Where does ODI stores its varaible values if the type is Text
Hi All,
I have already wasted my 2 to 3 hour just trying to find "where does ODI stores its value for variables if type is text". Certainly "SNP_VAR" is not the anwser.
Following ways I have tried:
(1) Cannot find any column tat can hold more than 400 characters in my work repository.
(2) Trying to set up trace on Oracle drive to find out sql getting issues when we hit refresh button on ODI variable. Is anyone aware how to trace driver sqls ?

When it is a text variable it is stored at SNP_EXP_TXT in so many records as necessary once the text is "broken" in blocks of 256 character lenght. It means that if the variable has a text with 700 characters you will find 3 records at SNP_EXP_TXT.

My iphone randomly turned off out of nowhere. There is no reason to put it in DFU mode, a reset should work. Although, without a working power button it is not possible to reset the device.
Sounds like it is time to replace the damaged device. -
at the back of iPhone you can see made in california and "F C" logo.. Mine dont have FC logo at the back what this it means?
Once in a while the restore process seems to mess up. What I don't understand is why you would perform a weekly restore.
At any rate, if you must restore, perform a device reset (settings>general>reset) and then you will have the opportunity to restore from iCloud. Restore a device whenever it no longer works correctly, not just as a matter of maintenance. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. -

I am currently trying to restore my phone using itunes. it says downloading time is about 4 hours given my poor connection. let me see if this works. if not, i will follow your advise. In the northern hemisphere, fall begins in late September and ends in late December. Apple announced iOS5 will be released this fall, which means anytime between late September and late December.

I dropped my iphone 4 pretty hard, it cracked (although it already had a few cracks in it) and now the screen is black but sometimes has a background light turn on and then off. Holding the home button and off button at the same time do not work. When I plug it in to charge or to the computer it vibrates every 10 seconds and itunes does not seem to recognize it. It gets really really hot when plugged in (which I don't think is normal). icloud does not recognize it under "find my iphone" either. What could the problem be? I am wondering if dropping it dislodged something inside. if so, what did I dislodge and is it possible to fix this myself?
ThanksSounds like that drop was a critical one, my friend. I would make an appointment at your nearest Apple Retail Store, because you're going to need a replacement. Also as a side note: the reason that the charger is making the phone vibrate over and over is because there is a disconnect somewhere in the charge port of the phone, causing it to plug in and out over and over.

We only know what information Apple has released. The only real thing released is iOS 6 will be out in the Fall. We have heard no official announcement as to the date of that release, nor have we received any announcement of the release of a new iPhone, no matter what they want to call it. Your decision to purchase a phone has to be based on your need at the time and what is available.

You need to do as provided. If no change after restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem.

Have you performed a reset? Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons and await restart.
