What is the tax that appears on my monthly Creative Cloud payment?

Hello!
I'm just wondering what the 5% tax is that I pay every month.
If it's GST (Canadian Goods and Services Tax), I am no longer living in Canada. How do I stop paying this tax?
If it's another kind of tax ... please let me know.

Jody Hatton, the Adobe ID has Canada as country, in case you have changed the country, you need to cancel this CC & also cancel the Adobe ID, you have to create another ID with the country that you are residing, & repurchase CC. The billing will be then as per the residing country laws.

There will no cancellation fee for such instances.

On your second computer, launch the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Click on the gear icon to display the dropdown menu. Select the option: "Creative Cloud Files"
This will open up the Creative Cloud folder with all the files that you have synced over cloud.

What are the icons that appear on the desktop when I download a program?

OK, new to the Mac so please be gentle with me!
I've downloaded some programs on my Macbook Pro. The .dmg file appears and I click on it to install the program. However, there is an icon placed on the desktop for the program, as well as it appearing on the launch bar. What are these icons for, and can I delete them without affecting the program?
Also, I'm trying to install HTC Sync for my phone but when I run the install, I get the message "HTC Sync Manager can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers." How do I clear this and run the program?
As I say, new to the Mac so be gentle with me.

I have multiple adobe Ids and can't find the one that I have used for creative cloud. I can't find help for that.

I signed in to check on my creative cloud subscription and don't see it. I must have used a different Adobe ID but for the life of me don't remember what it could have been other than what I signed in as. I can find no way to contact Adobe for this.

What is the bar that appears at the top of pages and how do I get rid of it?

Whenever a page is showing on the screen, a bar appears at the top of the page with a lot of squares ending with a square that says "diagnose." It sometimes causes a printing problem when the document prints out so small that you can't read it.

It sounds like some kind of advertising. Often behaviors that affect multiple sites are caused by an add-on, particularly an extension. You may want to review your extensions on the following page and disable ALL nonessential extensions.

While types a blank document on pages, there are "invisible" boxes at the top and bottom of each page, and they only appear when I scroll over them. Does anyone know what these boxes are, and how i can get rid of them from my paper?

Those are the Header and Footer spaces. You remove them using the Document Inspector. Uncheck the "Headers" and "Footers" checkboxes shown checked here:

What governs the apps that appear in the iTunes More by this developer box

I have 3 apps in the app store.
On the iTunes page for one of the apps it references the other two apps in the "More apps by this developer" box, but the other two apps only reference each other.
Is this due to the Primary/Secondary category combination?
App1 = Finance, News
App2 = Business, Finance
App3 = Business, Finance

I'm going to assume that you use only one Apple ID so the two things that I can think of are to quite all processes and restart all devices and then try to sync those apps again. Quit iTunes, restart your computer and the iPad and then try to sync the apps again.
The other thing would be to try to reset your iTunes account by signing in and out of the account on the iPad. Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad and then sign in to your account and try again.

What replaces the CS6 spry menu bar in dreamweaver creative cloud 2014?

Previously I used Dreamweaver CS6 and the spry menu bar widget (horizontal). I do not see this in Dreamweaver CC 2014. I am looking around in the Insert Panel (jQuery UI) but don't think a spry menu bar equivalent is listed.
Is there such an equivalent built into Dreamweaver CC 2014?

The fact that you ask the question suggests that you are not in the UK. But for clarification, whether the price includes taxes depends on where you are buying. I'm sure the Apple Store will state (probably in small print at the bottom of the page) whether the price is with or without taxes and what percentage of tax is added.
For instance, here in the UK, the price on the Apple Store does include taxes, so the price shown is what you pay. This is clearly stated on their store's pages. Delivery is an extra however. I believe the the USA always adds local tax on top of the price shown. What happens elsewhere, I don't know.

What should I do about an odd icon on the desktop that appeared when I restored my iPhone?

I have an odd icon on the desktop that appeared when I restored the software in my iPhone, and I do not know what to do about the strange file. The scenario is as follows:
Recently I was having some problems with the proximity sensor on the iPhone, and I read that if one restored the software on the iPhone, this often allowed the sensor to be calibrated and it would work properly. Thus I synchronized (backed up) the iPhone and then wiped it out and reinstalled the software. At the point iTunes asked me did I want to restore the phone from a backup, I decided that since I did not to re-import any corrupted stuff from the old installation that might affect the operation of the proximity sensor, then I would start over and just set it up as a new phone. I was able to get what little I wanted of stuff otherwise from the iCloud and my music from iTunes, so everything seems to have gone fine.
However, now I have a file that has an image of a Lego-block with musical notes and an iPod on its sides that appeared on the desktop. The odd file is called "iPhone3,1_5.0_9A334_Restore.ipsw". What on earth is this all about???? When I search the internet, I see people who have jailbroken their iPhones talking about .ipsw files, but to the best of my knowledge, I have not done anything to jailbreak my iPhone, nor would I ever want to do such. Why did this file appear on my desktop? What is this file for for? Can I delete this file?

I forgot to mention also that when I tried to delete this icon, the trash eternally acted like it was emptyint the trash, but the progress bar was not progressing. I suppose that is because the file size is too large (812 MB).
