What is the RF transaction LMXX to print out a label and rational of using label
Hi,
I search through the web and to my vail and no answer to be found.
Question 1 -
I would like to know what is the standard SAP mobile RF transaction code (i.e. LMXX) to print a label (i.e. something like LT31 to print a label), do you know?
Question 2 -
I am a bit confused here with regard to the business rational about the use of label.
For example, when a freight forward truck send us our goods stuck with pallet and parcel, the trucker pass us a document which consists of the PO and Inbound delivery number on the paper. I understand at this stage we can use RF to scan inbound delivery to create TO putaway.
However, my question is do we need to generate a putaway label to attach to all the parcel (pallets of the goods)? What is the business rational and benefit of printing a putaway label?
In between, there is no Storage Unit (SU) nor HUM used in this little subsidiary of our company.
Please enlighten me,
regards,
Tuff
Hi,
You can print the SU labels automatically when you do a TO confirmation from RF based on the settings or you can manually do a SU label Print using LT32.
Normally we use SU labels to uniquely identify each pallet with a unique id no, also you can incorporate all the info such as material, batch, quntity, TO no etc. in the SU label which be used for scanning for putaway.
If you don't use SU management, then you can just go for TO label print.
Normally, business also use Shipping labels while packing the materials in the warehouse which we will used by the container (especially outside the plants to identifiy the destination of the material)
Thanks,
Ram

I am getting pop ups on safari and firefox lately and am worried I may have malware or something now on my computer doing this. What is the best way to check this out for sure and remove it?
Please review the options below to determine which method is best to remove the Adware installed on your computer.
The Easy, safe, effective method:

What is the best all-in-one printer out there today
I have a home office. I have been running either Canon or Epson printers for years. My Canon MP830 is dying - I am getting a blac stripe down the middle of every paper. I need a new all-in-one printer. I want it to work wirelessly and the ink should be reasonably priced. I need it to scan easily and print in both color and black & white. I do not print photos too often it is mostly day-to-day stuff so it does not have to have the higest quality output. I looked at the Apple Store and Apple seems to be recommending Epson. But Apple seems to go through stages ... a couple of years ago it was almost exclusively Canon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi all, I very specifically put what was important to me and my needs in this post. I am looking for opinions and experiences from other Mac users. I also read reviews but those cna be influenced by advertisers. That is why I am posting in this discussion group - to get feedback from like-minded users. Postings from my fellow Apple users that tell me if someone has actually purchased an Epson 545 and truly likes it, or was dissappointed in their HP, or has some issues with their Canon ... all of that will be helpful. Thanks.

What is the difference between connecting a printer via USB or Ethernet ?
What is the difference between connecting a printer via USB or Ethernet ?
When a Printer with an Ethernet connector is connected via Ethernet, it becomes a peer device on your Network. It is available whenever it is on for all users on your Network.
When connected via USB, it relies on your computer to "Share" it onto the local Network. It is only available when the attached computer is on. It takes resources from that computer to facilitate printing for any User. -
What's the best way to save an 8.5 x 11 image for use as a page background in a PDF?
What's the best way to save an 8.5 x 11 image for use as a page background in a PDF? My goal is to have a relatively small final .pdf file size that includes numerous pages with full 8.5 x 11 images as backgrounds in the document. If I save at 8.5 x 11 and 72dpi (example), the image is not 8.5 x 11, and the quality is not good enough. I need help with size, dpi, and file format to save as before I place it in InDesign and then save as a .pdf.
Thanks,
JimDo exactly what I said then. Create the InDesign document of the required dimension, and chose whether it will be high quality print, or Interactive PDF. It really doesn't mater what format you bring the image into that document. It can be JPG, PNG, but I usually use native Photoshop PSD. The image does have to be of high enough resolution, but it can be many times bigger than iis required for the final export. (InDesign does not import the image, but rather references it on your hard drive.)
When you have placed your text and finished your page, then export it to PDF, but go through the tabs chosing suitable settings. If the image needs to be downsized, InDesign will do that at this stage while building the PDF.
If you can tell us how this presentation will be made (Projector, overhead projector, printed page etc. or just emailed to the end users) we can help you more with the final output settings. -
What's the maximum size a varchar2 variable can hold for and NDS Stmnt?
What's the maximum size a varchar2 variable can hold for and NDS Statement? I read that NDS is good for doing EXECUTE IMMEDIATE on statements that aren't too big. The 10g PL/SQL manual recommends using DBMS_SQL for statements that are too large, but it never gave a limit for what too large was. Does anyone know offhand?
The limit is the same as the length of varchar2 variable within PL/SQL - that is varchar2(32767).It's not documented, but intermediate concatenation result can hold up to (64k-1) :
Connected to:
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
declare
part1 varchar2(32767) := rpad('begin null;', 32767);
part2 varchar2(32767) := lpad('end;', 32767);
begin
dbms_output.put_line(length(part1 || ' ' || /*' ' ||*/ part2));
execute immediate part1 || ' ' || part2;
end;
65535
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed. -

What is the strongest iPad that will work in New Zealand and Australia. What is the cost including tax, please? Can I purchase this at the Brea, California Apple shop?
You can see the American retail prices on the Apple website. If you look at 3G, make sure not to get the Verizon model, as it won't work outside of the US.
Otherwise, sales taxes are different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so you'll have to Google to find out the local sales tax in Brea as well as the California state sales tax. -
What are the endpoints attributes collected by NAC Profiler through SNMP and DHCP?
Hi Everyone,
Please help on this.
I want to know what are the endpoints attributes collected by NAC Profiler to discover and profile the endpoints.through SNMP protocol and DHCP protocol.
Also if anybody can explain a simple used case on this.
Please guide me on this.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks,
Abuzar.Hi,
SNMP
=====
NetMap queries network devices via SNMP for:
System information
Interface information
Bridge information
802.1X information (PAE MIB)
Routing/IP information
CDP MIB Information
This information is used to Build and maintain a model of the network topology and endpoint discovery.
NetMap uses SNMP Get, GetNext and GetBulk (when available) requests to query the SNMP agents running on the network infrastructure devices to gather specific Management Information Base (MIB) objects about their status based on device type (Layer 2 or Layer 3).
In addition to polling each network device for all MIB data at a regular interval, NetMap may also be commanded to poll port-specific information when the NAC Profiler system is notified that an endpoint has joined or left the network via SNMP traps sent by devices at the network edge, switches typically.
Upon receipt and verification of a link state (link up, link down) or MAC notification trap, NetTrap will notify the NAC Profiler Server that a change has occurred on the network edge (endpoint joined or left a network port). If the trapping device is in the NAC Profiler configuration, the NetMap component module assigned to poll the device that sent the trap will be commanded by the Server module to initiate a poll of the device's port information to determine the change to the endpoint topology that resulted in the trap being sent by the network device.
The information gathered by NetMap is processed by the Server accordingly to update the network topology, noting the endpoint joining or leaving a port. Note that NetMap SNMP polling of network devices resulting from a trap is localized to the port specified in the trap. This is unlike the regular polling that occurs at the frequency specified for each device type (L2 and L3) which gathers all SNMP information from the device used by the NAC Profiler system.
DHCP:
=====
The NetWatch module listens for traffic including DHCP traffic.
The module will collect all the DHCP information on the traffic collected, like mac address, ip address, DHCP Vendor Class Identifier in DHCP request, host name in DHCP request, requested specified options in DHCP request (option 55) and full list of DHCP options supported by the DHCP client as specified in the DHCP request.
All the endpointe data can then be used to map endpoints with profiles.
HTH,
Tiago

What are the steps in watching a rental that was purchased and downloaded to your iphone 4? or to watch on a home laptop?
In order to watch it, just start playing it - if you've downloaded or synced it to your iPhone then it should be in the Videos app, or if it's on your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Movies section of your library. You have 30 days to start watching it from when you rent it, and once you start watching it you then have 48 hours (24 hours in the US) to finish watching it. As long as the film has been fully downloaded downloaded then you should be able to watch it without being online.
There is a FAQ page about rentals here : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1657
