What is the easiest way to create and manage very big forms?

I need to create a form that will contain few hundred questions. Could you please give me some advise on what is the easiest way to do that? I mean for example is it easier to create everything in Word (since it is easier to manage) and than create a form based on that?
My concern is that when I will have a very big form, containing different kinds of questions and with many scripts, managing it during work will be slow and difficult, for example adding a question in the middle of the form which would require moving half of the questions down which could smash the layout etc.
What is the best practise for that?

Try using Table and Rows for this kind of forms. These forms will have the same look throught with a question and and answer section..
In the future if you want to add a new section, you can simply add rows in between..

I am brand new to Lightroom (converted from Aperture) and made the conversation mainly because I thought that Adobe would bring many more options and because Apple has discontinued development of Aperture. Part of the reason I am asking this question is because there is so much information out there on this subject that it is overwhelming and actually is making it difficult to determine the best way to simply arrange my photos/videos into a slideshow and then to publish somewhat of a gallery or slideshow to show family and friends in other states.
I do not like publishing things to Facebook/etc. Too public. I just want a simple, efficient way to create a gallery with music and have a link I can send to my family (they all live in another state).
Any help narrowing this down for me would be greatly appreciated!

an airport extreme base station would do the job, it has several ethernet ports for use by non-wireless devices, allows connecting a usb printer to share, and supports both pc and mac via wireless
config is via a dedicated set-up utility
however, you can always connect the printer to the mac or pc and share it that way, so having this support in the base station isn't essential
a much cheaper unit from netgear etc. (such as the netgear wgr614) would offer the other features, be far more compact, and allow configuration via web browser, which might be a factor if you need to give 'remote support'
i've got both airport and netgear wireless devices, imho for non-technical users the netgear is simpler than the airport due to the web browser configuration

What is the easiest way to create a playlist without going through all 1500 in my iTunes? I know some artists I want all their songs.......others I don't.

I have WMP on my computer and know you can quite easily make playlists within it.
Then if you connect your player to the computer and drag and drop the playlist into the sync
screen you should then be able to transfer it to the player.
Not tried this way as I always use Zen Media Explorer for making playlists.

CS5 allows creation of buttons in AE, but for plain navigation options, I think it is just as easy to add in Encore or Photoshop.

In Exchange 2013 you can use the ECP to add additional email addresses to mailboxes. In order for a mailbox to send using an address, that address needs to be set as the reply address. One mailbox cannot send as multiple addresses. Doing that would require
a mailbox for each address. To set a new primary address on a mailbox log into the ECP and choose mailboxes under the recipients option on the left. Then search for the mailbox you want to add the address to and click the edit symbol. Navigate to the
Email Address tab on the left. To set a new primary address you will likely need uncheck the box for "Automatically update email addresses based on the email address policy applied to this recipient". Then click the plus button, enter the new address,
and check the box for "Make this the reply address"
Before you do this you should ensure that the proper MS records exist for these other domains, and that they are properly configured for mail flow. Once you set this as the reply address for a mailbox, that is the address external users will use for replies.

I need to change local password of an account on a number of our domain based machines. Or create the user if it doesn't exist.
We have over 200 machines so this will need to be done as a bulk job.
I've looked into doing this by GPO Preferences, but it appears that MS have removed this functionality with a hotfix.
What's the best way of doing this now, as I would have through that this is a feature that most organisations would require.

Well, there's a BFILE data type-- that allows you to store essentially a pointer to a file in the database, though the file itself would be stored externally.
A better option would be to store the data either as interMedia Text or as a B/CLOB, so all the data from the file would be stored in the file. interMedia Text gives a number of benefits if you're going to be working with the data-- i.e. searching the data, etc, but the additional work & restrictions may not be worth it if you just want to get the data in and out of the database whole.

Just using the timeline is super fiddly trying to adjust videos

One of our locations was implemented using VLAN1 as the main (native) VLAN. My goal is to create a new sub-interface on the router and then move all the existing switches (all Layer 2) into the new VLAN, without disrupting the network (and remotely). I wanted to shed a little more light on the situation. The "new" VLAN has actually been in existence since the network was initially setup. The network runs VTP and the new VLAN already has an interface on the router and already shows up on all the switches when you do a "sh vlan" command. We have about 10 VLANs in all. In reality, I am simply trying to migrate about 8 switches from VLAN1 (which they never should have been on) to the new VLAN. I know that I need to create an interface for the new VLAN on each of the switches and then swap the management IP to that interface. If I could connectly directly into each switch via the console port, this would be a simple task. However, the switches are in extremely remote locations with special circumstances, thus I have no physical access to them. This fact has me a little reluctant to making the changes, as we can't afford any mistakes that would potentially cause network downtime. I am looking for some guidance on exactly the steps to take to achieve my goal. Let's call the new vlan, VLAN2. During testing, I logged into a local switch that was on VLAN1 (that's where it had it's management address). It did have VLAN2-VLAN10 as well, via VTP. I created an interface for VLAN3 on the switch and then accessed it via VLAN3 to swap the main management interface from VLAN1 to VLAN2. The changes took, but I couldn't access it via VLAN2. I am assuming this is because the router still has VLAN1 listed as the native vlan and the VLAN2 IP address is still assigned to VLAN1 on the router. What would be the best way for me to make the required changes on the 8 switches that need swapped, without losing remote access? It wouldn't hurt if the network went down for 5 minutes or less, but we can't have a big outage. Thanks.

Easiest way would probably be to open one of the 3D templates (File > Open Template) and start to break it down. The Help menu includes a PDF that provides a good overview of how 3D works in Motion as well.

I create the temporary CLOB in proc_A, do the call to proc_B and then free the temporary again.
In proc_B I create a REFCURSOR, and use that with dbms_xmlgen to create XML.
So the code basically looks like

A CLOB does not exist in local stack space. The variable itself can be TBs in size (max CLOB size is 128TB depending on DB config) - and impossible to create and maintain in the stack. Umm, no. Sorry, if this really needs to be vectorized, you have to redraw it from scratch the hard way. However, it looks like a 3D rendering, so chances are one could export a projection/ planview from wahtever CAD program it was created with and work based on that.

Contact Sheet II is a Photoshop Plug-in Script writen by xbytor. He is a much better Photoshop Script writer then me I'm just a hacker. Contact Sheet is a much more complicate script then mine for is a Photoshop Plug-in with Photoshop action support. It is also not designed to size all image to the exact same size and aspect ratio if images sizes and aspect ratio differ there will be some variation in images sizes on the contact sheets. The only labeling it will do is place the file names on the contact sheet.
My script is simpler therefor easier to change then Contact Sheet II and my Script is designed to make all image unform in size. My script does not do any labeling but it would be easy to add to a point. My script is also only set up the do spacing the same vertically and horizontally but adding a couple of field to its dialog you could easily separate them but this might not be needed. The hard part would be the labeling for you may want to rotate the roll paper print so it a wide image rather then tall. In which case the labeling would need be set up up rotated and moved the the side of the image which would be rotated because of the tile aspect ratio set up you would make tile have a landscape aspect ratio. Portraits would automatically be rotate for best fit, when you rotate the print they will be orientated portrait. The labeling would need to have at least two options in the dialog, One to do labeling and one for which way you want the labeling done to the side or below. All image processed must have the same orientation otherwise some will be rotated not all or none. Image can vary in size and aspect ratio. But all should be landscape or portrait for the script is designed to rotate image for best fit into tile size.

To be specific, we are in the process of upgrading our A/P processes and we have received a user manual from the company we contracted for the upgrade. I've been tasked with customizing this manual for my company's specific processes (this is with the permission).
What is the best course of action to accomplish this? I thought I should save a copy of the manual, and then modify each page as necessary. I will be adding and deleting text and graphics. I have never used Acrobat before, but consider myself a quick study.

When Acrobat saves to Word 97-2003 format, it actually writes a Rich Text Format file - the binary .DOC format used by Word is a closed standard. The .DOCX format is just XML, and neither export process cares if you have Office installed or not. In theory, OpenOffice can read both types of file; but there does tend to be some minor difference between how OO arranges things and how MS Word does it.
The critical thing is that if the PDF file has structure tags (i.e. it's accessible), Acrobat can flow the content properly in the exported file and can identify things as headers, quotes, lists, tables, etc. If not, it has to guess what the reading order is based on where things are on the page, and it will often get confused by intricate layouts, spanned columns, etc. There are of course some things (such as Word Art) which don't survive the trip to PDF and back, and will show as an image.
