The term u201Drollout projectu201D refers to the process of repeated activation of one or more templates. This means that SAP is implemented based on a certain template and it can accomodate local changes.
Decommission Project: Let's say a company has got different ERPs for different markets and now they want to implement SAP. This can be done first by a Decommission Project where all other ERPs will be taken off.
These are the crude definitions and meant for the basic understanding purpose.

To move an iPhoto Library to a new machine:
Link the two Macs together: there are several ways to do this: Wireless Network,Firewire Target Disk Mode, Ethernet, or even just copy the Library to an external HD and then on to the new machine...
But however you do choose to link the two machines...
Simply copy the iPhoto Library from the Pictures Folder on the old Machine to the Pictures Folder on the new Machine.
Then hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'
and select the Library that you moved. That's it.
This moves photos, events, albums, books, keywords, slideshows and everything else.
Your first option didn't work because you imported one Library to another. Every version and thumbnail is imported like a distinct photo, you lose all your Albums, Keywords etc., the link between Original and Previews is destroyed, the non-destructive editing feature is ruined and so on. In summary: it's mess.
Your second option didn't work because you simply referenced her library on the old machine.

What Does Finalize Project Do? iMovie 11

Does anyone know what the "Finalize Project" option in the file menu of iMovie 11 does? Is it different than Export?

When you share directly to YouTube (for example) on a big movie, it might take an hour to render and an hour to upload. If it fails, it can be hard to know if the failure was in the render or in the connection to YouTube. This let's you render, make sure all is well, watch it, and then send to YouTube.
With 1080P, the render can take a lot longer than before, so you can let it render while you are away, or overnight, and then send various sizes where they need to go. For example you might send 1080P to YouTube or to Toast, but you would never need to send 1080P to iTunes, so 1080P is not even an option there.
But you are right, it is the same thing as sharing to Media Browser in all sizes.

When I click on finalize project in iMovie, an error message comes up that says "The project could not be prepared for publishing because an error occurred. (Not enough room in heap zone / )". How do I fix it, and what does it mean?

528 x 312 video - what sort of project would you create ?

Hi everyone,
I have a video, 528x312 are its dimensions.
I do not know what project settings to use, since this is a weird
video size, so what would you do in a case like this ?
do you choose the closest preset size and go with that ? ( I tried this, and had to scale the video, which resulted in fuzzy results )

A project implementation for EWM requires definitions regarding structure of warehouse, in order to customize it based on a business blueprint. Then you start to change the system and test system behaviour. You must perform tests and finally move solution to production (this is a short resume of ASAP methodology).

Please mention the T.code.
Additionally, place the cursor on the project code field and press F1.The sytem will show technical information button.Select the technical information and click on it.It will show the table name and field name.
Please let me know if you need more information.

What is CMOD project for EXIT_SAPMV45A_003?

Hi GEms,
I am unable to find the underlying CMOD project for the enhancement in EXIT_SAPMV45A_003.
I need this because it seems that the project is not active as this is not getting triggered when i place a break point for the relevant conditions.
I had searched the table TADIR and manually went inti the CMODs individually.
Can some help me how do i find the CMOD project for this EXIT_SAPMV45A_003?

I had done as you said i.e. i had created a cmod project and assigned V45A0003 and activated it.
Now what is the next step that i should do?
I see that there are 2 FM's under V45A0003 : EXIT_SAPMV45A_003 &
EXIT_SAPMV45A_004.
Can i omit EXIT_SAPMV45A_004 from the inclusion.
Pls suggest.

What is wrong - project keeps stopping!

I am not sure what's wrong but I have been trying to edit a project all day and have been being slowed down by the color wheel that comes on and stops the process..
Let me explain it a little better - I have an external hard drive connected to my macbook. I have my project saved on there. Every time I go to the timeline to play the project or to make a correction, the color wheel comes on and spins anywhere from 5 seconds up to a minute, before it decides to play. What's wrong?

The video was dumped in from a DV camera, using Log and Capture feature have done it like that before and never had problems.
No just that one project is open, I even tried restarting numerous times.
Text generators? To be honest, I am not sure what that is, but all it is is video right now. I was working on laying Livetype templates though. One thing to know is that I have 2 external drives, one connected by USB, and one connected by firewire. I have templates mostly on the USB drive and have used a couple of them...could that be the problem?

What happened with project JMF?

project JMF will continue being developed? Why some new formats of video cannot be loaded with JMF due to mutual incompatibility with such formats?

Last release was in 2003 if that gives you any clue to how active development is on it.
There are rumors about a new group taking ownership within Sun and work soon to be done, but nothing official. Lots of folks wanting this and waiting...
Not sure what you mean by mutual incompatibility of adding video encoding. Check the Codec system and even download the JMF source. Might help in figuring out how to add new codecs.

I say was because the last version was shipped with Forms 6i, so there is no Project Builder in Forms 9i or 10g and Oracle haven't supplied a replacement.

There are different types of Projects in SAP:
1. Implementation
Customer wants to install SAP/Include different modules of SAP viz. MM/SD/FI/CO/PP etc for the first time.Previously he might be using some legacy system in his orgn. This is implementation project. Here one needs to integrate several modules, migrate data from Legacy system to SAP system. Need to prepare interfaces/RFC's to interact with 3rd party systems.
Most of the company's follow ASAP methodology for the Implementation projects
there are 5 stages in the ASAP methodology
they are
1. Project Initial Preparation
2.Business Blueprint
3.Realization
4/ Final Preparation
5.Golive And Support
ABAP work mostly starts in the Blue print ending stage or in the realization stage
2. Support
Customer has already installed SAP & wants to give the work of maintaining those systems. This is support project
There is no phases in it. Just receive the tickets, solve and send back to client.
3. Upgrade
Customer has SAP Version 4.6b and wants to update his version i.e. wants to go to Version 4.7. This is upgrade project
4. Rollouts

What replaces Aperture project in LR

In Aperture I used to assign new photos to a project - In LR is the best approach to import photos while adding a keyword (project name) and to create a smart collection to group these new photos?

Keyword is certainly one way to do this.
If you have a keyword, you don't also need a smart collection to group these new photos; just use the keyword.

What caused my project to flicker?

I deleted some files on one of my HD's and now when I log in to a project the timeline flickers when you play the sequence.
The video is also jumpy.

Yes, I was pulling your leg on Cameron and Jackson, but Harm DOES have a killer system. He calls it "mid-level," but when one reads the specs., it is anything but. The ATI is the brand/model of his video card. The two most common suppliers are ATI and nVidia. Both are good mfgrs., but there can be some differences in performances and also perfection of interface, due to drivers. Some like one brand better than the other. I have more nVidias, than ATI's, but have had zero issues with either brand in my case.
Because PrPro interfaces with the video card, basically on two levels (first the GUI that we see on the screen, and then with regard to the Video that we edit), the drivers can be very, very important. Also, an NLE program will likely work more closely with the driver, than about any other program. This confuses some users, because WMP will playback fine with an outdated driver, but PrPro will just not do it. They think that WMP is a good test of the driver. It is anything but.
Since he had similar, I wanted to read his comments (actually, I always want to read Harm's comments), 'cause something there might be helpful to your situation.

kanotix64 is stable fairly quick
arch64 is still a work in progress but is coming along pretty damn quick
arch32 runs fantastically on my amd64 box , quick & stable
