What is the final step in the Adobe Acrobat XI Install?
I have installed Adobe Acrobat XI and I see the directory on my desktop (That was the default location but I thought it odd). However it isn't fully installed because Reader is not an option when I try to open a PDF. What do I still need to do? I am using Windows 8.1 (new to me).

This may be a silly question, but did you run the installer after downloading Reader? (It may be the installer icon that you're seeing on your desktop.) If you did run the installer, try restarting your computer, and then see if Reader shows up in your list of installed programs.

I have account from a previous attempt. On device one, I go to set up sync. I answer I have an account [attempt to reset the account resulted in "email address already in use" error]. Device 1 shows three pair a device codes.
Device 2: I go to the Firefox home page. I choose sync at the bottom, and enter the three codes on device number 2. I then answer that I have an account, enter my user name and password, and am asked for a recovery key which is to be found under sync options on device one. It is not: all I have are the options for what data is to be migrated [and I checked all].
How do I complete the sync procedure?"I don't have the devise with me" should be a link at the bottom of the page that open if you click "I have an account" on the initial setup page.

When I sync my Itouch 5 or Iphone 4s the changes do not apply and the itunes gets stuck in a loop. Any ideas? Already re-installed Itunes.
What itunes is asking is would you like to import the files and settings of your ipod to your iphone? It'll import things like contacts, calendar, mail, apps with app data. If you want your phone set up just like your ipod then use that option. Otherwise pick "set up as a new device" and it'll allow you to keep the two seperate and you will be able to sync them both to your itunes independently of each other.

When I was updating my iphone to the new iOS at the final part (when the syncronization is beind done in iTunes), it never finshed. It's been more than 1 hour and it says "syncronizing step 2 of 4". What to do in this case?

You need to create a rebate credit memo request "Standard Document Type B1". It is created automatically while settling rebates.
Just check if any sales document of type B1 has been generated? Go to VBO2 under menu 'Rebate Payments' you will see 'Credit Memo Request', if you are able to click on the Change/Request that would mean rebate credit memo request has been created.
If not change the Agreement status in control data to 'B' and click on execute settlement. In the next screen enter the amount for which you want to create rebate memo and save.
This would generate rebate credit memo request if all customizing is correct. Either case you will get a message.
Now this credit memo request needs to billed as a normal sales order and if all SD-FI integration settings are correct this would also completes your rebate process.

During the final step of installing after download, I get an error - The Installer encountered an error that caused installation to fail.
Nobody can tell you anything. You have not provided any proper system information or even told us what you are actually downloading.

How do I sync my iPod to iTunes? I've used the final steps from Article HT1329, but when I open my iPod there is no "iTunes" folder. Please help!
Ah I see. That folder would only be there if you had perfomed the earlier steps in that section.

Install or Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on
the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on
the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
because it is three times faster than wireless. -
The printing of .pdf file from Project 2013 stops when the file name should be written. Project 2013 crashes. Does someone know what is wrong between Project 2013 and Adobe Acrobat 9?
The Acrobat 9.x product family passed into "End of Support" mid-year of 2013.
Acrobat 9 support of MS Project via PDFMaker stops with Office 2007.
For Office 2013 support you must use Acrobat XI (11.0.1) or newer.

If you ordered Acrobat via subscription, then you can use either Windows or Mac version. Just download/install the Mac version, then activate it with your Adobe ID.
If you purchased the perpetual license, then you need to Contact Customer Care bu chat or phone. -

The only reason why Acrobat installation fails and throw this error message is when there are some services running in the background causing the installer not to complete the installation. My take is try the following steps and suggest if you were able to install the products or not :
1) Navigate to control panel and confirm that there is no line Item that talks about Acrobat. If you see Acrobat XI listed there, please remove them.
2) Perform a selective Start up using the steps mentioned in this link.
Please suggest if the above mentioned steps were able to resolve the query for you or not.
