  • What is the best way to print from an iPad?

I have the Printer Pro app, and it seems to do a good job locating my wireless printer, but it gets complicated to print webpages or pages documents. What is the best way to print from an iPad 2?

If you have a compatible printer, use AirPrint http://www.apple.com/ipad/features/airprint.html and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356
If not, you would need to purchase software, such as:

  • Is there a way to print from my IPad to a Dell printer?

Is there a way to print from my IPad to a dell wireless printer?

The native print only works on AirPrint enabled printers.  List is below, and there are no dell printers in the mix.  So you need a third party app that will route your print job through your computer on the network.  Like printopia, print and share.  There are a umber of those apps. Go to the store, read the reviews, and find the one that does most what you want.

    Hi Garyjames!
I will be glad to assist you.
To print from your Apple iPad to the imageCLASS LBP6030w, the machine will need to be connected over the network and the Canon Mobile Printing App for iPhone and iPad will need to be installed on your device.  This app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.  For more information about the app, please click the link below:

  • What's the best way to print from my iPad?

I have an iPad 2 and want to print from it. Apple doesn't seem to have an application that allows this function directly.

Thanks deggle, just tested and it does print without using the Print Control.
The Print Control App allows me to Print, Scan, Copy and Capture without wires. It also allows me to send email to my printer.

  • I have an AirPrint compatible printer and it's not printing from my iPad?

Can someone please help me my printer is OfficeJet 6500 Plus......it will print from the app but if I wanted to print from the Internet it says no printer found.....please help me thank you

    Randy-
Your WiFi router may not correctly handle Bonjour data required by AirPrint.  If that is the case, you could verify it by setting your printer's WiFi to Ad Hoc mode and connecting the iPad directly to it.
It may be possible to change a router's set up to handle Bonjour data.  There also could be a firmware update for it that would solve the problem.
Deggie's suggestions are good.  Another iPad App that gets good reviews is Print n Share.

  • I have a hp 4500 printer and would like to print from my iPad

My iPad says it cannot find my printer. Issues a hp4500 compatible with my iPad ?. Would really appreciate some help! Thanks!!!

    Hi,
The HP Officjet 4500 series does not support AirPrint, therfore it will not be discovered by your iPad's internal Print menu.
You may still print through the network using the HP ePrint mobile app, you may find the steps to install and use the app listed below:

  • How do I print from my iPad air to the officejet 6700 premium

Printing from my IPad air to the office jet 6700 premium

    Hi,
The most straight forwad way to print from your ipad is to make sure that both devices and the printer are connected to the same wifi network. Once this is complete, you'll be able to print from within the apple software using the print option (this is done using apple's inbuilt airprint technology).
Alternatively, with the same wifi connections, you could download the HP eprint app and print from within the app. Once everything is connected to the same network, you'll see your printer from within the app and be able to print to it.

  • How do I print from an iPad? Do I need to download SW to the iPad?

How do I print from my iPad to my Photosmart 6510? Do I need to download any SW or App to the iPad? If so which one?
    This question was solved.

    Hello Luc-P,
You do not need to download any apps or SW to print from your iPad. There are actually two ways to print from your iPad: using ePrint or over a local wireless network using Airprint.
To use ePrint, you would find your printers email address by enabling Web Services on the front of the printer and sending an email to this address for the printer to print your message and/or attachments included
To use Airprint, you would make sure that your printer and iPad are connected to the same wireless network and that your iPad has iOS Version 4.2 or higher and use the embedded print function included on the iPad software. You can print from Mail, Safari, and Photos app this way.
You may need to perform a product update to ensure Airprint is working.
If you have any further questions you can reply to this post and I will try to find an answer for you.
If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

My husband and I both have iPads and somehow when they were setup the both we're setup using the same email I'd address. When I go to delete and rename one iPad it says all info and pictures will be erased from my iPad. Is there a way to keep the info IPad when doing this?

You can go to Settings/iCloud and delete the account, then create a new iCloud account.  You can still use the same account for the app store though.
