Hi,
Implicit version control is not supported in the current release, but it will be supported in Release 11 (upcoming release).
In 10.1.3.4 the model gets locked while editing (user A). If user B wants to open the same model he can have only read access to it. Therefore different versions of processes have to be maintained in an external source control system (for now). In this context it might be helpful for you to investigate the XML-Import/Export functionality combined with an external CVS.
Additionally, models and databases can be manually released and versioned in ARIS using the appropriate attributes (as per project conventions). Please have a look to my post at Re: Control Version and see if it helps to get some ideas for your requirements.
Best regards,
Danilo.

My iPad is not responding. It does not unlock. I have a message: iCloud Backup, "This iPad hasn't been backed up in 5 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi". My Question: plugged in to WHAT? locked, HOW? and how to connect to Wi-Fi when my iPad does not respond to anything I do with it? PLEASE HELP.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Hold Sleep and Home buttons for 10 seconds until your device restarts, so you will be able to use the iPad again.
The iPad makes a backup into iCloud automatically when it's connected to the network and it is been charged

When you reset to factory settings, did you restore as new or did you restore from a backup? If you restored from a backup, you could try restoring as new and don't use the backup. If you do that, you will lose all of your data, but you can download or sync all of your content back to the iPad.
You could also try resetting all settings before your restore as new. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. You will have to re enter all device settings again.
And of course the possibility does exist that the iPad has developed a hardware problem that is causing the rotation issue and only a visit to an Apple Store could determine that for sure.

what do i do if i cant remember my lock/unlock passcode to my ipad?

If you've forgotten the passcode then you will need to connect the iPad to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPad and re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

  • Enqueue/Dequeue - Locking/Unlocking object

    Hi all,
Please help me working with this enqueue/dequeue command. What I'm trying to do is to lock a Service Order. My requirement is to do a BDC for the Service Order Settlement Rule. So after hitting SAVE, a secondary process will be kicked off to perform my BDC for the same order. Now what Im doubting is that what if user re-enter the same Service Order again so quick. So my BDC program will not be performed immediately since it will be locked by the usser.
So my idea is to lock it first while my BDC program is still running. Any help please? Thanks.

Nope. Just 1 BDC -on my 2nd program only. Or to make it simple, I have modified ZXWOCU07 (IWO10009) to perform/kick off a call function( this is being triggered after hitting on SAVE). And this FM contains my checking if SO is now open for change then do the do the BDC.
What I'm thinking is to lock first the SO  to block any user from accessing that SO, so it will do the BDC first. But I'm not yet familiar with the locking/unlocking of objects. Please help me on how to use enqueue or locking object.

  • Password file gets changed when an account is locked/unlocked in 9i !!

    Hello All,
I observed that in 9i (9.2.0.8 and 9.2.0.6 on Solaris 9), the timestamp of the orapw<SID> file changes when a non-sys account is LOCKED/UNLOCKED. There is no change in the size of the file, but timestamp alone gets changed to the time the account is locked/unlocked.
orapwd<sid> stores the password for administrative accounts, what has it got to do with non-sys accounts( an account with just create session privs ) ?
Is it the expected behaviour ?
    TIA,
    John

    Hi,
You can create a user defined metric which will query the table "dba_users" and check for "account_status" and will alert you whenvr usr is locked.
You can find the link for creating "user defined metric" at "Related Links" section at the bottom of database homepage in OEM.
    Hope this helps...

  • Faulty Lock/unlock button, any service centers other than apple store?

I bought my iPhone 5 in Malaysia and now I am in Moscow, my phone's lock/unlock button isnt sensitive since last week. Since it is still under warranty, can i send it for repairs here in Moscow? But we dont have any apple stores here. What should i do? Can I still get it repaired in Moscow for free? How long does it take to repair this?

You need to return to Malaysia for warranty service.

  • What does Factory Unlocked International Version GSM Only? what's the difference from other iphon5 specs? pls explain

What does Factory Unlocked International Version GSM Only? what's the difference from other iphon5 specs? pls explain

Only GSM/LTE iPhones can be purchased unlocked. CDMA iPhones are always locked to their specific carrier for CDMA use, though some may either have the GSM portion unlocked or will unlock upon request assuming any necessary requirements are met.
    Regards.

  • What is it unlocked from?

Looking to purchase new ipad air. some ads state factory unlocked, others do not. Can you explain in detail what is the ipad locked from? Do they all come locked before you can use them or what are you unlocking. I don't understand?

    In most cases no.
iPads bought directly from Apple are usually unlocked for usage on any network.  There are exceptions like Verizon, where the GSM portion is only unlocked for usage with international carriers, but cannot be used with local ones.
AT&T branded iPads for the most part should work with any GSM carrier.
The only exception to this are subsidized iPads.  Which means iPads sold by the carrier at a reduced price but tied to a payment plan. Usually these are locked to the particular carrier offering the reduced pricing and plan.
If you stick to AT&T and pay full price for the iPad you should be o.k.

  • Ugh.  Finally got bit by the Lock/Unlock button unresponsive bug.

My phone is over 2 years old.
I have taken very good care of it.
The lock/unlock buttong "just stopped working" yesterday.
Does anyone know what my options are?
I do not have Apple Care.
Will Apple repair this for free?
Can I exchange for a refurbished phone?
Will Apple repair this for a charge?
I've done some research on this subject on the web, and IMHO it's not a "defect" but a poor design-flaw.
It also seems to be a very common problem--too common, in fact, which is very disappointing given that there are so few moving parts on the device and the "home" button and "lock" button are fundamental elements of an iPhone's operation.
    Sigh.
    J.

First off, thank you for your input.
I would consider that they repair it for free for 3 major reasons:
    1) It is not user serviceable--any attempt violates warranty.
    2) It is not 3rd party serviceable--without violating warranty.
(So for reasons 1 & 2, I am fully dependant on Apple to resolve the problem.  Since I cannot fix it myself, if I go to a third party and they screw it up, at the end-of-the-day I truly have no recourse.)
    3) Most importantly,  It IS a common problem.  A quick google search reveals this.  It is NOT a defect, but a design flaw. The choice of "bubble" type switch is not robust enough for the application, there are more simple and durable solutions.  Just because you "don't know anyone" or "haven't had the problem" doesn't mean it's not common, and also doesn't mean you may not experience it tomorrow.
Also, you do not have the same model phone as me.  It is possible the design is different in your model.
As with most electronics, a 1 year warranty is pointless.  Most electronics fail within the first few uses or not at all for quite some time.  I have worked a few retail jobs selling all kinds of different electronics.  Whether it's a Television, Computer, or Microwave, this is the case with most items.  The ones that fail after the warranty, but before 5 years, it is often the case of a design flaw that unlucky customers get stuck with - OR - in fairness, the customer broke the item.  I did NOT break this phone.  It was working perfectly until a few days ago.  It "just stopped."  It was very-much a shock, because I had not dropped the phone, nor got it wet, nor exposed it to excessive dust or humidity.  (Regardless, it is in an Apple "bumper" case)
The "stuff happens" argument is a very poor one to make for many reasons:
2 years is no where near close to an eternity.  With fair & reasonable use, this integral part of the function of the device should last more than 2 years... especially given that I "baby" my electronics.  (The phone has not gotten wet.)  The iPhone has very few moving parts...  they should all last.
An iPhone is a product valued @ $750 (for my model, at the time of purchase)
To have the "on/off" switch of a device worth close to a thousand dollars break after 2 years, that's kind-of crappy.  The phone is extremely inconvenient to use without it.  And, God-forbid I have an issue and need to reset the phone, I'm screwed.
Maybe in your world $750 isn't much money to you and it's easy to accept a failure such as this.  To me, it's a lot of money, and it's insulting to spend another $150 on a replacement, which could then also have the same failure, since no one will know the purpose behind the refurb (in most cases, it's a simple return of the item.)
Apple prides themselves on making the 'best products' in any category they participate in.  A failure of a component such as the "on/off" switch through standard use is unacceptable, and should be repaired at their expense.

  • Locking/Unlocking the Iphone

I think I phone is missing a very basic feature of Lock/Unlock the phone with password protection. Alteast, Apple MUST have an option to password protect the unlocking of the phone.
What if you loose the phone like one of my friend and the person can access your e-mail account and all the personal notes and stuff.
    What do you guys think?

Here are the manuals, a link to which should really come on the phone:

  • Keypad lock/unlock

a friend unpgraded and gave me a curve 8520. in pocket the keys get pushed. i cannot find a keypad lock/unlock only a device lock which still allows the keys to be activated. i have not attached yet to my laptop but no doubt the original owner did and so will probably have updated the software. all help gratefully receved.
amazingly i have found a way to lock/unlock the keypad so please disregard this request.

Don't press the two keys at the same time, but instead in succession--one after the other.
What method do you propose to use to unlock the device?

  • What is lock table

    what is lock table

    Hi
    1)Go to se11 transaction.
2)Click on lock object radio button and give a lock object name starting with 'E'.For example 'ESAMPLE'.Click CREATE.
3)In the TABLE tab, you can give the table name for which you require a lock.In the LOCK PARAMETERS tab,you can give the table fields based on which the table should be locked.
4)Call a function module in your program ENQUEUE_lockobjectname to obtain a lock on the required table. In our example the FM will be ENQUEUE_ESAMPLE.
5)To release the lock on the table, call the function module DEQUEUE_lockobjectname.In our example the FM will be DEQUEUE_ESAMPLE.

  • Closing the smartcover does not lock/unlock my ipad

My smartcover does not activate lock/unlock any more

Yes, that's the first thing I checked. Now I have reset the iPad, checked that software is up to date, turned off/on and still the same. Closing the cover has no effect. Wonder what else it could be?
