I know that something is wrong with my computer lately because when I try to watch a video, or using skype, or media applications and programs, my computer starts freezing and the pointer moves really slow...I did the hardware test and it said that my computer has the 4M0T/4/40000002: Exhaust-0 error....but what is the problem? does it have relation with the fan or something, because also it gets really hot when I'm trying to watch any video

Thanks - Even though I'm years out of warranty I got chat help from Apple (I said they should help me since the codes aren't published.) We covered three different questions, and although I didn't get a specific decoding of the error code, I got confirmation of what other comments here imply - it might have helped that I indicated I'd already been here - and useful links to how to do back ups, including to CD(s). (I don't have a lot of data on this computer yet)
Now I need to figure out how to decide how hot-to-the-touch is "too hot" for the metal frame at the top of the iMac to decide whether I'm getting adequate fan performance or insufficient. While chatting I initially reported it was cool at the bottom and warm at the top. Apple hadn't asked, but their response prompted me to feel it again, and I'd say the top was hot, not warm - I updated but Apple didn't comment further except to conclude after addressing the other questions that I should take it in for further assessment - don't really want to bother with that.

1) Invalid characters while loading: When you are loading data then you may get some special characters like @#$%...e.t.c.then BW will throw an error like Invalid characters then you need to go through this RSKC transaction and enter all the Invalid chars and execute. It will store this data in RSALLOWEDCHAR table. Then reload the data. You won't get any error because now these are eligible chars done by RSKC.

You could repair disk and permissions, but I suspect a corrupt OS X. I would reinstall the operating system.
COmmand R on reboot if your Mac is newer.

It's a failed or failing fan motor. Get it replaced ASAP. Don't use the machine with half its cooling capacity missing or impaired.

It means the fan motor is not working or not working correctly. Take it in for repair.

actually used this)Because it's always on, for one thing. It's not really configurable either, unless you go to some trouble to make it so. You'd have to provide an InputStream. How? Either at compile-time, which is undesirable, or by providing configuration, which a logging framework has already done, better. Then there's the fact that you can't log anything other than the stacktrace - not particularly helpful a lot of the time. In short, it's a buggy and incomplete solution to something that's already been solved much much better by, for example, Log4J

What's the common reason for socket write errors?

I just encountered some problem in my recent programming work.
The error message is something like "java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: socket write error", strangely enough, sometimes it can work without the error, but sometimes, the error occurs with the same test case.
I just want to know what's the mainly reason of this error?

After checking the codes, I realized that it is because when I return a String object from an function and send it to the other end through socket, sometimes the other end receive a "null" object, and because I have to use the instance method of the object, so the error occured.
But I am confused why I send a string to socket, but sometimes I got a "null" object at the other end, I am sure the string I send is actually not "null" the the send side?

On attempting a publish, the RH server is not contactable.
The Web ADmin has reported this message:
"java.sql.SQLException: Maximum possible connections are open and all the connections are busy. Kindly review the "maxload" in the server.properties file and adjust it according to the expected load."

In your server.properties file there is a setting that controls the maximum number of connections that are allowed. It sounds like this number has been exceeded. Now I am not a server or database wizard so I have no idea why this is so. I've certainly not come across this scenario. Could it be that the connections are not being released when they are finished with? You'd probably need to speak to your IT or Server peeps to check this out. If all else fails the vale of your connections limit could be increased, but I don't know what implications this could have.

What is the Cause of: Parameter is Incorrect error

Using XP, RH6, RoboSource Control
I had posted previously inquiring about the "Parameter is
Incorrect" error occurring when selecting the Printed Documentation
option on the Primary Layout list. Clicking OK did not clear the
error, and had to terminate RH in Task Manager. After reopening the
project the error still occurred. The resolution posted to that was
deleting the PSS file from my PC (the file was/is not on the
RoboSource machine). Which did clear the problem.
The problem came back after about a month. I'm just trying to
determine if there is a know reason for this error? Is it a
workflow issue, or a bug, or ??

The problem I ran into was the following line in the PSS
file:
Language=C:\<pathname>\RoboHHRE.lng
If the pathname didn't match up to reality on my PC, then I'd
get errors. The reason for the pathname not matching up was that
the project had been moved from one location to another. There are
other paths listed in that file, but RH seems to handle those a
little better.
Take a look using Notepad and see if the RoboHHRE.lng file is
indeed located where the PSS file says it is. If not, then go ahead
and delete the PSS file again. If it is, then you have a different
issue.
I suppose I'd classify this as a bug, but at least there's a
workaround.

Make sure Sync Apps is checked on the Apps tab of your iTunes sync settings and that all the apps are checked that you want on your phone. Also be sure that your computer is authorized for all Apple IDs used to purchase your apps (and other media) in Store>Authorize this Computer.

4MOT/4/40000002: Exhaust-2289

I have had a slight problem with my MacBook Pro 13-Inch Late 2011, it overheats and makes a loud weird noise like a fan. Whenever I move it from my desk to my bed it stops and then the noise comes back again. I made a Hardware Test, it showed an error and its failure code was: 4MOT/4/40000002: Exhaust-2289. I don't know what that means or how to fix the loud noise and overheating. I even put a normal fan next to my laptop for it to be cold and not overheat, the noise from the fan became quieter but I can still hear it. Help? Please.

That indicated a motor problem with the exhaust fan. 13-inch MBPs have only one fan so it is critical to get the computer to Apple for repair.
