What is the best printing option for iPad (3)

What is the best printing option for iPad (3)?

The BEST option would be to buy a wireless printer that supports AirPrint, a wireless printing feature.

Whatever works the best for you. Flash, as a program, is so inconsistently coded that there is no singular best player. Some work with one site better than others.
Try looking for ones that have a free trial so you can see how it works for you.

What is the best web browser for iPad 2?

I have Mercury, Atomic, Dolphin and iCab. They all offer features that Safari does not have. If you liked the former mini windows view that Safari had in iOS 4, I think iCab would be a great choice. It offers something similar to that as well as tabbed browsing, DropBox support, it can identify as other browsers (I can't remember what that feature is called) and IMO - it blows Safari out of the water.
All of these browsers have more to offer than Safari, but I like iCab the best.

Im going to go ahead and assume your talking to me?
I ended up in this thread in search of a functional Exchange ready mail client capable of supporting multiple mail profiles. Since there are no free applications to accomplish this in the app stor, which I can find, I figured I'd leverage the 'community' for some direction before throwing good money after bad.
As I assume Im not the only one to do this, I figured I'd help straighten these folks out on the lingo (as they werne't applying it properly) and the sassy 'sound like apple users' comment references the way ANTI-apple folks assume you people are less than adequite users.
If I called an apple an orange, you would say I was wrong. If I did it repeatedly, after correction, you would assume Im incompetant.
Seriously, its a stupid machine and will only do what you tell it. (true for all computers, apple or otherwise)
So if I ask for a mail client, dont give me a provider. If I ask for a service, dont name a client.
Your right, this post is old. And stilll doesnt have an answer. . .
In response to MichelPM, I didnt call your baby ugly. The 'Bandwagoning' is cute though. My advice is sound, and helping you folks not to look so... well... stupid.
Since you interceded though, how about a little help? What mail client do you use? Is it exchange Compatible, with active sync? Does it offer multi-profile support? And the clients want images in their signatures, and multi signature support. (I can do this with my android phone )
Im looking forward to your responses.

  • What is the best "insurance" option for an iPhone?

Hey all. So I'm almost at the point where I can finally afford getting myself an iPhone and I definitely don't have the funds to be able to replace it if something were to go wrong. So I'm wondering what is the best insurance plan for an iPhone? I'm not the clumsiest person, but I have been known to drop a gadget every once in a great while and I definitely don't want to break an iPhone.
Apple obviously has AppleCare, but that doesn't cover physical damage. I know Best Buy's covers accidental damage, but that's 15 bucks a month...more than I'd like but that's a nice incentive. Are there any other good options that would cover physical damage? I used to work for Best Buy and I've never had any trouble with their BTP plans, I'm just not a huge fan of the idea of paying 15 bucks a month. Any other plans I don't know about?

Safeware http://www.safeware.com/ specializes in laptop, etc coverage, including smartphones. I bought a laptop policy from them around 2002, but since I never had to claim on it, cannot speak as to their customer service or anything. A google on "smartphone insurance" may turn up more specialized companies.
I recently noticed, and it was total news to me, that one of those credit cards I picked up in college for the free t-shirt and have had for 10-15 years, includes insurance coverage for my mobile phone. This particular card is branded AT&T and doubles as a calling card, and I'm guessing that's why. I haven't checked into the details, but people might keep an eye out for something random like that.
I should ask my renter's insurance about the phone.

  • What's the best importing option for a Flash video?

I've got a few encoded high definition videos that are now .flv files and I'm wondering which is the best option to choose when importing the .flv file into my Flash project? I'm looking for fastest loading/streaming with best quality to be the result. If I choose a streaming option like progressive download from a web server, would the choice be dependent on the type of server the file(s) are hosted on? I'm using Flash Professional 8.

    Hi,
The best importing option for video is streaming from flash media server. Below I discuss the drawbacks if you use other alternatives.
    i) If you use embed video option
File size will go huge. Loading time will be higher. This is not a good option if you have big size video files.
ii) If you use progressive download from a web server
Video file gets downloaded to the client machine during the progressive download. Since video file is downloaded into the client machine, there are chances of the external user to reuse the same video.
iii) If you use streaming from flash media server
Video directly gets streamed from Flash Media Server. In this case, video file download does not happen on the client side. Video file security concerns are already addressed by Flash Media Server protocols.
    Thanks

I purchased a  MBP 13.3/2.5/8GB/128GB FLASH from Apple store in Manhattan Beach,CA some months ago. It has only 128 GB storage.
I soon realized that I did a big mistake not upgrading the storage when purchasing. I thought I could upgrade later which is not possible I understand.
    My Q:
What is the best and most practical/userer friendly option for additional storage say up to 1 TB ?

    Hey leiv karsten,
As your macbook is retina, you can't upgrade it like previous generation macbook pro.You can purchase a portable 1TB external harddrive.

What is the best IE app to use for ipad ?

"IE" app? Can you explain what you mean? Internet Explorer is a web browser for the Windows operating system. The built in web browser on your iPad is Safari. If you don't like that, there are lots of others in the App Store. Popular ones include Chrome, iCab Mobile and Dolphin.

  • What is the best external microphone for iPad Air? Primarily for interviews...

I produce DSLR videos and record audio separately, then both are synced on my iMac. I used to use my iPod Touch (4th Gen) as a pocket mic with my Seinheiser lavalier, but it died in a tragic wash/dry cycle and I now use my new iPad Air.
Unfortunately, my Seinheiser mic is designed with a screw-on mic input, which rattles and pops my audio from time to time. I am familiar with the very inexpensive iRig line (and their accompanying mobile apps), but you get what you pay for and I am looking to invest in something higher quality.
The Air is pretty new and I dont expect there to be a lot of options, but given the limitations of the headphone port, I am hoping for the best.
    Much appreciated!
    - Caron

For the absolute best sound quality check out the Apogee MiC Pro. You will not be disappointed.

  • What is the best export option for video podcasting purposes?

Although Quicktime has an "Export to iPod" option, I was wondering if there was any better means to export from FCP or Quicktime for purposes of podcasting and YouTube posting to ensure best quality while containing file size.
    Thank you for your help!

    Felix,
    use Compressor.
1)Look into Settings presets, towards the bottom. You have several options and the best for you comes from testing a few, just a few seconds each.
2)In inspector you can customize settings further.
    Have fun,
    G.

  • What's the best treadmill mount for ipad

Anyone use some kind of mount on a treadmill?

Read this for imformation on how to get the Pages files to iTunes on your PC using file sharing.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4088
You can also email the file. With the document open in Pages, tap the wrench (tools) icon in the upper right corner and select Share and Print from the window. From the next window, select Email Document.
What specifically do you mean about the screen not working? No response to touch???? If that's the case, try restarting or resetting the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

  • What is the best export option for a slide show made with Premiere Pro?

I have just made a slide show, 3 minutes, some music and 3 slides.
I exported it for youtube with 10fps.
The file ended up with 35 Mb.
Isnt there an export option that allows less fps resulting in a much smaller file size?

What frame size are you exporting to?
There is likely a way to get it a little smaller. I will play around with it and see what I can come up with.
Post a screen shot of your export settings. We might be able to spot a problem.
Edit: Well, at 1920X1080 a 3 minute slide show starts to fall apart at less than 30MB or so. The bitrate drops to the point where the images are not clear. Anything under about 1Mbps is just too noisy. I used H.264. There might be a better choice for slideshows.

  • What is the best training option for developers moving from LabVIEW 7 to 2010?

We have a group of developers who have been using LabVIEW 7.1 for 5+ years, and will be upgrading to LabVIEW 2010.  We're looking for some training that will help them get up to speed on the differences they'll encounter.  Since these developers are already very familiar with LabVIEW/dataflow programming, I think the Core I & II courses might have too much unnecessary content.  Ideally the training would focus on the big changes, like the Project Explorer, Project Libraries, etc.
We could give them a stack of "What's new in LabVIEW X.XX" documents but obviously that's not too helpful.
    Any suggestions?

Why would that NOT be helpful?  That plus the Project Explorer section in the LabVIEW manuals plus some time coding in LV2010 ought to bring anyone up to speed.  Try just diving right in, the changes aren't that fundamentally different since LV7.1.  NI training classes would certainly be overkill.
