    Hi Rajneesh,
When you run time evaluation through PT60 schema TM00 you will get the following:
    1. Clock in and Clock out entry
All recorded time data documenting the actual attendance times or the actual absence times of employees.
Actual time has the opposite meaning of planned working time.
    Example:
According to the work schedule, an employee is supposed to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 1999 (planned working time). The actual time data (actual times) from this day is shown below:
    8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Attendance
    2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Absence - doctor's appointment
    2. SKELETON TIME
skeleton time is a time account in which payment-related times of an employee are managed.
Skeleton time is determined in time evaluation.
    Example:
Skeleton time in the standard SAP System consists of:
u2022     Attendance, absence, and off-site work within a contractual period (start and end of working time)
u2022     Overtime hours that exceed approved overtime
    u2022     Paid break times
    3. FLEXTIME
Working time pattern in which employees can individually determine their own start and end times, as long as a certain number of hours is worked within a defined period of time each day.
    *4. FILL TIME
A specific period of working time described in time evaluation that lies within the contractual start and end of working time (excluding breaks).
If an employee works a flextime schedule and is also expected to be at work at certain times (core times), then fill time indicates the difference between the start and end of working time (without breaks) and the core times
    5. PRODUCTIVE TIME
The usable working time for a resource. The system determines the productive time using the working time data and utilization rate for the resource as follows:
Productive time = (End of working time - start of working time - break
    duration) x Rate of utilization / 100%.
You estimate the downtime at the resource using the utilization rate.
And the results of the following will depend on your settings...
Time evaluation will update the quotas and it will form time balances
I hope this information is enough to understand...for more clarifications revert to me..

  • Time valuation with and without clock times --- Plzz help

    hi experts
Please help me by explaining the following.
    1) Please explain me the differnces between time valuation with
clock times(T555Z) and time evluation without clock time(T555Y).
    2) Please explain the differences in time types and processing types and functions procedure used  in time                evaluation with clock time and in time evaluation with out clock times.
    3) What is the major differences in the schema between time evaluation with clock times and with out clock   time?
Thanx in advance for help and Points will be rewarded in full.
    regards,

    WITH CLOCK TIME
It processes time data that has been imported to the SAP system from time recording subsystems and data that has been recorded online. Those time events (in/out timing) will be stored in 2011 which will be used in schema processing.
    Without clock time
to evaluate the time data of employees who enter only exceptions to the work schedule. Processing in this component assumes that times are expressed as the duration of work, and not the start and end times of work times and employee absences
Clock times are not required for evaluation of time data
T555y is used for processing work times  (function Types)
T555z is used for breaks processing in time schemas (function Types)
    2. NO difference in the way they are used
    3. Schema TM00 (clock times) is a standard schema, used to evaluate employee time data that has been recorded at time recording terminals and that specifies clock times.
Schema TM01 is a standard schema used to evaluate the time data of employees for whom only deviations from the work schedule are recorded.

  • What operating system is face time compatible with?

I have an older Macbook version 1-.6.8 Mac OS X.  Can I run face time on it?

The minimum operating system for Facetime for Mac is 10.6.6.
If you mean you have 10.6.8, it will work quite well with FT.

Any modem will work. Note that you will only use your modem to connect your Time Capsule to it using an Ethernet cable, and it will bring the Internet connection to the Time Capsule, so all modems do the same

  • RE:what is meant by unstructured form.explain with an example

    hi
iam new to SAP. can u explain ,hw knowledge management converts unstructured to structured form.explain with an example

    Hi Laxman,
We call the data which is organised in row's& column's(in RDBMS) is called structured data. Where as Ms word documents, PDF files and content of any organization(like web content...) is called unstructured data.
So if you implement KW(knowledge management) you unstructured date will be stored as structred data.Instead of saving bit's and peices in different PC's or locations it will be saved in one place.

  • Payroll using time evaluation with clock times

    Dear all,
I have configured an employee to have time management status 1, and my company would like to use attendance for time recording instead of time event since our clocking interface cannot provide exact clock times. I have also configured HRSIF to return 1 for all conditions.
I found every thing run correctly after creating the attendance records for all days of a payroll period while all attendance hours are equal to the planned work time. However, I have modified some of the days to attendance hours less than planned working hours (with no exact time inputted), I've noticed that the time evaluation can be processed successfully, but the attendance hours are not being calculated in the payroll result.
Does SAP actually support payroll for attendance with no exact clock time? If yes, what may I miss in my configurations?
    Thanks
    Steven

    Hi,
    Thanks for the advice.
For suggestion 1, yes, it can do I want if the attendance hours is actuall equal to the planned working hours. However, say I have a case that the planned working hours is 8, and a workman shows up for 6 hours and take 2 hours leave, the system still require me to enter the clock time in order to get the attendance and absence be calculated.
For suggestion 2, I understand that there's always be way if I do programming, however, my company decided not to do any customization, so I should first find if there's a default solution in SAP.
    Thanks.

  • Time Evaluation with multiple time events

    Dear Friends,
I have an issue in our current project. Kindly try to help me with a solution.
We are working on Time Management module with Positive Time Recording method and evaluation- India. (Payroll module is not implemented)
    My issue is:
Evaluation with multiple time events in a day: In our project, we have a scenario like the employees record multiple clock in and clock out times for one day and are uploaded into infotype 2011. But during time evaluation, only first Time event that is P10 (Clock In) and the last Time event P20 (Clock-out) in a day should be considered for evaluation, ignoring any multiple time entries in between duration in the table TEVEN (Infotype 2011).
Pls let me know how this requirement can be met. Do we need to define any new PCR’s or create any functions? If yes, pls tell me the process in detail as I am new and implementing Time management (Positive Time recording with Evaluation) for first time. Try to help me as soon as possible.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Chiranjeevi

is it not possible to enter only the first p10 and last p20 from the time systems into 2011.

  • What's your macbook boot time ? Post here.

Hello there guys. I own an Apple Macbook 13inch, 2.0ghz Core Duo 512 60GB White, with SuperDrive.
First few days using it I was amazed with how fast the boot time was, but now it seems that it got slower.
My current boot time is arround 25 seconds, starting when I press the power button till it shows me the welcome window to type my password (Please specify if your boot time is WITH or WITHOUT the type password login screen).
I havent added any extra RAM memory or anything.
Please post your boot time !
    Felipe

Mine is 50 seconds with no password sign in.
This is like comparing apples to oranges. There are many factors that could affect boot time. Programs set to run on boot up. Programs that have auxiliary programs run even if their not open. My eyetv and hp printer have these background items that start on boot up.
I think fifty seconds is great. My wife waits forever for her PC to boot and I know it has a lot less stuff start up on boot.
What are you trying to prove by this analysis?

  • What is meant by return tables?

what is meant by return table?
    with one example

    hi
Return tables are used in cases where one record from the transaction translates into multiple records - something like cost allocations - you book an expense to the company for $1000 and that $1000 has to be translated into
    $200 for your cost center
$500 for the general cost center
    $300 to the project
this data ofcourse need not come from the transaction where you will have one line saying $1000 - you could have these weights maintained in a separate table in BW and do the cost allocation while receiving the data.
You can find a lot of information about the same in the FI related extractors / Update rules - or even more specific - the CO area..
    hope it helps..
    cheers.

  • Physical inventory with and without handling unit managment

    Hello all,
I would like to know what is the difference between physical inventory with and without handling unit management.
    Pl. advise.
    Thanks,
    Maxx

Assuming you are referring to WM inventory, it is very similar.  Inventory is conducted at the SU level in WM if you are HU managed.  One of the most widely known issues is the lack of ability to post differences of nested HUs at the WM level.  If you are not using nested HUs, the process is the same as storage unit management without handling unit management.

    Hi Chandrashekar,
Can you please advise how actually the transfer of clock times from time recording terminals to SAP R/3 will work?
I read from help.sap.com that there is a SAP certified CC1 interface (BAPI based) which can be used for this purpose. However, in such a case, the time recording terminals should be SAP CC1 certified.
If the time recording terminals are not SAP CC1 certified, then what is the method to be used? Will we write a custom BDC program in this scenario and what all should be considered in functional specification of such a BDC program.
    Please advise.
    Thanks and warm regards,

  • What is meant by Time Phased Planning?

    Dear Experts,
What is meant by Time Phased Planning?
Pls tell me both functionally & how we do it in SAP...as i am an Abapper
    Kind Regards
    Sajid

    Dear,
If a vendor always delivers a material on a particular day of the week, it makes sense to plan this material according to the same cycle in which it is delivered, but displaced by the delivery time. This is possible with the time-phased planning procedure.
Materials that are planned using the time-phased planning technique are provided with an MPR date in the planning file. This date is set when creating a material master record and is re-set after each planning run. It represents the date on which the material is to be planned again and is calculated on the basis of the planning cycle entered in the material master record. For materials that are planned using the time-phased planning procedure, the two indicators, the total change indicator and the net change planning indicator are irrelevant. Therefore, they are not set by the system even if changes that are relevant to the planning run are made.
The system uses the interval between the MRP date and the availability date of the next MRP date for the requirements calculation in the planning run. Existing stocks must cover this interval. You must bear in mind that if nothing is ordered at the first MRP date, you have to wait for the next MRP date before you can plan and order this material again. Therefore, if an order proposal is created during this planning run, it will not be available until the end of the interval.
The requirements are calculated using the following formula:
forecast value for the interval (cycle + purchasing department processing time + planned delivery time + goods receipt processing time) + safety stock
    this may help u
