What is the problem when the nano changes channels when your on a station or a song
I can be on a channel and it will change to another channel or even a venue. It stays on one for about 15 seconds then goes wherever it wants???????????????
What do you mean by "channel" and "venue"? Are you listening to the radio, assuming it's a nano model with a radio?
Make sure the headphones plug is completely inserted into the iPod's headphones jack. The fit may be tighter than expected, if it's the current iPod nano model. It receives remote control signals from the buttons on the headphones cord, so if the plug is not fully inserted, it may still work for audio, but the iPod may receive false remote control signals and do odd things.
Also, try turning off the Shake to Shuffle feature, if it's a model with that feature. The setting is on the iPod's onboard Settings screen. See if that makes a difference.

I recently starting receiving the error message "Time Machine couldn't complete the backup to... An erro occurred while copying files. The problem may be temporary. If the problem persists, use Disk Utility to repair your backup disk. I have had no problems backing up my MacBook Pro 2011 to my Western Digital My Book Live through a Linksys EA4500 router until recently. I've made no major changes. I've ran a diagnosis on my back up drive with no problems. The Time Machine back up starts, but about after about 5 to 10 minutes I get the error message. I can see the shared drive in Finder. The light on the drive blinks while it starts the back up. I can see the shared folders on the networked drive. The backup process starts but for some reason it just stops. Can anyone help?
You can't repair a network volume in Disk Utility.
Backing up to a third-party NAS with Time Machine is risky, and unacceptably risky if it's your only backup. I know this isn't the answer you want, and I also know that the manufacturer says the device will work with Time Machine, and that it usually seems to work. Except when you try to restore, and find that you can't.
If you want network backup with Time Machine, use as the destination either an Apple Time Capsule or an external hard drive connected to another Mac or to an 802.11ac AirPort base station. Only the 802.11ac base stations support Time Machine, not any older model.
If you're determined to keep using the NAS for backup, your only recourse for any problems that result is to the manufacturer (which will blame Apple.) -
Firefox does not crash but it 'freezes'. I cannot do anything with it then (it may be closed only from the task manager). Upon each subsequent opening the problem reappears (the fourth day in a row).
Haroon mentions two solutions. I used the easier one, which is to start the Apache webserver already in Mountain Lion and to enable the php already in Mountain Lion. It worked. I see the file correctly displayed with html, css, and php. I see the page by using Firefox. I enter an address in the address bar. For example, the address might be "localhost/example/example.php". I cannot see the page by using Firefox's "Open File ..." menu option or by dragging the file's icon onto Firefox's icon. I tried using your solution also but was unable to find the specific preference to modify. I found the page of preferences which may be modified but I could not find the one I need. but I could not find the specific preference which I need.
By the way, to enable loading the php module, one uncomments a line of code by deleting the initial "#" character, and one does that by pressing control key and "P" key while the cursor is over the "#" character.
Also by the way, when I use Firefox or Safari to look at the Apache web directory in which my files are, the files are listed case sensitively. For example, the files are listed: Ace, Zygote, bar. This is because lower case follows upper case. THis annoys me. I prefer case insensitive listing. When I llok directly athe directory without using a browser, the files are listed case insensitively. For example, they are listed: Ace, bar, Zygote. I guess taht Apache is doing this. -
What's the problem with the URL
Someday when I entered an URL into IE browser, I typed like http://greatsite./greatday. Unfortunately, after that, every time when I enter a URL into IE like http://greatsite/someday, it will change to http://greatsite./someday automatically, then the error page below is followed. What's the problem?
The web server is IBM HTTP Server or Apache web server. Not just with my box, any other machines have the same problem with http://greatsite. How can I correct this problem?

It's not jailbroke or anything but it says the terms and conditions have changed. When I agree, it says your session has times out. Try again. iTunes has to contact Apple to send your agreement to the new conditions, but your security software has to allow this contact. If blocked, you'll get a time out message. If you're referring to the DNS Changer Trojan, it's highly unlikely you're affected. The actual distribution of the trojan was stopped several years ago and the perpertrators jailed.
The FBI has been maintaining the servers used by the trojan for the last 5 years in order to give affected systems time to be purged. They will finally shut them down on Monday.
Ensure that your router and the Mac's network settings are set for the DNS addresses of your ISP, or if you're not sure what they should be, change them to Open DNS using the IP addresses;

When I plug in my headphones the music starts to soeed up and stop ayi g by itself. Another issue is when it does stop, Voice Control is on when I don't hold on the home button. I turned on Siri because this is what started my problem (taking off Siri) and it didn't help, instead of Voice Control, Siri started to turn on. I didn't want Siri, so I put Voice Control and disabled it. I did so, and the problem still kept on going. Any ideas on how yo fix it?
I'd guess that the problem is due to a short in your earphones. Try another set.

Correct. When you purchase devices, they would have stated the OS they needed to work, on the box. This can be overlooked, but it is very important to check when purchasing.
You current OS, is so old, that they technology build into the new devices, is not something your OS understands. It didn't exist when your OS was created, and therefore you need to upgrade the OS to work with the newer technology of these devices.

My early 2011 MBP laptop (OS Yosemite 10.2.2) recently started logging itself out. I narrowed the problem to the external monitor which is connected with a Thunderbolt adapter. I installed Thunderbolt firmware update 1.2, that did not correct the problem. When I disconnect the external monitor, the problem went away. Is there something I can do to be able to use the external monitor again?

In general, you are correct - but also your server does need to be properly configured (and those errors above lead me to think it may not be) to serve the file types that your uploading - but it could be something else entirely. Can you zip up your composition folder, upload it to your Creative Cloud files, set it to share, and then post a link here so I can download it? If you'd rather not share it publicly, can you PM me with a link to your composition files?
