What is Inventory Collaboration Hub

What is Inventory Collaboration Hub in SAP?
Madan

ICH is now part of SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management). You can use the SAP Inventory Collaboration Hub (SAP ICH) to optimize collaboration with your suppliers and customers. You and your suppliers or customers use SAP ICH as a common platform to control and monitor the replenishment process for products.

  • Error accessing Inventory Collaboration Hub (ICH) in SAPSCM4.0

    Hi,
While I am trying to access the ICH page from SAP SCM4.0, am getting the following error,
    500 SAP Internal Server Error
Error message: Program ZSCMBMDL_LOCPROD_SERVICE not found. ( type of termination: RABAX_STATE )
The standard BSP pages in WAS are working fine. Can anyone provide hints to resolve this problem.
    Regards

I've checked the settings of activating all the services for BSP pages and this service in SICF transaction. But am unable to connect to the ICH. Sometimes it connects to the ICH server and timesout immediately.

  • Error accessing Inventory Collaboration Hub (ICH) BSP Pages

    Hi
I am trying to access basic ICH page in SCM 4.0 as well as SCM 4.1. I am getting the following error:
BSP exception: Access to page default.htm requires HTTPS. HTTPS has not been configured on this server.
Regular BSPs are working fine in both the servers.
Initially we had HTTP and SMTP configured and based on the error message I tried configuring HTTPS.
SMICM status shows HTTPS with port but not active. When I tried to activate HTTPS in SMICM, i am getting
    'Operation failed(rc=1)'
Do we really need HTTPS to get default ICH login page.
Please guide on this to get ICH page.
    Regards
    Ragavan.

    Hi
I had configured the SAP Web AS to display BSP pages.
General BSP applications are working fine.
But when I tried to access ICH related BSP pages, i am getting the following exception:
BSP exception: Access to page default.htm requires HTTPS. HTTPS has not been configured on this server.
Is there any document for HTTPS configuration in SAP Web AS in order to get ICH BSP pages, as my understanding is we need to have HTTPS configured properly to make ICH BSP pages working.
Thanks in advance for comments and helps.
    Ragavan.

  • What USB 3.0 hub for a new iMac14,2 ?

    Will a new iMac14,2 support a USB 3.0 hub?
    What models work?
A scanner and a printer will be USB 2.0.  An external drive and CD reader/writer will be USB 3.0.
Is there a way to connect these devices to retain USB 3.0 speed on the USB 3.0 devices?

Yes a new iMac will support a USB 3 hub, however like ANY hub connected to an iMac it needs it's own power supply.
USB 3 is backwards compatible to USB 2, no need to worry about that.

If you're recording an internet stream channel, what happens if your internet disconnects? Do you lose a chunk forever? Is there some sort of redundancy or backup? What's the protocol with this?
As someone whose hub has a habit of going on the blink and booting me offline, I'd like to know my options ahead of time.

  • What kind of USB hubs work with the 2014 version of Time Capsule?

The latest post I could find on USB hubs archived from 2012 and I'm wondering what today's information is.
I have a Sabrent HB-J3U7.  It is a 7 port USB 3.0 hub, two charging ports and five "normal".  I think I remember reading the charging ports can deliver about 2 amps each.  Obviously the Sabrent is a powered hub.  I plugged it into the TC's USB port and nothing.  No lights on hub indicating a connection at the device plug in ports.
I did a little experimenting and the hub works fine when hooked to my iMac (OS X 10.9.4).  The individual devices work fine when connected straight to the TC USB port.  All I can discern is that this hub is not compatible with TCs.  Too much power maybe?  The iMac has a USB 2.0 controller like the TC and the hub works there so I don't really understand the failure on the TC.
Then, for some reason, I tried the hub when it was disconnected from power and I could finally see the Sabrent hub connected devices (32GB USB 3.0 thumb drive and 2TB USB WD Passport - both formatted Extended Journaled).  So I plugged the Sabrent power up and it still worked.  That is until I tried to rename the TC hard drive through Airport Utility which required an update to TC.  TC wouldn't restart.  Just a solid amber, not even flashing amber.  I disconnected Sabrent and unplugged the TC and replugged and TC worked again but now I'm afraid of the Sabrent.
Does anyone have ideas about what is going on?  Any help would be appreciated.

The hub is not compatible. It sounds like the unit is powering the link to the TC.. which would cause the TC to freeze up. You might need a special USB cable which has just data connection but no power.
It is really hard to get info on hubs that work.. particularly because there are so many around and many are changed .. eg if you buy a belkin this year it fails when last years one worked.. that is because all the manufacturer is farmed out to various factories in China who use .. the cheapest parts available today to build them.. next week it could be different.
The TC just doesn't have a huge amount of memory to store drivers for every USB under the sun. So some work some don't. The best I have found is the cheapest brand x USB2. I would not bother with USB3 since that chipset is even more unlikely to be supported than USB2 ones.
I have tried to get people to add to a database.. not much so far.

Appreciate anyone who takes the time to add their experience.

  • Whats app with BlackBerry hub

Hello,<br>I just updated what's app application and it seems to have issues with the BlackBerry Hub. I can't access what's app chat from within the hub as I used to in past. In the updated version I have to open the app. Could you please fix. I use my hub only and find it annoying opening the app to answer. Or would this be a what's app issue? It's hard to get an answer from them apparently<br>:/ please advise.<br><br>Thanks, S.

Never mind. I restarted my phone it works fine now.

  • What happens to home hub/vision box at end of cont...

What happens to our home hub and vision box if we change supplier?  Are we  allowed to keep the box and if so, will it still work as a PVR?

The vision box will only be of use as a door stop once you cease your service.
The hub is locked to BT, so it will not work with another provider.
If you contact BT, they should give you the disposal instructions.

  • What kind of USB hub do I need to sync this thing?!?

I have an 80 Gig iPod with a color screen, and I sync it to a desktop G5. If I plug the USB cable into the USB port on the front of the machine, everything works great. However, plugged into one of the USB ports in the back of the machine, I've got a D-Link USB hub. This is a USB2.0 hub with its own power supply (plugged into a power outlet). When I plug the iPod into this thing, the computer doesn't see it. I know self-powered hubs are no good for some things, but this has its own power. Why can't the iPod use it, and can someone recommend a high-quality hub that will make devices like the iPod happy??

All current Macs can use either a straight cable or a cross cable -- they will adapt to whatever you plug in.
For Gigabit Ethernet speeds, the cable needs all eight conductors present and all eight contacts.
Your Mac has the ability to serve as a lightweight Router when you enable Internet Sharing across Ethernet -- this can allow it to assign IP Addresses that "just work".

  • What Type of USB Hub?

I have an iMac 27" Processor  3.4 GHz Intel Core i7. I need more USB ports and have purchased a hub. When I plug in another accessory such as a DVD player, I get the message that it must be plugged in to a USB port on the computer. Should I be purchasing a certain kind of hub that will allow any device to be plugged in to it?

Use an USB hub with its own power supply.
