Need to replace a brken screen on an i-pod touch and had bad experience with a non-apple repair on an i-phone so what sort of cost can I expect if asking apple to do the repair?

    I am sure, for giving free of cost, you should be having different document types like sale order for free goods, billing with no value.  So thru VF05, by selecting the billing document type, you can generate a report.

    I didn't cull through the results, but perhaps you will find one that is for sending in for repair. I'm sure there are places. Try modifying the search parameters. I just searched for "replace battery 1g nano."
