Oracle XE can only be used on single processor machinesif i have core 2 due processor or core i3 , then i can not work on xe database or what ?
. It can only manage up to 4 GB of data and 1 GB of memory. is that mean that i can not load more than 4gb of data on xe database or what ?
and what about 1gb of memory ?

how is that , and i have 2gb of ram , and i am working on it (xe) right now !!Well, you can have as much RAM as you want, but XE will USE not more than 1 GB of it.
By the way: I think you probably have even more than 2 GB of RAM assuming you also have swap space ("virtual memory").
and how is that , and i know that oracle learning library is built with apex and apex does not
work except with xe database as i know ,APEX works on "Oracle Database", "XE" is one of the editions that exist for that product.
and sure the data on learning library are more than 11gb ?!And surely the learning library needs more than one CPU, but it is also very likely it doesn't use XE but a different database edition without these limitations.

When I click to pay my songs in the library they will not play and it shows a circle with an exclamation point within it. What does that mean, how do I fix it, and how will it play my songs again? They used to play before on my Iphone4 with no problem, but since I upgraded to the Iphone4s there is an issue.

I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

- Transfer iTunes purchases to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- Transfer any other music by using a third-party program like one of those discussed here:
Copy music
- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup. The restore will also update the iOS.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes does not include synced media like apps and music

A profile is used on iOS device to add specific settings and similar things to an iOS device. Tryically, they are added when the iOS devices is controlled by a company or school.
However, some apps install a profile. If your iPod is not controlled by a company or school then it seems an app added the profile. You can good the title if the profile and see if that gives any info.
