What is the processor speed of the CFP-2000

I may have missed it, however, I have checked all the data sheets and manuals and I cant find this.

Hi!
Since I was rated really high... I go on!
Note that for the same price, you can buy  a cFP-2120, which is almost the same as cFP-2020, but with 188 MHz Clock!
This gap keeps in 2110 and 2120.
   Hope it to be useful....

  • Kt3 Ultra-aru Processor Speeds?

    Hi There,
I'm running the MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU (MS-6380E v1.X) with an AMD Athlon XP 2000, I was just wondering what Athlon XP processor speeds this supports upto, and if possible what changes I might need to make to the Bios, Would I need to flash my board with a new Bios or just go into my Bios and change some settings.
Thanks for any help, just trying to get ready for Doom 3 and Halflife 2 if they ever appear
    Cheers,
    Paul.

But there is no guaranty, that a FSB333 AthlonXP will work. The largest CPU that is allowed from MSI is a 2600+ FSB266.
But the chance is pretty high, that a FSB333 Athlon will work, though. It did so on mine KT3 Ultra.

  • MacBook Air processors/speeds

Hey, I have the latest 13 inch MacBook Air with '1.7GHz dual-core Intel Core i5' processor. I would like to play games such as 'Call of Duty' and 'Company of Heroes' with recommended requirements of around 2.4GHz CPU speed, and was wondering if thats possible on my mac. So basically, i'm wondering what my total processor speed is, (if its dual-core, does enhance the speed) and what my limits are regarding playing these types of games?

You should be able to paly the games, but they may run slower or seem jerky at times.  Unless the software has been multi-threaded the extra cpu cores aren't going to help...the software will only use one core if that is the way it has been written.
Try a game and see how it plays for you.  Make sure you have all unnecessary system loads turned off...things like Bluetooth, etc. so full power is available.

  • CFP 2000 flashing

    Good Morning
I have problem in cFP2000, it was working fine for long and now the status LED keeps blinking(somtimes continuously blinks and sometimes 2 blinks). when it is rebooted it worked fine for about a day and then the same problem coming up.
I had similar issue in different cFP last year, after a while the problem was fixed(due to pwer supply, voltage was less than 24V-after changed to new power supply it works fine) but now the voltage seems to be Ok.
Help me on this issue pls
    Thanks

    Veeru,
The link below is the manual for the cFP 2000.  Page A-1 displays what the LED indications mean.
    http://digital.ni.com/manuals.nsf/websearch/02520B8AA78AA2D186256E6900724A0Bhttp://digital.ni.com/ma...
Can you confirm which blinking type of LED you are seeing?
You mentioned that you have fixed the issue in the passed with a new power supply.  Is that power supply still available so you can test it with this unit?
What modules are plugged into the cFP unit? Does the issue still occur if you disconnect all extra modules?

  • New computer cannot see cFP-2000 via ethernet

I set up a cFP-2000 block to connect via ethernet on my computer fine (directly connected, not through a network).  Now I want to connect it to a different computer and I can not get MAX to see the device.  I have a crossover cable from my new computer to the cFP-2000.  When I open max, it will not see that there is a device connected in the remote systems section.  What do I need to do to get the new computer to see the cFP unit I have hooked up?  I am running Windows 2000, Labview 7.1, and Fieldpoint 4.1.
    Steve

Ok, still no luck.  Here is what I have tried:
Assigned the exact same IP address to the new computer as the first computer.
    Also tried just obtaining automatically.
Assigned the same subnet mask (255.255.0.0) to the new computer as the old computer (and same as Fieldpoint).
Tried playing with the network port changing the duplex settings.
Tried using a hub to connect.  The hub worked if I tried to connect to the first computer that I set up the fieldpoint on, then it wouldn't work with the new computer.
When I connect the ethernet cable from the new computer to the cFP-2000, I don't get any lights.
I am pretty lost as to what is going on here.  I have no problem connecting to the cFP-2000 when I have it hooked up to the computer I first configured it on.  Then when I connect it exactly the same way to a new computer, I can't see it in my remote systems and there are no green or yellow lights on the FP ethernet connector.

  • Repaired cfp-421 relay boards not working in a cfp-2000 System - power light off

Hi, we are using a cfp-2000 as a control system for various biology related experiments and prototypes.
The first configuration was controlling valves & pumps. I recently took that configuration apart after it had been sitting unused for a while and started to re-configure for a different application to control lights. I had trouble right off the bat, couldn't talk to the cfp-2000 controller. I sent it in for repair\replace and then went through a little work to re-setup in MAX. I got the IP connection working and I can turn on\off the leds on the cfp-2000.
Then I found that the three cfp-421 relay boards were not working. So I sent them in for repair. They came back but when I add them to the Remote System in MAX, I can't communicate with them. There is a message indicating that they are not connected (I don't have the exact wording but can get it if that will help). The Ready indicator is on at the cfp-421 modules but the Power indicator is off. I tried all three returned modules individually with no luck.
Any help is appreciated. We have spent quite a lot of money on repairs and have fallen behind on the project.
    Thank you. Kevin

    Thanks for responding.
    MAX version 3.1.0.3021
    Fieldpoint drivers 5.02
The messages are "The module or item addressed does not exist" and "The device is offline. Make sure the device is connected and its power is on".
If I reset the cfp-2000, all relays activate on the cfp-421 (the eight indicator lamps light) for a few seconds and then go off.
I wonder if something is broken in the backplane because the cfp-421
    power light is off.

  • CFP-2000 can't find modules on bank

    Hello,
I'm using this cFP-2000 for a while, and now I have another problem:
The cFP-2000 cannot find any module connected to it, when I go to MAX and ask to find devices, all I got is the controller itself.
I already did change the IP, the power supply, format the field point and install old drivers, but nothing changed.
The LED "Ready" on the modules remain off, only the "Power" LED is ON the entire time.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
    Thanks in advance.

I'm completely sorry, Abel_Souza, but we're in the middle of something big and I could not stop the system for a detailed analisys until now.
It seems that the cFP-2000 can only operate the module on the first position of the bank, any module inserted here works, but when it comes to another slot it won't turn on the "Ready" LED and can't be identified on MAX.
The report is provided in the attachment.
I hope you can help me with that.
    Greetings,
    Tassio Borges.

  • Connect CFP-2000 with Measurement Studio

Hi, I haven't understood how to connect a CFT-2000 module with Measurement Studio and VC++.
Can any one help me to find documentation and sample related this task?
    I'm  interested into this topics:
    - is it possible to manage a CFT-2000 ethernet device with MAX? In ordere to use that device can i use DAQmx?
    - which  kind of data I will recive over ethernet raw, scaled..
    - is it possible to select one particular board of AI?
    - is it possible to execute multiple applictions (LabView and  Measeurement Studio) connected with the same CFTP-2000 controller into one PC?
    Thanks

    Dear Bobby60,
First of all I suggest you this FAQ.
You can connect and configure cFP 2000 from MAX through NI-Field Point and Labview Real Time.
You have to use Labview Real Time to program an application on the cFP 2000.
Comms to Labview and Measurement Studio can be realized through OPC Shared Variable and TCP/IP. In the last option you will have to program your own server in labview RT and deal with multiple client stuff.
    Best Regards

I recently bought two iMac quad core i5 processor speed 2.5 Ghz. Every time I use Air Drop and I send a file from one iMac to the other, a black curtain drops and I am asked to restart the computer!!! What can I do?

That's a kernel panic and indicates some sort of problem either with the computer's hardware or software. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on diagnosing kernel panics. It would help to post the panic log: Mac OS X- How to log a kernel panic.
Meanwhile, try booting the computers into Safe Mode then restarting normally. If this is simply a disk repair or cache file problem then this may fix it.
You can also try creating a new admin account on each computer then booting into the new account. This would help determine if the problem is related to a bad file in the user accounts.

  • How can I check what the processor speed is

We have an old white dome base iMac, running OSX 10.1  How can I check the processor speed - it is not available to choose in the 'about this Mac' dropdown?

Turns out it is a mind blowing 40 MHz!
Something read wrong. The slowest FP iMac was 700mHz.
While in OSX, can you see if 10.1 has its own version of System Profiler? In newer OSX versions it's in Applications >Utilties.
    I jumped from OS9 to 10.2 so, like Eustace, can't remember what 10.1 has--or doesn't have.
You can look dor the sticker/decal with the serial number. That usually gives the processor speed also:

  • New E70 - What is the processor speed?

Does anybody have details of the E70's processor speed?
Based on the currently available specs this phone seems to be exactly what Im looking for to replace my 9300. My only concern is whether or not it performs better than the 9300 at opening and viewing reasonably sized documents such as pdf, word and spreadsheets. I find that my 9300 is woefully slow at this and at times it is practically unuseable as a business phone.
    Thanks in advance.
    Andy

if you find the 9300 slow, then it will be unlikely that the e70 will be any better.
i also use a 9300 for work and find that it is very adequate for sending and receiving emails with attachments etc.
whilst i am unable to open complex spreadsheets all the time, i am able to open large word documents and very large pdf's with no problems at all.

  • What processor speed is the Intel Iris Pro 1024 MB IMAC?

What processor speed is the Intel Iris Pro 1024 MB IMAC?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
The Intel Iris Pro is the GPU that comes with the most basic Late 2013 iMac and the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. This iMac comes with a 2'7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5. See > http://store.apple.com/us/buy-mac/imac

  • I'm a recently graduated film student and my macbook pro needs an upgrade... Will be using FCPX, Adobe CS6 etc. Which 15' macbook pro will be best suited for me? I'm most concerned about the processor speeds (what do they really mean in english?)

I need a new 15" MBP for film editing. The processor speed numbers are confusing.

The Tech Specs for the MBPr are here:http://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/specs-retina/ and you can see both 15" models come with the i7 processor, one at 2.0 and the other at 2.3 GHz.  The processors are identical except for the clock speed, which directly indicates how many calculations a second they can perform.  If you are doing things like editing or rendering or ray tracing, heavy duty computational things, the faster the processor, the less time it takes to do the task.
But the 2.3 GHz machine has even more, twice the memory and twice the storage capacity.  With film work that will get to be important since you can load more directly into memory where it is readily accessible to the processor, and twice the storage so you do not have to move material to an external drive so soon.  Both of which will contribute to faster workload turn around for you.
For your needs, the faster machine with twice the memory and twice the SSD storage will be the thing you need.  And, keep in mind that the MBP cannot be upgraded after purchase like in the past.  So get all you will need now at the time of purchase.

I have an iMac purchased new about 5 years ago with OS 10.4.11. I would like to upgrade to Lion. I currently have a 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2 GB of ram. Can I upgrade to Lion, and what is the best way to do so?

    From what I read here:
    http://www.tuaw.com/2011/06/06/lion-...u-2-gb-of-ram/
s long as they already have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed in it.All a person needs to do with that type of iMac is to upgrade/max out their Ram. They claim that an Interl iMac with Core 2 Duo is all that is needed, as long as it has OS 10.6.8 installed. They say you don`t need  the "Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor"
But I wonder about the RAM speed, the iMac 2.33Ghz uses DDR2 SDRAM,  which I believe is rated at 667Mhz. Lion maybe installed but it might be problems running smoothly or not?
Did some quick checking and the iMacs apple is selling this year use 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM.
The only thing to do is to make sure you have a good back-up, Install your RAM and install Snow Leo, then wait a couple of hours and install Lion.
    Good Luck

  • What makes the biggest speed dif - HD or ghz?

Time to get a discontinued MacBook Pro. I've been waiting to see what the new ones would be like......... I do not want a glossy screen!
My current MBP is 2.16 ghz, original 2 core (not duo) with a 7200 rpm hard drive, and 2 GB ram.
I can't seem to find a discontinued one with a 7200 rpm drive.
SO, instead of the faster HD, do I go for the 2.5 or 2.6 ghz? (They have 512 mb graphics instead of 256. Will This make a difference if I use mainly LR2. I am not a gamer, but am getting into video editing.)
Or do I just get the HD replaced with a 7200? If so, will an Apple store do this under warranty?
I do plan to upgrade to 4 GB ram no matter what.
Advice on these options would be most appreciated. I want to buy quickly while they are still available.
    Thanks!

Processor speed (GHz) will always make the most difference for everything, but hard drive speed is nice for smooth video editing.
