What is the file name crdb_jdbc.dll(Windows) equivalent to Linux?

Hi,
What is the equivalent file name of crdb_jdbc.dll for linux connection info for database?

It's crdb_jdbc.dll.
Within the connection info, the name of the DLL specifies the connectivity driver type, that just so happens to correspond to the specific DLL file for that driver for Crystal Reports C++ engine on Windows. For other deployments and engines (such as CRJ), it gets the right one if you specify crdb_jdbc.dll.
Sincerely,
Ted Ueda

    Hey,
if you know the name(s) of the root folder(s) you want to access (eg. by making a note on the Windows side) then you can make them appear by just doing Shift-Command-G in Finder ("Go to Folder…"), and entering the full path to the required folders.  You can then navigate all the contents as normal.

  • What is the file name of the thunderbolt driver?

Does anybody know the file name of the thunderbolt driver that will allow me to access a thunderbolt drive from Windows? The BIOS see's the Promise controller/drive, but device manager doesn't see it. The boot camp support files from Apple are not installing automatically - it fails with no specific error except try again. I'd like to try and load the thunderbolt driver manually. Does anybody know the file name and folder this driver would be in?
    Thanks.

  • What are the file name(s) for CS6 scratch data on Mac?

I see people saying the file (or is it multiple files?) is kept in the HD root. I don't see anything there (I only have one drive) that looks relevant to Photoshop, even when I view invisible files. Anyone know where the file is, and what it's named? Is it invisible?
The reason I ask is that I want to exclude it from my ongoing Time Machine backups. I'm slowly learning the various Adobe folders that I need to exclude manually. (AutoRecover, Application Support/Adobe... in fact, the bazillion CS6 folders within Applications, since I'll just restore them from Creative Cloud if I have a failure.)
Sometimes Time Machine has been doing a big backup for reasons unknown, and I think the recent installation ogf CS6 may be the culprit.
    Thanks in advance!

I didn't know about it either but, apparently, the technique is common:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_link
"If one of the links is removed with the POSIX unlink function (for example, with the UNIX rm command), then the data are still accessible through any other link that remains. If all of the links are removed and no process has the file open, then the space occupied by the data is freed, allowing it to be reused in the future. This semantic allows for deleting open files without affecting the process that uses them. This technique is commonly used to ensure that temporary files are deleted automatically on program termination, including the case of abnormal termination."

  • DLL file in Windows\system32 folder cannot be found by regsvr32 even though the file is visible in Windows Explorer

I am trying to register a DLL on a Windows 7 ultimate, 64-bit computer (all SPs installed).
    The file resides in c:\windows\system32.
The DLL file is clearly visible in Windows Explorer. The file is not hidden. It is not marked Read-Only. All users can access it.
When I run regsvr32 it responds that the file cannot be found. It says to check the path.
The same thing happens when I run from the command prompt if c:\windows\system32.
When I try to open using Dependency Walker, it also cannot find the file.
Does anybody know what's happening here? I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
You could run SFC command to see if you fix any corrupted system file.
If this cannot help, try to replace this file with a known good copy.

  • Save as window size keeps going back to the default size. I need it to stay the size I set it at so I can read the end of the file name.

.When I save a file in Photoshop, I save for web and devices. It gives you the first window which I always just hit enter. Then it gives you a second window to name the file and where to put it. The problem I’m having is that’s it’s not remembering I want the window bigger and I can’t see the whole name of the file. I need to see the end of the file name so I know what to save the next file as. I can scroll or make the window bigger again but that is too time consuming when I’m trying to do hundreds of them a day.
I'm using Photoshop CS4 on a Mac running Yosemite.

  • What is the exact name of the cable I need to connect my old hard drive from my macbook pro (it has been taken out of the computer) to my new macbook pro?  I need to transfer files from the old hard drive to the new computer.

What is the exact name of the cable I need to connect my old hard drive from my macbook pro, which has been removed from the computer, to my new macbook pro?  I need to transfere files from the old hard drive to the new computer.

No eSATA to USB. Just a SATA/IDE to USB adapter. Google SATA/IDE to USB adapter and you will get tons of links to buy them. Most likely your local computer electronics store has them, although they might be more expensive buying locally than online.
I have several. You can get either USB 2, which what I recommend, or USB 3. USB is backward compatible so a USB 3 adapter will work on a USB 2 port and a USB 2 adapter will work on a USB 3 port. Backward compatible in both directions.
I suggest a USB 2 type because there have been some problems with certain USB 3 devices, the USB 3 interface used isn't all that good in those certain devices. USB 3 is still fairly new where as USB 2 has been around for over 10 years.

  • What does this message mean? : "The file name "DSC_0088.jpg" is offline or missing." ?

What does this message mean? : "The file name "DSC_0088.jpg" is offline or missing."   I am in the process of importing photos from iPhoto (don't really know what I'm doing....) and when I look at one of the imported photos that message pops up.  I know what "DSC_0088.jpg" is.  I don't know what it means that the file is "missing".

    CASpyr,
Thank you so much for your reply.  I have a couple of bigger issues that I am dealing with: too many photos on my laptop: 40,000! (Of course I have to throw away many of them, but that is time consuming). I have a MacBook Pro and have primarily used IPhoto. I have recently purchased 2 external drives and have transferred my photos to those, but I need a basic education about how photos are stored, copied, etc.  I have recently been told that iPhoto only shows and deals with jpegs, not RAW.  About 1/3 of my photos are RAW, so I purchased Lightroom, so I could do more with those RAW photos.  I have been told by my local Mac store that I need to delete most of my photos from iPhoto, because it's causing problems.  I am reluctant to do so until I am sure that all of the keywords, descriptions and editing I have done to these photos is not lost when deleted from iPhoto. I just watched a tutorial about importing to Lightroom and got out of it that I needed to copy photos from iPhoto to a file on my desktop and then copy to Lightroom.  I did that, it seemed to work.  Then (because of my storage/memory issues) I deleted the photos (just a few as an experiment) from that desktop file.  I'm guessing that is why Lightroom doesn't recognize the the photos.  It seems that (learned from another tutorial) that one uses "Add" , Lightroom is only connecting to the source of the photo, not  actually copying it to the program.  Sounds like I need to use the "Move" feature instead.  My ultimate goal is to store the photos on the 2 external drives and eliminate most of them from my lapop.  So my basic questions have to do with what data (metadata??) is copied from iPhoto to an external drive (RAW???) and what isn't copied. Basic understanding issues, obviously….  I hope this isn't too much to ask.  If you can recommend a book or resource that can explain those basic issues to me I'd appreciate it.  I just got back from a trip and I can't download my new photos until I manage the rest!
    Thanks,
    Nancy
