Is the Default 380px width is right? or 320px?
Because the average smartphone is having resolution is 320X480 pixels...

HI. I have designed a mobile web site that is currently 450pixels wide. This is the first one I have done. When it displays on some mobile phones, the width of the entire page is scaled down and it only fills about 1/2 of the width of the mobile phone with a whole pile of mrgin to the right. Is this because I should have designed it to be 380 pixes wide or have I done something else wrong. The test site is at:

I can't open CS4 and would like to transfer settings to the Creative Cloud version

When I try to open Dreamweaver CS4, I get a message asking me to install the Legacy Jave SE6 runtime. When I click on the link, I just get a blank white screen.
I have just downloaded the Creative Cloud version, and would like to transfer the settings for my websites from CS4.
I would be very grateful for any advise on what I can do.

I have the non cloud version of Adobe Dreamweaver cs6 version 12.0 Build 5861
Is there an update for this? I see that there are some for the cloud version. Are they only updating that, and the folks that bought the CD are out of luck?
Looking like maybe there was some phonegap updates that might be useful plus some other small issues I have might have been fixed?

The last patch/bug fix released for CS6 on perpetual license was 12.03 update which can be obtained from the link below:

Hi,
Its the same way as in reports and other areas. You can generate a current version and keep making changes to the latest version so that you can always revert back to the older one in case of problems.
It is also used when you transport the workflow from one system to other. Assume you have already transported a workflow definition to the production system. Now this workflow also has been instantiated and some instances are running in production. Now if you make some modifications in this workflow and transport (even with the same version number) it will get transported to the production under a new available version number. The previous instances of the workflow (in production) will continue to run referring to the older version available and any new instances will continue with the latest transported workflow definition.
