What is the difrence of ESS service that ends 05 and 12 and ends nothing

Hi gurus..
I am new in ESS. And I am trying to understand how the ESS servises work.
We working ECC 6.0 and EP 7.0. And we trying to custom Travel managment in ESS. But I could not understand which service's customizing shown on portal. (It was standart costumed in ECC 6.0)

Hi Gülhizar,
You can make travel requests, expense reports, and more.
Basic customizing:
Infotypes:
IT470 Personal Travel Profile (control what transportation and accommodations are displayed for an availability query) ESS: necessary to use travel management
In IMG go to Financial Accounting (New) Travel Management Travel Planning Trip Rules and Profiles Travel Policy Travel Profiles.
When the IT470 its empty the application use the profile assign in the feature TRVCP.
In IT468 its possible to also assign the travel profile. The IT0468 is the travel profile set by organizational criterias (like organizational object...). That overwrites what has been set in the IT468 by organizational criteria.
IT017 Travel Privileges ESS: necessary to use travel management
In this Infotype its necessary to insert the company code, the business area and the cost center.
To use another cost center or to make the distribution in percentage of the costs for more then one cost center use the IT27.
IT471: Flight Preferences ESS: Travel Profile
IT472: Hotel Preferences ESS: Travel Profile
IT473: Car Rental Preferences ESS: Travel Profile
IT474: Train Preferences ESS: Travel Profile
Its possible to put all this information directly in the portal. This information its not mandatory.
IT475: Customer Programs like cards of travel companies, rental cars, etc. Configuration in IMG, select Travel Planning, Master Data.
When try to make some things in the Workset Travel Management and occurs some error, like no end validity, with a trip schema, then we have to go to transaction FITVFELD, and change the dates of the Schemas (less)
The transaction equal to the portal is TP01.

There's no reason you can't go on using iWeb for this - with iWeb '08 you have to publish to a local folder (i.e. on your Mac) and then upload the contents of the folder (not the folder itself) to your hosting service: and you have to make sure you enter the new URL in the Publish information or the feed won't work properly; this done, an iWeb podcast should work fine.
Of course there is still the problem that iWeb is not supported and sooner or later a system upgrade may break it. You could look at RapidWeaver: you can make podcasts with that, though the last time I looked into that - which was admittedly some time back - I didn't feel it was ideal for this. There are lots of other podcast creation programs or services around. WordPress is OK but it may be a bit of a steep learning curve: Libsyn is an online service that seems to work reliably. Blogger writes messy feeds but does usually work. Podcast Maker used to work well - I used it myself a few years back - but it rather looks as if it's gone moribund and it may not be reliable with Lion/Mountain Lion, so you would want to check into that.

According to your description, you are using Enterprise Core edition and you are prompted that you can’t use remote data sources.
In your scenario, we neither ignore your point nor be doubt with what you say. But actually we have met the case before that even though the SQL Server engine is Enterprise but the reporting services is still standard. So I would recommend you to find the
actual edition of reporting services you are using. You can find Reporting Services starting SKU in the Reporting Service logs ( default location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\<instance name>\Reporting Services\LogFiles). For more information,

What is the workflow document web services service?

Workflow approval message is stuck in the inbox. It mail_status is mail. It's status is open.
I can see the approval message in the inbox and it is holding up other emails as it's just sitting there.
I can't see any reason for it to be sitting there so I bounced the WF Notification Mailer using:
service_components -> WorkflowMailer Service -> Stop All wait for it to stop completely then -> start all
So after starting all -> the workflow services (all 3 ) State is Activated, but there is a Big red X in the Status and the status of the workflow I'm trying to get out of the inbox is still open.
There is nothing in the logs yet so I can't see what that big red X means.
So I decide to stop and start the WF services one by one.
I stop workflow document web services service first. As soon as it starts to stop, the Worfkflow agent listener and the Workflow Mailer suddenly start up, the big red X goes away and the messages in the inbox all process.
What's up with that? What is " the workflow document web services service?" and why is it hanging my Mailer?

Hi Raja,
a service is started with the portal startup, if the "startup" property is set to true, or, if not, a service is started on request. It can be restarted manually via the portal interface (System Administration -- System Configuration -- Service Configuration). So a service is destroyed when the portal stops or if the service is restarted manually (then the old instance gets destroyed and a new one gets created).
A service behaves like a singleton, so you access the same instance, independent of users and components they come from; if you want to differentiate, you have to implement the differentiation by yourself.

As you haven't told us who your email provider is, no.
There isn't an SMTP server for Greece - it is either provided by your email provider, or the Internet provider you are connected through.

If you want to work with Mac OS X, you need one computer per simultaneous user.
What you are describing, " Multiple simultaneous logins to a single computer" is not avialable on a regular Mac of any description, unless you decide to use Unix tools instead of Mac OS X.
Server will happily store files for many, many users and provide them to multiple (up to hundreds) of computers at "near hard Drive" speeds over Gigabit Ethernet. It can make the File Sharing part easy.

What's the best way to detect that text typed by user (or added programmatically) exceeds available container space and find out where starts truncated part? Is there available some other (than described bellow) easy way to detect it or disallow set of controllers to receive more characters that can be displayed in given composition area?
My partialy failed attempt (simplified)
For example lets say that I've got an editable textflow with attached two instances of ContainerController.

Use case
I want to create fillable form. Field might have a single or multiple lines. One field might start in the middle of the page, continue in the next line where it spreads through whole page and end in the - quarter of page width long - third line. Text typed by the user can't exceed given area since it might cover some static text that sits right after/below field.

I've tried something like that previously, but it didn't work because then I've got vertical scroll policy to set to 'auto'. After changing verticalScrollPolicy to ScrollPolicy.OFF in the last container it worked like a charm.

What is the list of file prefixes that make a file appear first in the finder?
For example, files and folders whose names start with "A" will appear before files whose names start with "B",
but what about a list of characters for files and folders before the letter "A"?
I'm doing some file organisation, and I need certain things to appear at the top of the list.
I have noticed that the character-prefixes "0" and "(" seem to make things appear before "A"
I would like a complete list if there is one available.

Pretty much any number or a space character. Punctuation does too, in theory, but I'd advise to limit it to hyphens and underscores. Periods are OK in the middle of file names but you won't be able to start a file name with one at the Finder level since that would actually hide the file.
