What is the transaction to see "Process Chain Hierarchy"

Hello experts,
I would like to see the process chain hierarchy. Do you know the transaction which edit all the above hierarchy from a name of process chain.
For example, I have a chain called ZFG_SALES_ATTR_01 and would like to get all the chain which depends on ZFG_SALES_ATTR_01.
Regards,
Santos,

Thnaks for your answer.
The transaction RSPC does not meet my needs because it gives the top of the hierarchy and it is not really practical if you are looking for a chain from the bottom of chain to the top.

    Hi,
    1) Invalid characters while loading: When you are loading data then you may get some special characters like @#$%...e.t.c.then BW will throw an error like Invalid characters then you need to go through this RSKC transaction and enter all the Invalid chars and execute. It will store this data in RSALLOWEDCHAR table. Then reload the data. You won't get any error because now these are eligible chars done by RSKC.
    2) IDOC Or TRFC Error: We can see the following error at u201CStatusu201D Screen:Sending packages from OLTP to BW lead to errorsDiagnosisNo IDocs could be sent to the SAP BW using RFC.System responseThere are IDocs in the source system ALE outbox that did not arrive in the ALE inbox of the SAP BW.Further analysis:Check the TRFC log.You can get to this log using the wizard or the menu path "Environment -> Transact. RFC -> In source system".Removing errors:If the TRFC is incorrect, check whether the source system is completely connected to the SAP BW. Check especially the authorizations of the background user in the source system.Action to be taken:If Source System connection is OK Reload the Data.

    Hello,
    Go into transaction code RSPC and then select the particular process chain by going into the edit mode and in the menu...
    Look for Execution --> Remove from Schedule.
    Let me know if that answered your question.

  • What's the recommended setting for "Process memory usage" ("process virtual" in UI) for a 64-bit host on a 64-bit OS?

    Hi gurus
    In resource based throttling, what's the recommended setting for "Process memory usage" ("process virtual" in the resource based throttling tab of the UI) for a 64-bit host
    on a 64-bit Windows OS?
    According to MS (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee308808(v=bts.10).aspx):
    "By default, the
    Process memory usage throttling threshold is set to 25. If this value is exceeded and the BizTalk process memory usage is more than 300 MB, a throttling condition may occur. On a 32-bit
    server, you can increase the Process memory usage value to 50. On a 64-bit server, you can increase this value to 100. This allows for more memory consumption by the BizTalk process before throttling
    occurs."
    Does this mean that 100 is the recommended setting for a 64-bit host on a 64-bit Windows?
    Thanks
    Michael Brandt Lassen

    Hi Michael,
    Recommended setting is the default setting which is 25 .dot.
    If your situation is abnormal and you see message delivery throttling state to “4” when the following performance counters are high or if you expect any of you integration
    process could have impact on following counters, then you can consider the suggestion by Microsoft. Don’t change the default setting.
    High process memory
    Process memory usage (MB)
    Process memory usage threshold (MB)
    You can see these counters under “BizTalk:MessageAgent”
    You can gauge these performance counter and its maximum values if have done any regression/performance testing in your test servers. If you have seen these counters having
    high values and causing throttling, then you can update the Process memory usage.
    Or unexpectedly you’re process high throughput messages in production which is causing these counters to go high and cause throttling, then up can update the Process memory
    usage.
    The above two cases where I know my expected process usage (by doing performance testing) or suddenly my production server processing has gone high due to unexpected business
    hike (or any reasons) which caused throttling, then do changes to default throttling setting.
    Just changing the default setting without actual reason could have adverse effect where you end up allocating
    more processing capacities but the actual message processing message usage ever is low means you end up investing in underutilised resources.

    What is the step by step process to unlock my disabled ipad?

    Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode
    1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
    2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
    3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
    Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

  • At what scenario we go for copy process chain??

    At what scenario we go for copy process chain??

    Hi,
    Letu2019s say you are doing regular monitoring of a process chain. One fine day this process chain gets failed due to some reason on one of steps. And say there are 10 more steps still to be executed.
    You fixed the error by performing some manual activity which was actually next steps of process chain where it failed.
    Now you can not do repeat/repair in process chain because you have already performed them but you want remaining steps to be executed automatically not manually.
    What you can do is copy chain with only required steps in it remove remaining steps.

  • Removing the "target server" from process chain jobs

    Dear SAP Community,
    Please note we are on BW version 3.5
    We have a very large number of process chains that are used to load data in the production environment. Many of those process chains have a "target server" specified, so that the jobs will run only on the central instance.
    A new application server has just been added to the environment, and we want to remove the "target server" definition so that the dispatcher will be free to load balance the process chain jobs.
    We can see the attributes for each process chain are stored in a table called RSPCCHAINATTR.
    Please let me know: can we update the value of field SERVER in table RSPCCHAINATTR, to set it to blank using SQL-PLUS ?
    And then can we run a /$sync to bring these changes up into the application layer ?
    This would save tons of time & manual effort, and it would set the target server to blank for all of the process chains at once, instead of clicking manually so many times to clear the value for each process chain.
    Please let me know if we can take this approach ? Is there any chance of the process chains becoming inactive by doing this ?
    We want to set the "target server" = blank in all cases, instead of manually clicking into each and every process chain.
    Please let me know, thanks.

    Check tcode RSBATCH, If I'm not wrong all process types are assigned to central server. Remove that server name and save.
    Now, If u execute process chain, system will prompt you assign server/host name. To skip this follow the below.
    Again use RSBATCH, under 'Background and Parallel Processes' tab, click 'Switch Off F4 Popup for Server/Host/Group', enter * (star) under Users for 'Users for Whom NO Server/Host/Group Popup Should be Processed'.
    Now, If u execute process chain, it should run on either of servers.
    Since u added Appln Server, best bet would be creating a server group. See the below link.
    How to run Process Chain jobs WITHOUT a target server

    hi
    MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE fm is used to create a IDOC for outbound & for inbound
    try this
    you can use master_ale_distribute function module to create the idoc.but before that you need to populate two internal table to pass in to this function module.
    1.it_edidc = this internal table tells the port, partner profile etc.this internal table having the same structure of edidc table
    2,second you create the internal table conatains the data records.this table got the the structure of edid4.
    3.populate these two internal table and pass this to this function module
    4.you can populate the second internal table from your flat file by writing some upload program
    FORM master_ale_distribute .
    *PERFORM get_mestype.
      wa_edidc-mestyp = wrk_mestyp.
      wa_edidc-idoctp = wrk_idoctyp.
      CALL FUNCTION 'MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE'
      EXPORTING
        master_idoc_control                  = wa_edidc
      OBJ_TYPE                             = ''
      CHNUM                                = ''
      TABLES
        communication_idoc_control           = it_edidc
        master_idoc_data                     = it_idoc_data.
      IF sy-subrc  0.
      ELSE.
        READ TABLE it_edidc INTO wa_edidc INDEX 1.
        IF sy-subrc = 0.
          MESSAGE s006(msg) WITH wa_edidc-docnum.
