  • What's going on with Verizon customer service phone number?

    I wanted to upgrade my data plan, so I called 800 922 0204 (same as calling 611), and was presented with this error message:
    "The information you have entered does not match the information we have on file. If you are entering a User ID, try using your cell phone number.  It is also possible that the account you are trying to access is not registered. Please register your account at www.verizonwireless.com. "
    What??? I've had this account for over 5 years, same user name, same password. I was able to log in, saw all info on my account, but when clicked on Upgrade Data plan, I was instructed to call the 800 number above. I had a chat session with the sales dept, they said they could not help me with this issue, since they're only trying to sell devices.
    Anybody have an idea what's going on? There's no other phone number to call Verizon.

    Looked all over the Creative website, and I'm unable to locate any kind of phone number to contact Creative. Specifically I'm looking for a general customer service number, but ANY number to contact Creative would be great.

    When I go to "contact customer support" I get to a page that says "select the department you wish to contact". I select customer support, and under the telephone support field this is what there is: "Free telephone support for the first 60 days of ownership. Refer to your product's documentation for the support number in your region."
    So I go to download my product's documentation...it says that it is no longer supported.
    I looked on my CD...don't see anything anywhere that gives a phone number. I've browsed the CD's contents quite thoroughly, and I didn't see any number.
    Even when I outright just ask for the number... I've given the same instructions that I've already seen, and followed on this website. Is this number trying to be kept secret or something? If the number is on this website, could you please provide a link to that page, as I was unable to find it. That or just the number please. ANY customer service number will do. ANY number, for any product, or any area of Creative support.
    So far this "award winning customer support" is off to a pretty bad start. All I want to do is call Creative, and so far it's taken a couple hours before I've even been able to dial a number.

  • Want answers on recent order, Customer Service phone number not helping

    First off, here is why I called.
    I placed an order on May 30th (Saturday) for a few movies off of bestbuy.com. I checked the status of the order on the following Tuesday. One of the items was back ordered, but when I checked on Tuesday it was listed as being a part of the shipment, and that the order was processed and completed.
    I clicked on the shipping number for UPS and it states that the label has been printed and waiting on UPS to pick up. The order was SUPPOSE to have been delivered on this past Tuesday, June 10th. I clicked on the UPS link to make sure the package was on schedule and it still says that the label has been printed, and waiting for UPS to pick up. It is now Friday, June 13 and still no package, and UPS site still says it is waiting to pick up the package.
    Now the call/
    I called the Best Buy customer service line and went through the automated messaging to finally get to a customer service rep. When the rep picked up, he asked how he might help. I started to explain, and almost instantly he started saying "I'm sorry. I can't hear you. You can call us back, etc, etc. This call will be disconnected now." Well, if my voice was not coming through the phone, how did the automated messaging know how to direct me?
    So I called back, and once again got through the automated messaging to get to a service rep to find out what the status of my order was. I explained my situation and was told I would be transferred to someone who could help. And then the phone line went dead and I was again disconnected. So now I have to call back a third time find out where my order is that was suppose to be delivered at the beginning of the week, yet apparently has not even been given to UPS to be delivered.
    This is not the first time I have called the customer service line and been disconnected. This has happened in the past too. For instance, one time, I was forced to call the line 5 times before I was able to get properly transferred to the right person to talk to without getting disconnected.
    I just want to know where my order is that I have already been charged for, and no more of these games trying to see if I can get connected, or given a runaround. Can someone please help?

    Please contact customer service and they will check if you are eligible for the bundle subscription. If yes then they will help you fix this and ensure you will also get Skype Premium with Unlimited US and Canada.

    I just got my new Passport out of it's box.  I am having an issue that is not addressed in the forum.  in the box, it says I get 30 days complimentary direct support from Blackberry. I therefore called the phone number given in the box (uk) ************.  I got through, and was given the choice of either 1 or 9.  Neither entry was reconized and the answer service kept repeating my options.  I have tried dialing a few times.
    How can I get get hold of a human to help with my issue?
