I would like to send an email to Apple and ask questions about iBooks Author. What email address should I send?

I Apublished a book with iBook Author (IBA) and was directed to register through iTunes Connect. IBA had issues with my IRS information requiring a correction be made to the application. iTunes Connect will not allow me to make any correction and displays the following:
The following error(s) occurred:
The iTunes Store account entered has already applied to distribute content on the iBookstore. To continue with this application, you must enter a different iTunes account.
I was further advised to send a copy of my IRS info but the email address provided to do this is undeliverable.

1. Load your movie into Quick Time Player.
2. When in Quick Time Player go to File then Export to then check Broadband H.264, 5Mbp/s maximum data rate.

Most of their internal users are using SKYPE.

All of that is possible without PSTN connectivity or the plus cal.
When you say VoIP, do you mean audio chatting over TCP/IP in the purest form, or do you mean specifically telephone calls?
Technially PC-to-PC computer audio calling is VoIP, or voice over IP, but if you're talking about connecting it to a PBX or the phone network, you don't need it for any of the above. It works wonderfully and is quite a bit cheaper without it due to
fact that you won't need to license the plus cal for enterprise voice or the Exchange enterprise cal for voicemail.

What is the contact email for customer complaints?

I have an issue I doubt mac can or would be willing to resolve, therefore going into the shop, I believe, would be unproductive.
My charger recently failed, and it was replaced in store (and for the hassle-free experience, I am rather appreciative of, to be certain). However, when I returned home, it did not fit properly my adapter. As I have recently moved to the UK from Canada, I needed to purchase a box of adapters (though I only needed one) from the mac shop in Toronto. As this box was painfully expensive and I paid quite a bit for what, in reality, was a single adapter, I do not wish to purchase another one. Furthermore, it worked reasonably well on my previous charger for a month, but now is quite literally taped to the new one.
Yes, you read that right. I had to squeeze the adapter and charger together as they do not fit snugly to a) allow the circut to complete and the charger to function and b) to prevent the audiable electric hissing and popping noises eminating from it.
I am incredibly unimpressed. Both of these devices are geniune apple products and I have no intention of purchasing another box of chargers to have this same problem again.
Hence why I do not think that anyone at the shop will be able to help me. I wish to make apple aware that their chargers / adapters are, in some cases, faulty as **** and will end up burning someones house down.
The tape job is just for tonight while tomorrow I will order an extention cable which has a smaller, north american end for the box, and a british plug for the wall.

Oracle's strategic direction is based around Java/SOA/ADF - this is the technology on which Oracle's future business applications, Fusion, are built. However, if Forms is still meeting your needs then there is no reason to move off of it.
We've hopefully made this clear in our tools statement of direction (on otn.oracle.com/products/forms).

I'm making the book for children and there is one chapter providing coloring pages. So I wish to attach pdf files that allow users to download it at the end of chapter so that they can print it out. Been searching through discussion, I've found some advice about taking screen snapshot page-by-page > then send the pics from photo album to email. However, I'm wondering if there's a way that make the process easier.

This has proved unsatisfactory to me so far. Lines are left in etc.

There are two basic menus for fonts - one from the main menu bar and one from the toolbar. You can also bring up the font manage dialog.
I don't recommend trying to hard to force an otherwise foreign font, as it inevitably needs to be usable/supported on iOS as well, and that can get tricky w/3rd party fonts, as an example, even with the expanded font support in the latest iBA.
If you need to discuss fonts more, I suggest starting a new thread....preferably with a slightly more brief title, thanks.

    I ended up in this thread in search of a functional Exchange ready mail client capable of supporting multiple mail profiles. Since there are no free applications to accomplish this in the app stor, which I can find, I figured I'd leverage the 'community' for some direction before throwing good money after bad.
   As I assume Im not the only one to do this, I figured I'd help straighten these folks out on the lingo (as they werne't applying it properly) and the sassy 'sound like apple users' comment references the way ANTI-apple folks assume you people are less than adequite users.
   If I called an apple an orange, you would say I was wrong. If I did it repeatedly, after correction, you would assume Im incompetant.
   Seriously, its a stupid machine and will only do what you tell it. (true for all computers, apple or otherwise)

What are the ideal specs for a DigiBeta master tape when authoring a "widescreen anamorphic" 16:9 SD DVD (original aspect ratio is 14:9)?

I just received the masters for a new SD DVD. I would like to author a "widescreen anamorphic" SD DVD horizontally squeezed widescreen image stored in a standard 4:3 aspect ratio DVD image frame. (On 4:3 displays, mattes should preserve the original aspect ratio. On 16:9 displays the image will fill the screen at the highest possible resolution.)
Below I've listed the specs of the Digi Beta master tapes the producers have sent to me for digitizing. I'd like to know this: What are the ideal specs for a DigiBeta master tape when authoring a widescreen anamorphic SD DVD, using material with an original aspect ratio of 14:9?
I've also listed my guesses below. Please let me know if my guesses are right. If not, please suggest alternatives (and if possible explain why.)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF EXISTING MASTER:
