What is the applicable legislation, and policy denunciating an abuse when blocking someone ?

Hi!What is the Microsoft policy about denonciating an "abuse" when blocking someone ? -I only know that private message with such a person are not monitored, but so, I would like to know more. In my case, I received a contact request from a person having "Kitty" as first name. I accepted, asking this person the same time, why would she having me in her contacts. I let her one day to answer; meanwhile, I asked her how did she do in her land, and told her I was in data conception, remaining very general. But once a day had passed, I decided to block her. I had an option as "Abuse denonciation", but in a first time, I had no motivation to so so - in despite of the fact I gave general informations without answer. After this, I realized that "Kitty" (the children of a cat), was not a real first name, and I based my action on this, to activate the option of abuse denonciation when blocking her. But, in a first look, without messages content, this may be not obvious for Microsoft - or maybe it is, as without messages, the only informations are the ones of the profile. Anyway, I would like to know about the legislation (applicable one) about abuse denonciation (in Skype), and about Microsoft policy in this matter. N. B.:A remark field would be appreciated, to precise and motivate an abuse denonciation to Microsoft. Thanks. -Thanks you in advance for your answers.

Oh, it appears that message are not displayed on Windows version, but are on Mac OS X version; so it seems the option is in a way "upgraded" for Apple, in letting clients furnishing infos. But nothing is told about fake names or about uncoherent account data (I received a new contact request with a beautiful girl's photo, but with aa Skype ID which looked as of male gender). For me, a photo usurpation merges a trust abuse, so I denunciated it. The best I can do to this day (what I did today), is to write a preventive message under "humor status".
