What is error 403

 officejet 8600 plus and  new iPad   i purchased this printer to be able to print from my ipad and it gives me  error 403 when trying to register.  please help me.

Donis, Are you trying to regisiter on the ePrintCenter? You are able to print directly from the iPad using AirPrint as long as both devices are connected on the same wireless network.
Could you let me know what printer you are using?

    I found the Problem!
    I installed the cloud on my MBP and after ist on the iMAC.
    I choosed "remember my password" (sorry I don´t know how it´s called in english).
    After installing CS6, ... on my MBP I just shut down the Airport an closed Safari.
    The Adobe Cleaner Tool didn´t work, and ther was no Cloud to remove in this tool.
    But than I tried the cloud again on my MBP, there it works.
    I just logged out from the Cloud.
    And now it works on the iMAC.
    So, you just have to log out on creative.adobe.com than it works.

    When I try to sign in to the hpeprintcenter I get the message "Ajax submit failed:  error =403, Forbidden"  What does this mean?  What do I need to do.  I can't sign in!  I also can't get a new password.  Even though I try, I get no response after hitting the "submit" link.  I even tried to create a new account and it wouldn't let me do that.  I'm stuck.

    Wow---never have I had such a problem installing a program---4.5 hours without success . . . I followed the instructions (though perhaps not the 'missing' instruction---what is it?
         I installed HP ePrint Home and Biz (from Android Market)---for printing from my smartphone---but it did not work.  I went to HP ePrint Center. 
         I obtained the printer IP address (for an HP LaserJet P1102w) and did a firmware update.
         The instructions said to "Print Info Sheet"; this included to go to eprintcenter.com---and to create a new account.  I did that---but the instructions also referred to "In the Entere Printer Code text box, type the printer code found on the information sheet."  Problem was:  there never was a "Printer "Code text box." 
      I tried every variation I could  think of . . . but (a) never saw a "Printer Code text box" and (b) always ran into the dead end message of "Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden".
         I am obviously missing something . . . any suggestions on what to try?

    Try google chrome browser. Only one that worked for me

    Well, I admit that I am new with the iCloud and iPhone, but I would not know how to set up "Forwarding" The email shows the intended recipients email address. It does not show any other recipient that it could be forwarded to. But I just tested by emailing another of my accounts. then I opened the email I just sent and "Forwarded" it to another and that arrow showed up on the sent email. Funny thing is I can't remember forwarding the one I was asking about on here. Well Thanks

    There are several things that can be done to resolve this issue, but there is no one specific thing that resolves it for everyone. Here are some steps that have helped others:
    1. Reboot your computer
    2. Clear the cache on your browser
    3. Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
    4. Register from a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.)

    This often means that the maximum of 3 iCloud accounts have already been created on the phone and it cannot create another account.  When this happens, all you can do is re-use one of the accounts previously created or creat your account using a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.

    Contact whoever you got it from. If they can't or won't remove the lock, get your money back. If they won't do that, or you can't contact them, turn it over to the police. It's probably stolen.
    There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
