You are not talking to Apple here, we are just fellow users and we won't know why.
If you've changed your password then does it now work on your computer's iTunes ? Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then logging back in and seeing if it then works on the phone ? If it doesn't then you may need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

An Apple ID is used for everything (including this site) and including iCloud. See the quote below from https://appleid.apple.com/

Hi, I have problems in ordering book from iPhoto. It says "problems in getting contact with Apple Online Store" I have changed password on my Apple ID - could that be the problem ??
Some additional efforts you can try:
Go to the System/Sharing preference pane and make sure Remote Apple Events is checked.
If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.

I have not turned it off but it has been stuck in the same spot for 30 minutes now and I'm not sure what to do next since the screen says to NOT turn it off until done. Please help.If it hangs much longer you may need to disconnect and then grab a micro USB to restore through iTunes

Thanks Barney, I tried that but all that comes up in Spotlight are the log files that show the file paths! I don't know how Steam works. Are all the files held by Steam on their server perhaps?

YES, that is the free 5GB icloud memory for each apple ID. Can I not add the free 5Gb of my second Iphone to my original apple ID (5GB also) as I want to use one Apple ID name on both 2 Iphones? If you've changed your password and it still shows disabled then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

Yes. On the other iPhone go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This will delete the account from the phone but not from iCloud. Any data being synced with iCloud on this phone will be deleted from it when you delete the account, but will sync back with you sign back in later.
After deleting the account, set up a new one with a different Apple ID. Then delete this account from the phone and sign back into the original account to sync the iCloud data back to this phone. You can then go to the other phone (the one that doesn't have any remaining accounts on it) and sign into the new account you just created on your other phone using the ID you used to create it. -

You will need the password. If you can't get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (if you remember the answers to the account's security questions then you should be able to reset it via them) then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it.

Which password is it that you are looking for. If it is your airplay password, simply turn the password off in the airplay settings on the Apple TV and then turn it back on again and enter a new password.
