*Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
*Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" if the menu bar is hidden.
Firefox 4+ versions have two bookmark buttons with a star in the Customize window. 
One star button has a drop marker that open a Bookmark menu. 
The other star button without the drop marker opens the bookmarks in the sidebar. 
You can drag the Bookmarks menu button with the drop marker in the Customize window from the toolbar palette on a toolbar (e.g. Navigation Toolbar or Tab Bar or to the left side of the Bookmarks Menu Items).
You only see the Bookmarks Menu button if the Menu bar with the Bookmarks menu is hidden (View > Toolbars or Firefox > Options). 
If the Bookmarks Toolbar is visible then the Bookmarks Menu button is displayed on the Bookmarks Toolbar as part of the Bookmarks Toolbar Items (bookmarks), but you can move it from the right side to the left side of the Bookmarks toolbar if the Customize window is open. 
Otherwise the Bookmarks Menu button will appear on the right side of the Navigation Toolbar.

The button on the side that turns my phone to silent does not work and niether does the up volume button. I have tried restarting my phone, I did a soft reset, I checked all my settings, but nothing has worked. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have an iPhone 4 and recently started to have some problems. First, the button on the side of my phone, that puts the phone on silent is not working. I can move the switch, but my phone stays in silent. However, If I plug my headphones in, Then I can hear everything like I am supposed too. Also, my up volume button does not work. This is with the headphones also.
I have tried doing a soft reset, I reset all of my settings, I updated my software, I restored everything back to factory settings, and nothing has fixed it. I bought it from best buy and can send it in for service, but the last time I sent a phone in, it took them 3 months! and I really don't want to go without my phone that long.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Sounds like it either believes that there are headphones plugged in, or the switch is broken.
Why in the world would you take it to Best Buy for service? Take it to an Apple Store. They can replace it on the spot if it's defective.

Your iPhone charging port may have a minor short, causing iPhone to falsely sense it is connected to a dock turning off its speaker. Clean iPhone charging port with a clean dry toothbrush.

Suggestion... brightness buttons on the side.

Hi, I find my self getting annoyed with two small things.
1st, the ringer volume is always changing. When an app opens I adjust the volume of the app with the buttons on the side, but sometimes the app isnt fully open yet and I end up changing the volume of the ringtone volume, and I dont normally find this out until I miss a phone call because the volume was too low.
2nd, I also find changing the display brightness to be a very tedious procedure. I find I have to change the brightness manually about 2 ti 3 times a day. The auto brightness is not that good as it only goes up and down in brightness a little bit.
Possible Fix-
scenario 1 - iphone on a call, when the iphone is engaged in a phone call the two buttons should continue to adjust the in-ear volume.
scenario 2 - open apps, when an app opens the two side buttons should continue to adjust the app volumes.
scenario 3 - ok here is the change, iphone menu screens, instead of the two buttons changing the ringer volumes when the iphone is displaying the menues, the two buttons should adjust the display brightness.
When ever someone wants to make the iphone silent they can simply switch to silent mode. Its not often that some one just wants to turn the ringer down a little bit. So If they ever did want to the can go into settings and change it..... on that note why cant there just be a switch in the settings to set whether the buttons change the volume or the brightness.

I change the volume very frequently when listening to music. Not having those volume buttons would make it a less-good iPod (until it ships with headphones with volume buttons, anyhow).
But the ability to customize the buttons to control either volume or brightness could be cool.
Unlikely to happen, however--Apple's official design philosophy prioritizes simplicity over features and aims to make an easy pleasant experience for 80 percent of the users, not to risk confusing the 80% in order to satisfy the 20% who want additional features.

What's that symbol in the Project Library viewer

In the Project Library where I can scroll through all my projects there is a little symbol that looks a bit like the WIFI icon cocked on its side just to the left of the filmstrip preview. It is not next to all my projects and sometimes there is an exclamation mark on top of it. What is that symbol?

The symbol indicates the project has been shared. If it has an exclamation point it means the project has been altered since it was shared.

Tm2t - Can I disable the wi-fi button on the side?

I've accidentally disabled my wi-fi a few times when in tablet mode by pressing in the button on the side. Is there any way to disable it when I boot up my computer? That is, I'd still like to keep wi-fi on, but I just want to prevent the button on the side from turning it off.

I have had this happen to me on 3GS, 4 and 4s. Usually the solution is one of the following:
1- If your volume indicator says headphones even though they are not plugged in, then:
Stick your headphones into the headphone jack and then remove quickly.
2. If that does not work Power your phone off. Then when restarting Reset the phone by pressing the home button and the power button at the same time until the apple logo appears.
3. Make sure you have not chosen to send audio to an Airplay device such as Apple Tv.

They will replace it with a refurb of like kind if the problem is deemed to be hardware related and not caused by misue. They will probably try restoring the device and troubleshoot it on their own before they replace it for you .... And I'm talking about an Apple Store here.
You should probably try this next.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.

I could not turn up the sound (volume) on my iPad 2 using the volume button on the side. This happens after I have reduced the volume to minimum using the same volume button. The volume indicator does not move up at all. Note: it was not on mute, so the issue seems to be the button.

Try this and see if it works.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
