What is the transid in incoming payment tables for canceled entry

The transid for document No. 1267 is 5555 in tables ORCT & OJDT.
if canceled the document no. 1267 then reverse entry transid in ojdt table for this document is 5556.
But where I have to find the reference 5556 in Incoming tables.
I don't want to in a report the both 5555 & 5556 JEs.

Hi
you have two entries for OJDT table with the same document number and source, one for the original and another one for the cancellation.
Kind regards

  • What is the transaction to fill Setup tables for 2LIS_08TRFKZ

    Hello Friends,
I am using OLI8BW setup table transaction for 2LIS_08TRFKZ extractor. Is this transaction correct?  Its not just working.
    Thanks
    Simmi

why don't you go through the menu if you're not sure about the transaction code?
SBIW > Settings for Application-Specific DataSources > Logistics > Managing Extract Structures > Initialization > Filling in the Setup Table > Application-Specific Setup of Statistical Data > LES - Shipment Costs - Carry Out Restructure
then launch it and follow menu
    System > Status
it will tell you the transaction code (= VIFBW)

  • What is the better way to join table for ASE 12.5?

To join table with T-SQL, there are 2 options:
    select * from tab1 a join tab2 b on a.id = b.id where x=y
    select * from tab1a, tab2 b where a.id = b.id and x=y
this is only a syntax difference or there is a performance difference? which one is better for performance?

The first query (using the join clause) is the ANSI standard way of writing joins and is usually supported by all mainstream RDBMSs.
The second query is the T-SQL method of writing joins and may have limited re-usability with other RDBMSs.
In most cases which one you use is usually one of preference, ie, which ever one you're comfortable with.
From a technical perspective there are some join constructs that you cannot build with T-SQL joins, but can build with ANSI joins (eg, you may have problems in T-SQL with a table that you want to be both a) an inner table of an outer join and b) part of a equi/inner join).
Soooo, ANSI joins provide you a lot more flexibility in coding as well as portability (between other RDBMSs).  But if you're going to work with ASE you'll still need to understand how T-SQL joins work as you'll see quite a lot of T-SQL join-based queries.

  • What is the main use of mseg table

what is the main use of mseg table. when we should actually use this. please explain me in detail. then what is the difference betweeln mseg and mara table.

    MM Process flow:
The typical procurement cycle for a service or material consists of the following phases:
    1. Determination of Requirements
Materials requirements are identified either in the user departments or via materials planning and control. (This can cover both MRP proper and the demand-based approach to inventory control. The regular checking of stock levels of materials defined by master records, use of the order-point method, and forecasting on the basis of past usage are important aspects of the latter.) You can enter purchase requisitions yourself, or they can be generated automatically by the materials planning and control system.
    2. Source Determination
The Purchasing component helps you identify potential sources of supply based on past orders and existing longer-term purchase agreements. This speeds the process of creating requests for quotation (RFQs), which can be sent to vendors electronically via SAP EDI, if desired.
    3. Vendor Selection and Comparison of Quotations
The system is capable of simulating pricing scenarios, allowing you to compare a number of different quotations. Rejection letters can be sent automatically.
    4. Purchase Order Processing
The Purchasing system adopts information from the requisition and the quotation to help you create a purchase order. As with purchase requisitions, you can generate Pos yourself or have the system generate them automatically. Vendor scheduling agreements and contracts (in the SAP System, types of longer-term purchase agreement) are also supported.
    5. Purchase Order Follow-Up
The system checks the reminder periods you have specified and - if necessary - automatically prints reminders or expediters at the predefined intervals. It also provides you with an up-to-date status of all purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders.
    6. Goods Receiving and Inventory Management
Goods Receiving personnel can confirm the receipt of goods simply by entering the Po number. By specifying permissible tolerances, buyers can limit over- and underdeliveries of ordered goods.
    7. Invoice Verification
The system supports the checking and matching of invoices. The accounts payable clerk is notified of quantity and price variances because the system has access to PO and goods receipt data. This speeds the process of auditing and clearing invoices for payment.

  • What is the use of E/F tables?

What is the use of E/F tables?

    Hi,
When ever we are loading the data into the cube, the data 'll store in F table.
Ex: I have cube which Tech name is like 0RT_C03.And data is loaded.I can find the that data in F table bu navigating like this
Goto SE11 ,select Table radio botton and type /BI0/F0RT_C03.then click the display tab which is available in the bottom of the screen.
Ther you can find new screen the click the botton Content or 'shiftcontrolF10' and then click execute botton. Here you can find the loaded data.As this you can see E table data also .But you can find no data.
When we are generating the report based on this cube the F table data only available for reporting.not E table data.
I hope this 'll helps you.assign point if this helps

can any explain me in which cases we use these two tables

    Hi Jyothsna,
    I would like to abbreviate,
    KONV as Conditions (Transaction Data).
    KONP as Conditions (Item).
I would like to suggest a few references,
    [SDN - Reference for use of Tables - KONV and KONP for finding - Document number|finding document number using tables KONV, KONP and KONH;
    [SDN - Reference for Linking Tables - KONV & KONP with examples|KONV, KONP;

  • What is the difference between RT(Result table)& CRT(Cumilative result tabl

what is the difference between RT(Result table)& CRT(Cumilative result table)

    Hi,
RT Contains all the results of the payroll of the current
period, i.e, ur current months Basic, HRA, CLA etc. Where as in CRT contains
all the cummulated amount of the Basic, HRA, CLA, i.e, lets us assume that
ur basic per month is 5000/- then in RT table u will have Basic amount for
the month of September will be 5000/- and in CRT for the month of September
u will have Basic amount as 30,000/- ie, 5000 * 7. And also CRT has Yearly
amount and also Current month amount. you can check this with the Tcode

  • What is the difference between organisation payment method and Assignment payment method?

What is the difference between organisation payment method and Assignment payment method?
As i am a new bie, i am curious to know this though it might sound a silly question.
    Thank you,
    Kuton

You can create an Organization payment method of any Payment type(Cash, Check, BACS, NACHA etc) under the same country.
All these will be valid payment methods on the payroll description form.
And you can even attach these to a person.
In which case you will have a Base currency (say USD) and payment currency (say GBP).
These cases are not normal and only used by people who use a single BG for paying employees in 3-4 countries.
So, unless you need to pay in different currencies, do not use it.
    Cheers,
    Vignesh

  • What is the difference between updating a table specifying a specific partition compare to not specifying

    Hello,
What is the difference when updating a table specifying a specific partition compare to not specifying a specific partition?
Does specifing a specific partition while doing an update only update values within that specific partition?
    For example:
    update tab_abc partition (nov_2013)
    set col_abc = 'ABC';
    vs.
    update tab_abc
    set col_abc='ABC';
    Thank you.

Yes, but better to do this:
    update tab_abc
    set    col_abc = 'ABC'
    where  date_key >= to_date('01-NOV-2013','DD-MON-YYYY')
    and    date_key <  to_date('01-DEC-2013','DD-MON-YYYY')
(where date_key is the column your table is partitioned on)
Now your code is totally unaware that the table is partitioned but it can still use partition pruning.
And your code won't break if the partitioning strategy changes (which it certainly can).

It depends on the kind of application you want to develop....You can use Editable ALV or Table Control......
