What is the prerequisite for cisco ips exam?
I read 640-553 is required. and for 640-553 is ccna prerequisite?. i am not sure please guide me as i am new to cisco world
You can take the Cisco IPS exam, however, you will only get the Cisco IPS Specialist certificate if you pass both CCNA Security and the Cisco IPS exam.

However, you can take the Cisco IPS exam first prior to taking the CCNA Security. The order of exam does not matter, and you will only get the Cisco IPS Specialist certificate once you pass both CCNA Security and Cisco IPS exam.

Abdul Hakimwell, you were asking for prerequisites to start. but definitely like Som said business logic can be written in Java so Java is indeed a good starting point. I'd argue wit hSom that Abap is not needed because I think quite a lot of business logic will come from SAP applications. so Abap is also important. at the ui level, you might want to be familiar with Webdynpro. EP basic knowledge is also useful as well as the NW web as j2ee.
At the process level, basic understanding of business process notation like BPMN or ePC is also useful. -

you can find all informations about the implementation (installation /upgrade) of SCM on the SAP help portal.
In http://help.sap.com choose in "SAP Business Suite" the "SAP Supply Chain Management".
In Knowledge Center for SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) choose the required SCM release e.g. SAP SCM 5.0 and open it.
Here under "Installation, Upgrade, Master and Operation Guides" you can find all necessary information about the installation, technical upgrade and operation of SAP SCM.
The Master Guide for SAP SCM provides important information about the installation of the relevant scenarios and the components. It links to all other documents that are required for the implementation of a specific scenario, for example to the Upgrade Master Guide, which is the important overview guide for upgrading scenarios .

What are the prerequisites for upgrading to CU7
I've been trying to get a definitive list of prerequisites for the upgrade to Exchange 2013 CU7, but every time I find another site with info it says something different.
I know I need to have Domain functional level at 2008 SP1 to run the Schema extension, no problem there. However, I found something that tells me I need to have the Exchange servers running .NET Framework 4.5.2 and Windows Management Framework 4.0, but the
same site then says this is actually needed on the machine used to prepare AD. that means it needs to be one of the domain controllers running these.
Other sites say these need to be installed but do not say which server(s) need them.
Can anyone give me the list of prerequisites? The information I managed to find on the Microsoft site mentioned nothing about the domain functional level, I only found this requirement after trying to run the schema extension and getting a report the DFL
needs to be 2003 native mode or above, I ran a targeted search for DFL requirements and found a table listing this for different versions of Exchange.
This is frustrating to say the least, makes carrier pigeons seem a viable alternative right now!Thanks to everyone who has replied, but the fact 3 different people have replied and given varying replies is what I was talking about.

What are the prerequisites for auto-merge dimension to work in Webi

We're working with Webi rich client (WRC) r3.1 SP4 FP4.1, and we noticed some strange behaviour.
We have a report with 2 dataproviders based on the same universe, which have a year dimension in common (exact same name, same datatype). It is not the same year-object.
We expected that WRC would auto-merge those 2 year objects, but it doesn't and we're wondering what might be the cause.

As mentioned in my initial post, we're on BOXI 3.1 SP4 FP4.1.
What you are describing is the principal of "manual" merging, my question is related to the automatic merging.
I would like to know this, because we're having problems working out a working example for drilling in Webi using query drill with multiple dataproviders and merged dimensions. And we're assuming that the drilling accross the multiple dataproviders is only possible when automerge is active. Because all dataproviders need changes is the where clause of the queries to limit the scope of analysis during the drilling.

Below are the criterias mentioned by SAP
1. Must have served current employer for at least 12 months prior to the exam date.
2. For associate level certification exams, a minimum one to three years of SAP implementation experience with a minimum of six months experience in the module and version in which the candidates appears for certification.
3. For professional level certification exams, a minimum of three to seven years of SAP implementation experience with minimum of 12 months in the module and six months in the version in which the candidates appears for certification.
I think you can appear but it's good if you can ask SAP directly regarding the same.

Process order should have CRTD status.
Other with IMG setting, you can have order status directly REL once it is created also. See Prod Sch Profile setting.
You cannot do goods posting (GI and GR) unless order is REL status. Not possible with CRTD status.

In the customer master XD01/VD01 in the shipping tab you have to check the ORDER COMBINATION in the SHIPPING TAB
In the COPY CONTROLS from Order to Delivery in VTAL at the Header you have to maintain the COMBINATION REQUIREMENT as 051
And also the data like
INCO TERMS,
SHIP TO PARTY
DELIVERY DATE
ROUTE
SHIPPING POINT
should be same for all the Orders
To combine the Deliveries into Invoice
you have to maintain the copy controls from DELIVERY TO BILLING in VTFL at the item level as 003
And also certain data like
PAYMENT TERMS
PAYER
BILLING DATE
ACTUAL GI DATE
INCO TERMS
should be same for all the deliveries

Migration from WCS 7.0 to PI 1.2 can be performed. If the customer wants to migrate data you need to first upgrade to NCS 1.1.1 You can download NCS 1.1.1 from Cisco.com if you have a valid service contract.
For the migration step involving NCS an evaluation license is sufficient. You can obtain an NCS evaluation license from http://www.cisco.com/go/license > Get Demo > Network Mgmt Products > Cisco Prime NCS Evaluation License.
Instructions for migrating data from WCS 7.0 to NCS 1.1.1 are available in NCS 1.1.1 Release Notes. Do not upgrade to NCS 1.1.2 as this release is not upgradeable to Prime Infrastructure 1.2. If you are ordering a Cisco Prime physical appliance (PRIME-NCS-APL-K9) be sure to select the NCS 1.1 image which you can later upgrade to Prime Infrastructure 1.2 after you have migrated your WCS data.
