What is it? And Can I prevent it happening ?

i am not still able to make out even after the archivelogs are registered they are not done logmining by logminer.
Can you please help ,i am stuck up this situation.i have rebuild streams by completely removing the stream configuration and also dropped and recreated the strmadmin.

Perhaps I missed it in your post but I didn't see a version number or any information as to what form of Streams was implemented or how.
There are step-by-step instructions for debugging Streams applications at metalink. I would suggest you find the directions for your version and follow them.

What does it mean when it says waiting for changes to be applied

i have just got my sisters old iphone and reset it to factory settings, when trying to sync my itunes to the phone in the play bar at the top a message appears reading 'waiting for changed to be applied' i dont know what changes it means but would be grateful if anyone could help

we are running an productive xml database. but it is not stable now. Sometime it would report resource conflict error while you access xmldb via http protocol. I read the database logs and listener logs, but no abnormal message could be found. So, I want to find more information from the xmldb logs. While I run select DBMS_XDB.cfg_get().getclobval() from dual, I found that there are several logfile-path and log-level tags and I guess that these would be xmldb logs. Does anyone know what's the meaning of these tags?

I wondered about that one often too. I didn't have a chance yet to investigate (but maybe Mark will elaborate a little here), my guess is that it / or will be a possibility to enable tracing regarding the protocols or servlets.
Though It look like if you enable it it will trace to the XML file defined in the xdbconfig.xml. I also guess that (because there is also a XSD counterpart) that one could create an resource that streams the errors into a XDB ftp or http or ... xmltype table based on these settings.
This would be great because it would mature the protocol server regarding functionality. You could enable the tracing and see what happens. Until now the documentation doesn't give much extra insight...

In Oracle HRMS, Termination form we have the Following dates such as Actual, Final, Projected, Last Standard Process, Final Process. I an just wondering what was the meaning for those dates ( Actual, Final, Projected, Last Standard Process, Final Process)

Actual: Last working day of employee at the company
Last standard: The last date when Salary is paid (mainly end of month)
Final Process:No more payment process after this date.
Example: employee's last working day was 17.OCT.2007 ,
Last standard date is 31.OCT.2007 (Recieved last pay check).
Final Process 01.DEC.2007 recived pay for various expenses.
If there is no date in Final Process date you can still enter to assignment record. After Final Process Date, assignment is blocked.

as for as i have gone through the issue I have come to know that:
If you want to use multiple account assignment for a line item in PO then at that moment you will have to first press the "repeat on " button. only after that multiple account button will be active that is just before your "repeat on " button.
Steps:
1:Save your PO.
2:Go to transaction code ME22N to change the PO.
(Here you will firstly see that the multiple a/c assignment button is firsty gray.It will become active only after when you press the "repeat on" button).
