Contact Apple through iTunes Store Support, and explain that you have forgotten your 3 security questions, that you can reset your password, but doing so doesn't reset your security questions.
Explain that after resetting your password, you are still asked for the answers you have forgotten, before you can gain access to My Apple ID > Manage your account > Password & security, which is where you need to be to change your answers.
Remember, support will receive hundreds, if not thousands of requests per day, some from people trying it on, others with little explanation and others that are written extremely poorly. Take the time to explain your situation properly, be precise and concise, brief but comprehensive. -

Every day it seems like there are more of these posts where people ask wide-open theoretical questions like "What's the difference between interfaces and abstract classes? Please give examples." I'm imagining a fly-by-night diploma mill where they take the students' money, then hand them a list of questions and the URL's of a bunch of programming-related discussion forums, then usher them out with a slap on the back and a hearty "Good luck!" ThanxIf you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

1) The upgrade has not created a new profile. I still have only one.
2) I appear to have kept my cookies OK.
3) I have somehow managed to retrieve the old bookmarks list, though I can't remember how I managed this and can no longer find the instructions. What I have lost is the contents of the bookmarks toolbar, which is most important to me. My bookmarks.html file is still present and intact.
4)I have decided, at least for now to revert to Firefox 2. I had the sense to keep a copy of the setup file!It is possible that the imported Bookmarks Toolbar bookmark folder shows as a folder in the Bookmarks Menu folder.<br />
If that is the case then you can move (Cut & Paste) those bookmarks to the regular Bookmarks Toolbar folder.

Are the contents of PDF files indexed via O365?
I have been testing PDF files on Office 365. The content of the PDF files do not appear to be indexed .. as no search results are found using any of the terms within the PDF file. I have seen documentation that indexing should be occurring, and
lots of threads that it does not.
So
1. When I load PDF files, are the contents indexed (similar to how the iFilter works on on premise)?
2. If not, any options? Any settings (can't find any), etc.

OT: What is CS6's equivalent to the "Donut"?
CS6 is out, the best roundup I've seen is at InDesign Secrets. It all looks great especially creating forms! BTW if you want to moan about the endnotes ommision I truly sympathise with you but start a new thread!
However just for fun my question is - what is the CS6 equivalent to the universally despised and never used Content Grabber tool, aka as the "Donut"?
My pick is it's the Content Collector and Placer Tools. I haven't used it, but just looking at it my first thought is why the heck can't you just use the standard selection tool? And why two tools? Perhaps it's different in actual practise. I don't know. But it sure looks awkward....I've not tried InDesign CS6 yet but here's my take on some of the noted new features
Creating Interactive Forms
So what? You get a "Sample Library" you get some additions to the Buttons panel? Big whoop. I bet it doesn't work very well for complex forms.
Alternate Layouts
Sounds great, I'm not sure if the alternate layouts are dynamic (make one change in one layout and it happens in the other, or if content can be unlinked between documents, or if they're standalone documents residing in one document?) But it sounds promising.
Liquid Layout
An improvement to "Layout Adjustment" by the looks of it.
Content Collector/Content Placer tools
A fancy Copy and Paste - that a lot of people can't really see the point of this feature
On-object Link Status and Control
They added a node to the frame to let you know if a link isn't working - AMAZING

How to personalize the content users see with a set of questions/answers?

I have built my website using dreamweaver CS5.5 and would like users to be able to personalize the content that is displayed. Users will first see a page with three questions. Once they have answered the questions, they should then click 'submit' and be transferred to the site with the information most relevant to them, depending on the answers they gave to the questions.
I know how to create froms and the questions with radio buttons, but I cannot figure out how to make the 'Submit' button link to different sites depending on the answers that users have given.I guess this will need some kind of if/then rule in JavaScript that is then linked to the 'Submit' button? I am really not sure how to best do this.
(Note: there is no need for the answers to the survey to be saved as data anywhere if that makes life easier)

The sets of answers that correspond to a page is made up of "home_" and then the 'value' of the answers divided by underscores. So for example if someone answers Q1 with BRCA1, Q2 with noBC and Q3 with u35, the page that would link to is called home_BRCA1_noBC_u35.html

When I bring up Safari on my IPAD2, the web page comes up, but I can't scroll down the page. This just started today. No matter what web site I go to, the content is darker than the navigation pane.
If it's happening on all sites, then assuming that it's Safari that you're using, have you tried clearing it's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (other browsers should have similar options, possibly within the actual app instead of within Settings). You could also try closing the app completely : from the home screen double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app (or whichever browser you're using) to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If it's only happening on a particular site then there may be content on that site that isn't supported on the iPad e.g. flash, java, silverlight -

Questions about the content of download meeting recording .zip file
I tried posting this on the resurrected Connect forum, but my Adobe ID wasn't recognized there....
Concerning the files that are included in the .zip file of the meeting recording that can be downloaded:
1) Is there any documentation describing the files and their contents (i.e. what each file represents, what each XML element and attribute in those files represent)
2) Are there any files that capture mouse movement on a shared desktop?

I personally believe this is possible; unfortunately, I haven't seen it done yet. If your recording contains:
- audio
- a camera feed
- screensharing
Then I think you might be able to get this going. If it contains shared content, like a shared PPT, this gets trickier.

Exactly right. If your recording didn't contain shared content, then all you've got on your hands are a bunch of audio/video files that you could edit together as you wanted with your favourite video editing tool. If it contains shared content, here's (at a high level) what's happening.
For shared PPTs or FTContent files:
First (for version 9 recordings only), Connect reads the information on the Shared Content's location and SCO within mainstream and indexstream and validates it before loading it. I don't recall this happening to the same extent with version 8 or earlier, but maybe it was. Now, if the content is validated (ie. Connect can find it) the share pod will display as black, if it doesn't, you get an empty pod with an message like "No content is being shared" or something like that.
Connect then looks at the actual FTContent file, and loads the content that is to be shared using the file path and sco ID listed in here. It's important to note that the SCO ID and file path in here will likely not be the same as the original file you uploaded to your room, it's a new SCO id (I believe SCOs of this type are called referenced scos) and new path.
Now...if I was going to build some sort of player which would play all these files in one screen to make a recording...I might not want to use Connect's code here. If you know the file path to the shared content (from FTContent), you could easily view it with the content URL (conveniently also in FtContent). I'm not a coder, but I'm envisioning something like Presenter's GUI where you've got the presentation's content in the main area, and a video file (if there is one) playing back on the side.
Anyways, food for thought if you want to try to go about this. Connect recordings are incredibly complex and they come with a big learning curve, but if you can make sense of them the knowledge is quite valuable. -
I am not able to change my password. I obviously forgot the answers of the secret questions. I tried by email, but received no email. What to do?
I have the same problem -- no email arrives when I try to reset my password.
I'm syncing my iPhone 5 to iTunes and keep getting messages about all the content that will not sync because "not authorized."
So I try to login to my Apple ID
- password is wrong
- follow the link to reset password
- chose "send email" but no email arrives (I even check 'junk' folder to be sure)
- go back to reset password and try "Answer security questions"
- says my DoB is wrong but I'm sure DoB is correct and there's no way forward
So what is the solution? Re-purchase all the content that won't sync? -
After waiting the 36 hours, I received an email advising me. To contact a phone support number. After waiting 15 minutes on hold, the helpful person asked me for the answers to the security questions and said that answering them was the only way to reset the questions. I said, WHAT? You don't see any cyclic logic there? Apple (the inovator!) has not foreseen this? I was livid. I was advised I could leave a comment on Apple.com. I think I'll leave my comment on every Apple contract that crosses my desk. I'm IT Systems at a large US university. If anyone from Apple wishes to address this, PM me.
Thanks! I'm a little leery of attaching a credit card to itunes again because of all the apple database jacking in the past. I had a bunch of unauthorized purchases charged to my account for devices that I never owned. Took me weeks to replace the credit card even though it was never compromised but apple was impotent to fix the issue. On this issue, I finally got the working key to the system. Even though there are BAZILLIONS of ways to verify a person's identity via two forms, using the security questions forgotten as one of them seems to be circular (failed) logic. Seriously, it's like requiring someone's password to reset a forgotten password. My take on the issue fixed by this workflow, that I noticed from the 3 sets of calls and 20 minute wait on each is this.... iTunes was racked by all the fraudulent purchases I (and thousands of others) experienced and people (like me) had to go through all the credit card issues because Apple "would not" fix the issues in iTunes and pursue the fraudulent purchasers (even though Apple had the device IDs!). So we ripped out our credit card info in iTunes. On this security question reset issue, if they can require people to re-enter their credit card info under the guise of "identification ...because your security is so important!) and then take 60 minutes to create a high intensity customer interaction, there is a high probability that the average customer will temporarily forget all about removing their credit card info. It's actually brilliant! ...but very underhanded.... but also very Apple. I don't expect this reply to have a long life-span, but thanks for your response. If I can log into iTunes, I can add any credit card. therefore IF I CAN LOG INTO ITUNES APPLE HAS THE SECOND METHOD ALREADY! Thanks.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
