What is the easiest way to sort photos within an album. I have photos from a trip but they are all mixed up. Photos from one part of the trip are showing up in other parts. Please help.
I have a MacBook Pro laptop and am trying to use iPhoto. I uploaded pictures but they uploaded out of order. Photos taken from different locations on my trip are all mixed up and I would like to sort them in chronological order. Things I have tried have been time consuming and often take several attempts before the moved photo "takes" to its new location within the album. If anyone can provide step by step instructions for this senior, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

There is no where for you to download them again for free- ringtones are not included in the iCloud feature. Applications can be redownloaded from the store at no additional cost- songs and movies can be redownloaded through iCloud (if they are available) but ringtones do not have that option. As I said, we can try to repost them for you but do not repurchase them unless you want to pay for them a second time. I encourage you to back up your purchases so you have the ability to restore them yourself if something happens to them.
If you want to know more about redownloading applications and other purchases let me know, and I'll be happy to provide you the redownload apps information and the iCloud information but this doesn't help you with ringtones.

Hi I have just got back from the apple store and the guy at the Genius bar looked at it and said it was a manufacturing fault, and because it has been like it since new, and seemed to be getting worse he replaced the computer and I have a new warranty from today.
We got the feeling as soon as he looked at it that he has seen this before, I did say to him I was concerned it would be a replacement screen and I was not really happy about that as it was so new, and he said that was the normal procedure, but as the fault was already there at new and it was getting worse they would replace. I could not have asked for a better service.
Not unpacked this one yet but am hoping all is good, its a great little machine.

No one here can help you, & Apple can't/won't help you. Fact is, there is no way to get that iPhone officially unlocked. Only Softbank can authorize the official unlocking of your phone, but they won't. Softbank does not offer official unlocking for any iPhone.

I have iTunes 10.6.3.25 and I can't find my audiobooks that I downloaded from a library website. The audiobook tab is visible in iTunes but none of the audiobooks are there. They are on my iPod nano. Please help!
When you say they are displaying in your iTunes library, are you talking about the Audiobooks section of your iTunes library and not the audiobooks section indented under the iPod in the left pane of iTunes under Devices?
Is the iPod Shuffle configured to sync audiobooks or do you manually manage the iPod's contents?

The built in BT profiles that iOS has do not include any kind of file sharing. Does the app say that it will text over BT? If so, then the connection would most likely be handled through the app itself. What is the name of this app?

I have songs missing from my iTunes on the computer but they are on my iPhone 3s and my iPad mini. How can I get them into iTunes so they are in my library.?I have the latest iTunes on my commuter. Thanks for any suggestions.
If they were purchased from iTunes then connect the phone to your Mac's iTunes and the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases should copy them over. If they came from other sources (e.g. copied from CDs) then you will need a third-party program on your Mac to copy them back - there are some listed half-way down this page : Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
If by 'missing' you mean that you have them listed in the Music part of your iTunes library but get the 'would you like to locate' message when trying to play them then you will need to delete them from there for the Transfer Purchases to work - otherwise that will see those entries in your library and assume that you still have them somewhere and not copy them back. -
No photos showing in Photos...Photo Stream, but they are showing elsewhere
There is some kind of bug that is preventing my iPad 2 from showing photos in Photos>Photo Stream. I know the photos are there because they are showing in Settings>Brightness & Wallpaper>Wallpaper>Photo Stream.
I have tried soft reset, hard reset, "Reset All Settings", log out/log in of iCloud, "Reset Photo Stream, etc. I have the latest iOS5 update and all the latest updates on my iMac/iPhoto.
Has anyone else experienced this?Has any one (Apple?) found a solution to this this problem yet? We have the same problem. We have two iPads, the original iPad and iPad 2. On the original iPad the Photo Stream folder in Photos displays all photos in Photo Stream. On the iPad 2 the Photo Stream folder is empty. However, on the iPad 2 all the photos in Photo Stream are available in every other app that uses photos such as iPhoto, Pages, PS Express, etc., etc. The only difference on the iPad 2 is that the Mail is set up for the iPad 2 user with a different Apple ID (the original iPad is set up for one Apple ID for iCloud and Mail).
This problem has been with us ever since Photo Stream came on line it is about time a fix was issued by Apple. -

Block step is similar to what we use curly braces in most of the languages which defines the scope. For example if we are using loop step in bpm to loop through some variable then we can use block step to restrict the scope of loop step up to some point.

I have an issue with my iPad and iPhone. They apps keep on crashing, even the standard apps like mail and safari, notes etc. I have reset the divices and have the latest software, what am I doing wrong? Why would this happen? It is annoying and I want to fix it as I am in the middle of stuff and apps just close! Help.
I'm guessing it's an app that is on both devices. Delete all common apps, reset and see how they run.
Also try clearing your recently used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Tap and hold any icon until they wiggle
- Continually press the red to delete the apps from this list.
- Press the home button twice when done
With a quick finger, you can clear this list very quickly. -
I recently deleted two albums off of my phone using itunes, but when i went back onto my phone, they were still there and playable. they are not songs that I have purchased via itunes so can someone please help me figure out what is wrong so that i can fix the problem

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

You need to find out what software generated the 3D. Then you can find out if there is an equivalent Mac compatible plugin. Moving photoshop elements 12 and lightroom 5 from windows machine to a Mac Pro
Is it possible to transfer licence from the windows machine to the mac? The Lightroom version does appear to be a windows/mac version but the serial number won't activate the product. The Photoshop Elements was actually a windows version so perhaps t
