I just noticed "CLOUD DRIVE" listed under My Favorites on my iMac - what is it for?
It has three folders "Documents" - "Pictures" - "Videos" listed, but nothing is in them.

Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store>Show All>Videos>Off. The movies with the cloud icon are movies in the cloud and they should disappear when you do what I posted.

/dev/disk1 says Apple_Boot Recovery HD which makes sense with the new recovery partition.
/dev/disk2 says Apple_HFS MyDIskName and Logical Volume on disk0s2, disk1s2, followed by a bunch of numbers and characters, then Unlocked Encrypted Fusion Drive. I am assuming tis refers to the actual fusion drive that is mounted on the desktop.

What is the right driver for iPhone 4 for iTunes 10.2.1.1

I upgraded my itunes to 10.2.1.1 on Windows 7 and tried to upgrade my iPhone IOS to 4.2.1. Unfortunately, the apple recovery iBoot driver will not load and my iPhone has an USB cable icon pointed to an itunes icon and will not start.
I see four drives Apple recovery iBoot USB driver 6.0.9999.52, 6.0.9999.53, 6.0.9999.55 and usb composite. All these drivers failed to load into Windows.
What is the Apple recovery usb driver and how do I get the driver loaded so, y iPhone can start up?

   You are currently capturing to an esata drive? which drive? which model Macbook Pro do you own?
   Finally, is your Church going to be purchasing whatever new equipment that you may need?

in my pursuit of installing the trial of cs6
i have fired up another desktop computer
win7 64bit // 8gb of ram // 4 x 7200rpm hdd
it has an nvidia geforce 9800gt (it is a LEGACY card)
(but it doesn't look like the one on the nvidia website with dual dvi
this one has 1 hdmi, 1 dvi, 1 standard monitor)
it has 1gb ddr3 memory
installed, the gpu driver is 8.17.12.6658(1/7/2011) (according to gpu caps viewer)
when i check on nvidia's website it says the current driver is this
320.18 whql (release date may 20, 2013)

What's the best driver for an Epson Stylus Photo R260 printer?

After the last couple of driver updates for Mavericks, my printer won't print just black although it is using the black ink to shade colors darker. I previously used another driver but didn't buy it after the trail period was up but now I'm getting desperate. Unfortunately, I can't remember that driver's name. Does anyone have a suggestion for a driver for an epson stylus photo r260 inkjet?

How are you trying to set the print to just black? Are you setting the color to Grayscale under Print Settings in the Print window?
Should be the same for the 260 as the 280.

What is the max HDD for my model iMac?

I have a 2006 (last of the white plastic gen) iMac 24" 2.16GHz Intel Core Duo. Came with 1GB RAM, which I upgraded to the maximum possible of 3GB RAM.
It also came with a 250GB HDD which I would like to upgrade. I know Apple won't do this and I need to go to a reseller/partner, but I am getting conflicting messages about what is possible.
One says I can go to 2TB but another tells me that the maximum drive size I can put in is 750GB. Apart for the physical size of the drive, I can't see why there would be a limit to the size of drive I can install. Don't they all have the same interface, power consumption and heat output?
I would have thought that a 2TB drive from 2011 would be smaller than a 250GB drive from 2005/6.

I have two externals already:
1. Lacie Rugged which I am using for Time Machine
2. Lacie 4Big which houses my iTunes library
I think that I will move my iPhoto library to the Lacie 4Big which has about 200GB spare freeing up 175GB on my internal. If successful, I shouldn't need to replace the new internal. I was always a bit worried about moving stuff from the internal, which seems quite reliable. I have had 2 Maxtor drives fail on me in the past and lost much of my iTunes library. So when it comes to seven years and 23k+ of family photos I am very cautious.
The Lacie is built in RAID 5 so I hope I can fix it even in the event of a drive failure.

FX5600 - what's the best driver for it?

I use atually the driver 45.32, is the best for games like Medal of Honor, Quake 3, Ghost Recon and other games that use direct X 8.1, but in other games like Need for Speed Underground, Call of Duty, Far Cry it is the whorst!!
The new drivers (last driver=> 56.72 NVidia) run this news games that use direct X 9.0b very good but is very weak for run games that use older direct X (like 8.1!!!)....
What driver is good or the best in this case? Recommend for me please

Sorry, but I respectfully disagree.
I always use the latest nVidia Drivers from nVidia and use coolbits to overclock. MSI drivers are often a couple versions behind.
I have not noticed any marked visual or performance gains when using ANY manufacturers drivers.
If you stay tuned to the more popular graphics websites and their respective forums, and you see users reporting a specific manufacturer's driver performing brilliantly over the nVidia ones then it might be considered. However, just a few posts positive means nothing. It must be fairly unanimous and across several forums or news/reviews to make it fairly compelling.
The MSI VGA BIOS comes directly from nVidia, the only difference is in the vendors choice of memory to populate the card. That, in turn may require a BIOS modification. It's not like a motherboard, they usually get it right the first time when it comes to VGA BIOS's.
As far as the new DOT technology, remember that you will have an additional application in the background, dynamically monitoring performance and making changes on the fly.
With any program of this nature and the hardware involved, not every system will perform as expected. You may have one system where it works flawlessly, and another system that doesn't perform as expected. These problems can be anything from user configuration errors, to poor cooling, faulty or low quality components, low or dirtty power conditions, you name it.
I prefer a hands on approach and because I'm a bit of a control freak, I don't like giving up those tasks to a program or utility that can often be buggy and troublesome to say the least. I will admit that for the novice it may come as a benefit, however, the power user may find it restrictive in some respects.
With all of these factors and then an additional resource hog in the background, I have not been compelled to keep these programs installed. At least that's my experience a few months ago. Perhaps the drivers have undergone some refinements since then but my overall experience with most VGA vendors in the market, keeps pointing me back to the chipset manufacturer's drivers 99.99% of the time. On rare occasions I have had to use a vendors drivers due to an incompatability issue or update a BIOS to fix a video in, or capture problem, but those instances are rare.
Most power users follow this methodology.
Try both of the latest drivers from both sources, and you be the judge, just remember, someones success doesn't mean you'll share it too.

What is the best driver for VIA 8237R ?

I just got a SATAII disk and made it work but it gave me unbelievable low burst read score (7mb/s) in HD Tach, otherwise everything "looks" OK but no impressive. So I do think there is something wrong. Any hints?
- Jumper has been applied to force disk running under SATAI
- Using VIA RAID driver version 5.1.2600.530 from VIA website
Also, this disk won't work if I overclock the MB. Is there any way I can put SATA run at a lower freq and MB at a higher rate?

One other thing you may want to do is to get the drive tools for the drive from the drive maker and see if everything with that drive is OK. I am no drive expert but it sounds like the drive may have an issue. There isn't much to setup on a SATA Drive. They are pretty much ready to go out of the box. As far as I am aware there simply is nothing in different driver versions that would cause this. I can't say I noticed any differences with the VIA drivers as far as HDD performance was concerned. So it is either the drive or the board. Usually on the board the interface either works or doesn't. So that does not leave a lot on the table here.
One thing though that you could check. I see your overclocked. To lock the AGP/PCI bus on that board you want to set the AGP speed to 67. That also locks the drive interface as it is directly connected.
Other than that there is little I can say as we don't get many drive issues with that board reported here.

Well check Release Notes of the Forceware to findout. With both drivers version listed above should be fine.
The most important part is to use latest patch for WiC.

Win 7 works but I have now Wifi connection and I can't find any solution

Did you download and install the Windows support software. The first menu option when running Bootcamp Assistant was to download the Windows Support software.
If you did download and install the Windows Support Software and wifi still does not work for you, consult Windows help files for how to set up wifi.

You will need to boot from some alternate boot device to accomplish this, if you did not initialize the drive before installing it.
If you have another Mac, you may be able to use FireWire target disk mode.
If your MacBook has a DVD reader and you have a Mac OS X Installer/Utilities DVD, such as the one that shipped with it, you can boot from that DVD, answer only the "what Language" question, and wait a quarter minute for the MenuBar to be drawn. Then examine the Utilities menu or the Installer menu and Find Disk Utility.
