What is the black spot on my screen I try to use the camera that faces me?

When i tried to use my camera on my iPod touch, a small black circle appears in the middle of the screen. It only happens when I use the camera that faces me, not the one on the back. I cleaned the screen thinking there was something on the lense but it is still there. I've only had it 3 days!

Unless you have a black circle on your nose, there is a problem with your iPod.
Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If that doesn't work, call Apple. After all, the unit is brand new. 800-275-2273 in the U.S.A. and, I think, Canada.

      First, make sure it is backed up in itunes.
      Next, there should be an option somewhere on itunes to restore it to its original state. I did that once for the IOS 5 install after the first go round did not work.
      Once its in its original state, upgrade to ios5. Then restore from Itunes all your stuff.
       That is what I did but I am not an expert on what exactly is where in itunes.

Every time I try to use the camera on my 4S, the screen goes black and goes back to my home screen. Also, my call waiting does not show who is calling in when i am already on the phone with a caller. This just stared in the last couple of weeks. I'm very frustrated. I wonder what else isn't working that I haven't come upon yet.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

Can you please provide us with the version of Ps, and also your OS's version?
When the GUI goes black, or begins acting wonky, the first course of action is usually to trash the Preferences.
The second is to check the version of the video driver, from the nVidia, or AMD/ATI Web site, and download, then install the latest for you model of video card, for your OS version.

Blue screen when attempting to use the dedicated video card

I keep getting a blue screen when attempting to use the dedicated video card.
I managed to install the AMD driver for it but without the other components like the Catalyst Control Center as it blue screened on startup when attempting to load the Catalyst Control Center.
The OS loads fine. Any applications that don't use the dedicated video card runs fine. All other drivers install fine as well.
Applications like games and Photoshop that switch to the dedicated video card on startup automatically crashes, the OS freezes then a blue screen appears.
What could be causing the problem? This problem just recently appeared. Two weeks ago.

What version of OS X are you using? If Yosemite, you need to update to 10.10.1 or higher.

I think you're slightly misunderstanding something, so maybe I'll try to chime in, even though everyone has said it in various ways.
Before OSX 10.7 (aka Lion) came out, the upgrades to OSX belonged to the Mac and not the user. Probably there was a technical legality in the user agreement that you couldn't do that, but everyone did. I could sell a Mac with Snow Leopard (or anything before that) by just erasing the hard drive, and reinstalling OSX. Then ship it to the buyer. Now, I was pretty honest as a seller, and including not only the original installation discs but also any upgrade. I would only sell a Mac if I was replacing it, so I always was getting the brand new version.
With OSX 10.7, upgrading was done online, with no disks. So the upgrades were tied to an Apple ID rather than the machine. Recently, I sold a MacBook Pro (to upgrade to a 27" iMac), which came with Lion. I had promised the buyer that it would come with Mountain Lion, but I didn't know that the upgrade was tied to my Apple ID. I made good with the buyer by sending along a $20 Apple App Store card so that she could upgrade to Lion.
So what everyone is saying here is that you need the original Installation discs or Snow Leopard disk to reinstall and wipe out the Mountain Lion that is on your Mac. It doesn't belong to you, it belongs to the seller, and without his Apple ID and password, you cannot use it. Once you do a reinstall of Snow Leopard, then you can upgrade to Lion and then to Mountain Lion. I do not believe you can upgrade directly to Mountain Lion from Snow Leopard, but I'm not sure.
If the seller claimed that you were getting Mountain Lion, then he was lying to you (or being more civil, maybe he just didn't know like I did). If you bought the used machine from Amazon Sellers or from eBay, then you have recourse through the feedback system or through PayPal. If you bought it any other way, you're on your own.

Sorry to hear you are having a similar problem. Last night I went to the tool bar at the top of iphoto, clicked on "File", then clicked "Browse Backups" in the drop down menu.    I have an external hard drive that is set up to Time Machine.   The Browse Backups opened the iphoto pages in the Time Machine. I selected a date one day ahead of the day I performed the now infamous update, and it showed my iphoto library as it had existed that day.   I then clicked "Restore Library" at the bottom right corner of the Time Machine screen.   Roughly 2 hours later my iphoto was back to normal.   When I opened iphoto there was a message saying I need to upgrade my program to be compatible with the new version of iphoto(version 9.2.1). I clicked "Upgrade" and within seconds it had done whatever upgrading it needed to do.
The only glitch in the restoration was that it restored the library as it appeared last week, so I no longer had photos I had imported this past weekend.   I simply went back to the Browse Backups in the drop down menu, when Time Machine opened I selected the page showing my pictures from this weekend and again said to Restore Library.   Roughly 45 minutes later the library was restored including the most recent photos.
I am now a happy camper.
I don't know if any of this will be of help to you because your email says you are having trouble with photos imported after the upgrade was performed.   Have you had any pop up notices when you first open iphoto, that tell you you need an upgrade to be compatible with the new iphoto?     If so have you clicked "upgrade"?
Good luck Liz, if you have Time Machine running as a back up to your library, maybe you wil be able to get help there, by following my instructions above.   Otherwise,   good luck with your investigations.   I'd be interested in hearing how you make out.
