I am at the last step in updating to ios7 on my iPhone. I enter my password to update the iCloud settings that never update. When I press the blue i in the lower right corner I see MEID: A100001AFFD5FF. What does that mean?

Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.

Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!

I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.

You need to update to iTunes 10.x. However, to do that you need to ugrade your computer's OS to at least 10,5,8. That is a paid upgrade.
