There isn't one.  You'll need to connect the Nano to your iTunes library and restore to factory settings.  There is no other way.

  • What is the factory setting pin code for my ipod touch?

im looking to make a purchase in app on my ipod touch and i need to switch off the restrictions under general settings. in order to this i need the pin code which is 4 digits. this must be factory set as ive not set it previously.
    thanks

A: what is the factory setting pin code for my ipod touch?

There is no default setting. You have to set the passcodes. If you cannot remember them, then see:
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.
Try restoring the iOS device if backing up and erasing all content and settings doesn't resolve the issue. Using iTunes to restore iOS devices is part of standard isolation troubleshooting. Restoring your device will delete all data and content, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, and calendar information, and will restore all settings to their factory condition.
Before restoring your iOS device, Apple recommends that you either sync with iTunes to transfer any purchases you have made, or back up new data (data acquired after your last sync). If you have movie rentals on the device, see iTunes Store movie rental usage rights in the United States before restoring.
Follow these steps to restore your device:
Verify that you are using the latest version of iTunes before attempting to update.
Connect your device to your computer.
Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
    Select the Summary tab.
    Select the Restore option.
When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up option (see in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not necessary to create another.
Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (as long as you've backed up, you should not have to worry about restoring your iOS device).
When the restore process has completed, the device restarts and displays the Apple logo while starting up:

This is not a supported Redundancy configuration:
Understanding How Supervisor Engine Redundancy Works
Note The redundant supervisor engines must be of the same type with the same model feature card. The WS-X6K-SUP1-2GE and the WS-X6K-SUP1A-2GE (both without PFCs) are compatible for redundancy. For supervisor engines with PFCs, the PFCs must be identical for redundancy (two PFCs, two PFC2s, two PFC3As, two PFC3Bs, or two PFC3BXLs).

  • What is the motherboard and other hardware for the Pavillion dv2700?

I just got it from a friend who didn't know how to fix it, and I really just need to know the parts I need. Has the battery problem been resolved which was the root to this overheating?

    Hello
You are right. WLAN card in your notebook is Intel (Golan) Intel 3945ABG and the driver can be downloaded from http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/?page=downloads
As I can see there is version 12.2.0.11.3 available for download.
Download driver for Vista and with exe files extract it to some folder. Later look check this folder and go into folder Vista32Drv.
Drivers are there and install them manually with WLAN properties > install new driver.
    Does this method works?
What so say about BT? The latest version is the newest and you can install it on your Satellite notebook.
What you want to do with BIOS settings exactly? some certain hardware components can be also disabled in device manager.

  • Need to know what is the best and cheapest product for pure B&W only.

I am switching from fine art 4x5, B&W photography in the old fashioned chemical darkroom to pure digital.  I want to get the best professional Adobe program for this purpose at the best cost.  Not interested in any fancy manipulation beyond what I could do in the old chemical darkroom, simply want to produce the best "straight" black and white images in sizes up to 20x24.  Have a trial version of Lightroom and I've heard Adobe Camera Raw is a needed program also.  Any advise would be appreciated.

I got an early version of Silverfast with the scanner, but since I was getting such good results without it, I never tried it. What are it's advantages?
Since I don't have any experience with the Epson scan software I really can't compare, but you can get full details on the Lasersoft SilverFast scan software here:
    http://www.silverfast.com/
I have a Plustek Opticfilm 7600I Ai 35mm scanner that came bundled with SilverFast Ai. The biggest advantage is Multi-exposure function which takes two or more scans at different exposure levels and combines them to increase Dmax range. Dmax is where virtually ALL scanners fall short, except expensive ($5,000+) drum scanners. By extending Dmax with Multi-exposure the shadow areas (slide film) of the image have reduced noise and blocking. I couldn't even begin to scan Kodachrome slides without it! B&W negatives have lower contrast range, but Multi-exposure will surely improve the highlight detail (i.e. Negative images). There are also a number of different dust spot removal functions, including ICE. You need to check if ICE is actually supported on the target scanner and I believe it is not as effective with B&W negatives due to silver halide grain type. You' have to sort out the benefits of SilverFast that are applicable to B&W negatives versus the scanner manufacturer's software. IMHO the scanner bundles that include Silverfast (Epson 750-M) are the best bang for your buck. Some people swear by Vuescan:
    http://www.hamrick.com/
The benefit is that it is cheaper ($79.95) and I believe it can be used with multiple scanners. SilverFast requires a separate license for each scanner. Some links:
    http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?t=13525
    http://www.dpug.org/forums/f6/epson-scan-vs-silverfast-vs-vuescan-1941/
Opinions on which is best vary more than the weather! IMHO for 35mm color film work SIlverfast Ai pulls the best capability out of my scanner. Here's a 3600dpi scan (4,833 x 3,240) of a 35mm Fujichrome Provia 100 slide showing a 100% crop (557 x 386). I use IT8 Ektachrome and Kodachrome calibration slides with SilverFast to create custom film profiles. It doesn't get any better than this, at least with 35mm film (double-click on the picture to see 1:1).

  • What's the Bullets and Bones link for...

I just got a PreSonus Firebox, but still don't know how to set it up with GB to do simultaneous track recording.
What's the B & B link that instructs you how to do that?
    Thanks

    http://www.bulletsandbones.com/GB/Tutorials/RecordingMultipleTracks.html
Basically you need to connect and set-up the Firebox first. (It doesn't use a driver, so that's cool.)
Then select it in GarageBand Prefs>Audio/MIDI.

  • I want to document everything I eat for my diet, what is the simplest and efficient way to do this, especially the wording

I dont know if I should add it to notes, or calendar date. By the way, I tried the app, lose it. I didnt like it. I especially interested in the terminology. I find with Siri, the proper word sequence is critical.

I work with program/process design for large federal projects.
I am working on modifying one of the processes needed for a database copy.
The one thing I learned years ago, and have re-learned during this process, is that nothing beats a documentation process you create yourself.  You already learned that someone else's brain-child of a recording process does nto always work for another.
I have 2 Excel spreadsheets used to "incrementally build" the final list of commands I need, but it uses several TABs on two separate Excel spreadsheets and many cell-fomulas on one TAB that refer to other TABs.
In short, ask yourself how you would record the food/calories you eat, and start building the process.  You may be very surprised at how talented you really are at creating effective processes.
