know I cannot accept an iPhone product because they cannot play FLAC files...
