What is the use of transaction code VF24

what is the use of transaction code VF24. if possible please provide some documentation

Hi,
The main use of VF24 transaction code : edit work list for invoice list.
This enables the user to understand the processes left during the combine processing of invoices.
like which are left for releasing to accounts, which have still pending payment posting, with respect to the invoice list consisting of the combination of invoices.
invoice list is a combination of different invoices with same critierias. so to check and process these invoice lists collectively this function is used.

siddharth.

    Hello,
Yes, you are right. Before ECC 6.0 version the TC: KSU5 has been used for actual assessment. Now in ECC 6.0 the same transaction code has been changed to FAGLGA15. You can execute the actual assessment in test run and if it is ok then run in background.

  • What is the use of T. code cj8g

    Hi All,
Can anybody explain me what is the use of T.code CJ8G.If we execute this transaction. what is the effect on cost center and wbs element.before executing this Actual settlement. what configuration is to be done pior.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Chandu

CJ8G is a T Code which processes the settlement collectively. You create a varaint (group of projects) and the execute the settlement, which then moves the cost out of the WBS elements to any receiver such as cost centres etc.,
    CJ88 processes the settlement individually.
    For settlement to run, you need to do certain configuration and maintain the master data;
    Configuration:
Allocation Structure (Source Cost Elements, Settlement cost element/By Cost Element)
    Settlement Profile
    Master data:
Maintain the settlement rules (receiver i.e, CTR-Cost Centre etc) on the WBS.

    Hi,
The real-time integration of Controlling with Financial Accounting was active at the time the CO documents were posted.
CO documents could be not transferred to financial accounting on behalf of errors which are only known to occur in the following situations:
    - During mass processing such as internal CO assessments or distributions
    - Manual posting of individual CO documents is not possible if errors occur in financial accounting.
    - If real-time integration was not active when the CO document was posted, you must use the report   FAGL_COFI_TRANSFER_CODOCS to transfer these CO documents to financial accounting because they are not in the worklist.

  • What is the use of t-code MD74 - Reorganising independant requirements

what is the use of t-code MD74 - Reorganising independant requirements

basically it to delete the unwanted PIR for the last period.
Let us say you planned PIR for 100.
At the end of Period the total salae order were 90, PIR shows 10 excess, this has to be deleted. We can do it manually, but this can be done collectively
pl go through the link below
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/cb/7f9b7043b711d189410000e829fbbd/frameset.htm
With the reorganization function, you can delete planned independent requirements for which there are no sales orders in the database. You can delete the planned independent requirements history.
A key date is required to carry out reorganization which is calculated as follows: the system checks whether a reorganizing interval is maintained in Customizing for the plant that you want to reorganize. If an interval is maintained for this plant, the system uses this information to calculate the key date. If no interval is maintained for this plant, the system checks whether intervals are maintained for any other plants, and selects the largest interval to calculate the key date. You can change the key date proposed in the initial screen for reorganization.
You can change the proposed key date when deleting the history. You can set a shorter interval for deleting histories than for deleting the requirements records.

  • What is the use of T-code COMAC ?

    Hi all,
I want to know the use of T-code COMAC and What is the significance of two tabs u201Cselectionu201D and u201CMass processing-material availability check ?u201D in this T-code.
    Thanks

    hi,
In collective availability check, you can check the material availability of several orders at the same time. These collective availability checks always carry out an overall availability check for each of the orders.
You can check production orders or planned orders in this way. As with individual checks, the checking rule is determined via the order type (production orders) or the MRP group / plant parameters (planned order).
On selection tab page you can restrict your selection plant wise, material wise, for production plant, for production plant, for mrp controller and so on other selection criterias are there.
Mass processing-material avail.check in function field you can select matl.avail.check and execute function let's you to start the function immedeately or in the background.

  • What is the use of t-code rsa3??

use of T-code::RSA3??when 2 use it and how 2 use it??

    Hello,
Tcode RSA3 is an extractor checker.
Uses: It will give you the number of records extracted. Then go to BW Monitor to check the number of records in the PSA and check to see if it is the same & also in the monitor header tab.
RSA3 is a simple extractor checker program that allows you to rule out extracts problems in R/3. It is simple to use, but only really tells you if the extractor works. Since records that get updated into Cubes/ODS structures are controlled by Update Rules, you will not be able to determine what is in the Cube compared to what is in the R/3 environment. You will need to compare records on a 1:1 basis against records in R/3 transactions for the functional area in question. I would recommend enlisting the help of the end user community to assist since they presumably know the data.
To use RSA3, go to it and enter the extractor ex: 2LIS_02_HDR. Click execute and you will see the record count, you can also go to display that data. You are not modifying anything so what you do in RSA3 has no effect on data quality afterwards. However, it will not tell you how many records should be expected in BW for a given load. You have that information in the monitor RSMO during and after data loads. From RSMO for a given load you can determine how many records were passed through the transfer rules from R/3, how many targets were updated, and how many records passed through the Update Rules. It also gives you error messages from the PSA.
    Hope it helps.

    Amit

  • Use of Transaction code: MBNL

    Hi,
Can someone explain with example what is the use of Transaction code: MBNL
    Thanks in advance
    Regards

    Hi,
Enter subsequent delivery (transaction code MBNL)
In goods-receipt-based invoice verification, you can post goods receipts as subsequent deliveries for previous goods receipts by referencing the original goods receipt document. In this process, the system copies the original reference document number (MSEG-LFBNR) to the new material document, thereby maintaining the link between the goods receipts and the corresponding invoice.
Subsequent deliveries are useful, if, for example:
You reverse a goods receipt after you have entered the corresponding invoice and then want to post another goods receipt
You post a return delivery and want to enter the next goods receipt with reference to the return delivery document so that the link with the invoice remains intact.
You can use the subsequent delivery function for the following business transactions:
    Goods receipt (movement type 101)
In this case, you post a further goods receipt for a purchase order (for example, in the case of partial deliveries or additional deliveries).
    Return delivery (movement type 122)
In this case, you post another goods receipt after you have entered a return delivery (also refer to Return Delivery).
Reversal of goods receipt (movement type 102)
In this case, you post another goods receipt after you have reversed a goods receipt.
    Best regards
    Erika

  • Use of transaction code IP30

    Hi all,
Could anyone please tell me the use of Transaction code IP30.
Actually we have scheduled some order but they did not get created when the date of creation came. Then we ran IP30 transaction code to see their deadline.
Then scheduled object got converted into the service order but the service orders dont have sold-to party (consumer nos.).
Please guide me how should we use IP30 Transaction and what should i do so that service order can have consumer no. when they get created.
    Thanks and Regards
    Mahavir

    Hi,
Please tell me is it necessary to run the IP Transaction code for each maintenance plan that we have scheduled?
Yes if it is needed that the plan should generate orders it needs to be scheduled either in backgroud job or needs manually executed.
Can a service order be generated automatically without running IP30 if we have scheduled a maintenance plan?
Yes you can get a service order (PM Order ) against this plant maintenance order with control key as pm03 you can get PR from PR You can get service order agin here MM intergration if the auto po concept used then auto po (service order) gets generattted.
But if u want to avoid lengthy process u can use IP10.
During each IP10 run if call falls within the date u will get maint call object that is pm order -
    >pr------->po
                              pm order----->fo (frame work order)
                              pm order -
    >service contract -
    >value / qty
(These tab u will get in pm order operation header genarl data)
Hope this is in line with your requirement.
    Thanks and Regards

  • What is the use of AB08 ?

    Dear All,
    Experts,
Can anybody tell me what is the use of  T.code AB08 ? ( Documents for Assets )
    Regards,
    Pankaj.

Hi, take a look on this:
    [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/4f/71fd71448011d189f00000e81ddfac/frameset.htm|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/4f/71fd71448011d189f00000e81ddfac/frameset.htm]
Be careful when you have an asset with several transactions, and you want to reverse a transaction that is chronologically immediately after a negative transaction. In this case, you may have to reverse the negative transaction as well, since the net book value of the asset could become negative after the first reversal.
