After looking into the technical side of my MBP, i saw that my full charge capacity was 6567 mAh.
I looked into this because it seemed as if my MBP's battery wasn't lasting as long as I thought it once was.

The baseline full charge capacity varies with MBP variant. The easist way to find the baseline value is to get the free utility Coconut Battery:

I have an approx. 1 month old MBP; the first battery was just replaced by Apple. I received the new battery on Friday and let it charge fully. On Friday evening, I turned on the MBP and saw that the battery showed "original capacity 5500, current capacity 5391 (fully charged)". I thought that a bit strange, so I decided to calibrate it following Apple's instructions. On Saturday, after fully charging it again, it showed "current capacity 5301". FIGURED IT OUT! My battery level reached 95% and the battery status said, "the battery is not charging"
I looked it up on apple support and found this very useful section in the Macbook Pro User's Guide:
"If the battery icon in the Finder menu bar is set to show the percentage of charge, you might sometimes notice that the battery does not attain a full 100 percent charge when the power adapter is attached. This is normal behavior; battery life is maximized if charging is not continuously cycled on and off when the battery’s charge capacity is between 95 and 100 percent. When the battery level eventually drops below 95 percent, it will charge all the way to 100 percent."
This fits with my problem. This macbook pro has been literally plugged in for well over a week!
So much for the "apple products are losing their quality"

I bought the Mophie juice pack™ powerstation from the Apple store for $80. It has more then enough power to quickly boost the charge on my iPhone4S to an acceptable level. It requires the standard 30pin/USB Apple cord to plug into it.
But unless you need to charge your phone from 5-100%, this battery is overkill. It's a real hassle having the Apple cord connected to your phone whilst there's a battery in your pocket and you end up looking quite strange with your "corded" smartphone.
I might recommend a battery case (Mophie has these), but they don't offer the protection that I need (I use a LifeProof case). Instead I would buy a smaller Mophie juice pack™ reserve (keychain, direct plug) to get out of a bind and then charge up your iPhone in the car, wall, airplane, etc.
My only concern with the above (direct plug batteries) is that the slightest bump and the battery becomes a lever that could break the 30 pin plug on your phone, just like that warily flimsy feeling when you put an iPhone in a dock.

Our requirement is to receive and register complaints from contact center and process them by integrating back end ECC and BIW systems.
As per my understanding we can not integrate ECC transactions in CASE Management while CASES are being created through Interaction Center.
Please help me to map the following requirement successfully into SAP.

How to track the status and solution of the complaint available in back end ECC system?
How the complaints are stored in ECC system?

Definition
Transferring FI accounting documents from an external system into the SAP System using program RFBIBL00.
Use
You use program RFBIBL00 to enter accounting documents and to clear open items.
Method
Program RFBIBL00 primarily transfers accounting documents using the batch input method. However, you can also generate documents immediately using call transaction or direct input by means of the "Data transfer type" parameter. Both of these procedures lead to improvements in system performance when transferring large quantities of data (more than 10,000 transactions).
Object-Specific Settings
With call transaction or direct input, documents are posted immediately to the SAP System. As a result, you need to ensure that if for any reason the program is terminated, it can be restarted without inconsistencies occurring in the data.

To enhance the batch input procedure, the system offers the direct input technique, especially for transferring large amounts of data. In contrast to batch input, this technique does not create sessions, but stores the data directly. It does not process screens. To enter the data into the corresponding database tables directly, the system calls a number of function modules that execute any necessary checks. In case of errors, the direct input technique provides a restart mechanism. However, to be able to activate the restart mechanism, direct input programs must be executed in the background only. To maintain and start these programs, use program RBMVSHOW or Transaction BMV0.
