What is "releasing a PO" ?

Hi guys,
would anybody explain
1. what should I understand by hearing "releasing purchase order"? and how to do it?
2. what is "release strategy"?
I am trying to find book in MIGO a certain PO however the system responds "the purchase order xxx is not yet released"
Appreciate you help.

The Release PO is nothing but to restrict the user to his/her level of buying a product.
We can Set this control both for PO and PR. SPRO-- IMG----Material Management --- Purchase --- Purchase Order -- -- release Procedure.
we can release through ME29N and ME28

First I would suggest signing out and back in to the iTunes Store by using the same account and following this article:

Dear Rama,
There is nothing like release strategy for sales order. There is a release strategy for purchase order. A bit of search on sdn forum in MM section will help you a lot on this area.
For your reference, The release code is a two-character ID allowing a person to release (clear, or approve) a requisition or an external purchasing document. The release codes is basically controlled via a system of authorizations (authorization object M_EINK_FRG).
Use SE12, structure CEKKO to check all the fields available for controlling the Purchase Order.
e.g. If the total value for the Purchase Order exceeds 10,000, release strategy 01 is assigned to the Purchase Order. There is only one characteristic created in this example. For controlling the Purchase Order type, create characteristic for CEKKO-BSTYP and the value NB.
CT04 - Create Characteristic   e.g. NETVALUE
Click Additional data Table name CEKKO      Field name GNETW    and press enter
(for currency dependent field, you are prompt to enter the currency which the system then converts the currency of the Purchasing document into this currency)
In the Basic data (X refers to tick),
X    Mutliple values
X    Interval values
In the Value data, in the Char. value column, type >10000 and press enter
Save your data
CL02 - Class
Class - Create REL_PUR
Class type - 032
Click Create
Description - Release Procedure for Purchase Order
In the Same Classification section, click Check with error
In the Char. (characteristic) tab, type NETVALUE to assign your characteristics to the class

Once the Purchase Order is not release, buyers will not be able to print the Purchase Order.
Goods Receipts will be shown with Message no. ME 390 - Purchasing document XXXXXXX not yet released.
In 4.6c, Purchase Order with Release Strategy have a tabs at the end of the Header. This allowed the buyers to check the release status of the Purchase Order.
The person with the release authorization have to use ME28 to release the Purchase Order.

If I bought a fresh retail copy of Tiger direct from Apple, what 10.4.x point release would the "x" be?

Don't have a local Apple store, so I called 1-800-MY-APPLE and after 10-15 minutes checking, they said it was 10.4.6. Apparently it was not a question they were used to answering.
Not sure how much confidence I have in that answer, but at least it indicates that retail is more than several steps behind the current updates.

What does Release DHCP do?

Some background info first. I live in the UK but have a vacation rental home in the US where I have Brighthouse Cable TV/Internet/Phone via an Arris TM502G cable modem. I have added a WRT54G v6 router and a Slingbox tuner so I can watch US TV at home in the UK. It works really well with no issues.
Periodically I log in to the WRT54G to check to make sure there is no-one using the wireless internet from any of the neighbouring properties. I do have WEP enabled but I think some of the guests give out the passphrase to neighbours. Last night I logged in and saw there was an IP address allocated to a COMPAQ-PC and I definetly know our current guests do not have any PC or wireless devices.
I was going to delete the IP address to force them to re-connect just in case this was only temporary. But, I pressed the DHCP Release button, in error, and now I can't access the router or Slingbox at all. I have the router set up with DynDns and it doesn't appear to be getting a new IP as a tracert just times out.
Can this be resolved by rebooting the modem or router or both. I can ask the cuurent guests to do this. Or do I have to get into the web interface locally and click the renew button too?

Can't do that remotely. The connection just times out. Looks like I will have to ask the guests to reboot.

Digital Publishing Suite Help | What's new in this release

This v28 marks the end of the immersive feeling a Folio could offer the user. In stead of having a truly full-screen experience, there's always that iOS7 system bar in sight. At least, that's what I understand from this documentation. So there's no way to prevent users to be distracted by anything unrelated in their screen. That's a real pity !
Some might think this is just a trivial change with eventually minor impact, but I think being able to present content over the whole screen is a crucial factor in distinguishing a Folio from other publishing formats like a web page.
Does this requirement also affect other apps like e-readers or games ?
