What is Error Code 3 and How Do I Fix It?

Hi,
I'm a designer, not a developer, so please forgive my
ignorance, but I am experiencing a serious problem trying to create
and update pages using our site's templates. This is a sudden, out
of the blue, problem. I've created a 100+ page website in
Dreamweaver 8, using a series of three templates. I was almost done
beta testing the site and preparing to launch when the following
happened:
1. Opened a template page to updated some basic text.
2. Clicked to close file. Dreamweaver asked if I wanted to
update the pages based on the template. I clicked the update pages
option.
3. Received this error message for every page based on that
template:
"Error accessing file
'Z:\isnp_office\Web-Dev\ISNPSwebsite\~isnps\templates\isnpstemplate.dwt";
bad path file (error code 3).
The thing is, the path name that Dreamweaver lists above is
not the true path name, if were you to drill down through the files
on our server to get to it. The true path name does NOT include
\~isnps\. Our remote path DOES include \~isnps\, which is part of
our URL. I don't know why it is inserting this extra information
into the local path name.
This problem is happening with ALL the templates so that I
can't update a single page in the website. I've tried refreshing
the path name in "Manage Sites." and even created a new folder for
the site and tried to try and refresh it that way. Nothing so far
has worked.
Can anyone explain what's happening here? Please bear in mind
that I am not a computer techie, so you're going to have to answer
in idiot's terms.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see when you attempt to use your HP Envy 4500 you get an error 41 on your computer. I was able to find this great solution by fellow Community member  @Cheetah12:
First, I would recommend restarting the Print Spooler on your computer: Source: Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue.
On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), type admin in the Search programs and files box, and then click Administrative Tools .
Double-click Services .
Right-click Print Spooler .
Click Stop to stop the Print Spooler.
Click Start to restart the Print Spooler.
Restart the computer.
Try the print job again.
Next, let's try a system file checker on your computer by following this Microsoft document on here. This tool will scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files. Please let me know if this repairs any files on this post. 
Now go ahead and uninstall the software: Uninstalling the Printer Software
Once this is complete, I would like you to perform a clean boot on your computer. Please follow this Microsoft document here. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program.
You can install a driver using the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows it was created to help Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 users download and install the latest and most appropriate HP software solution for their HP Printer.
If you have an older Operating system  please let me know. I will watch for the results.
