What is the Weigh Bridge System and How to Implement

Hi All,
I have a requirement from a client to interface with Weigh Bridge systen and to generate the delivery order record.
Could someone explain to me what is the Weigh Bridge system and how it is being implemented in SAP.
Thank you!
Regards,
Yvonne

Hi,
this is to inform you that,
this weigh bridge concept is very simple its an interface with other or software which the company which is implementing SAP.
for EG:
my company is cement company in production plant you will be getting raw materials in tons and out going finished products will also be in tons.
in that plant there is weigh bridge where in flow of materials will be wieghed and if it matches to the paper which is getting along with then he ticks OK other wise NOT.
the above case applies to out going of goods in tons also.

  • What is the FAT file system and how can I format my LEXAR flash drive with it?

Recently, Apple support helped me download my songs form iTunes to a LEXAR flash drive. I connected it to the USB connector in my car. My car's display said
"unsupported". My other LEXAR usb plays music perfectly. What is wrong? My car's manual says that my audio system reads and plays audio files on the USB flash memory device in MP3, WMA, AAC formats. (AAC format files recorded with iTunes only.)  How do I correct this problem?

Reformatting the drive will completely erase it so make sure you have copies of the files.
FAT format is an older non-Mac format but is still found on plenty of things such as flash drives.  It's the one format that both Macs and Windows computers can fully use but it has limitations outside small-scale use.  Your Apple person must have reformatted your drive to Mac format which wasn't very smart of the person since almost nothing except Apple products can work with Mac format.  Are you sure you explained how you intended to use the drive, or did you just ask the person how to put files on there?

    >>In SAP XI / PI, WS adapter is not thier frm standard SAP.
    Are you sure about this?
WS is a standard adapter shipped along with PI 7.1 installation.
    Quote from help.sap.com
Using the WS adapter you can configure the communication of systems, which communicate with each other using the Web service runtime either directly (point-to-point) or using the Integration Server

  • What's the FPGA step size and how to calculate it?

    Hi there,
I inherited an vi with problem in it. It's basically reading the binary file then display it. So the vi reads the binary file by using Read From Binary File, the output data from this function then sends to FPGA after multiply a number (32767/10). But unfortunately I got a wrong output. The final output value for some reasons looks got attenuated. People told me maybe it's related to the FPGA step size, so I want to know what is the FPGA step size and how to calculate it. Can someone answer my questions here?
    Thanks in advanced!!!

    Hi Weny,
It sounds like you are trying to find out the output resolution of your FPGA module.  It would be helpful if you provided what FPGA module you are using in your tests so we know what information to provide.  For instance, the R Series Manual provides information on how to calculate the required DAC output code to generate the desired output voltage.  You should also try to keep the accuracy of your device in mind.  The analog output signal you are generating will be subject to gain, offset, and noise errors.  You can use the specifications sheet (such as the R Series Specifications) of your device to determine what accuracy your board will have.  The specs also provide information on the resolution of the board.  You can search ni.com for the manual and specifications for your particular device if you are not using R Series.

    Hi,
Thanks a lot for your help and providing this link. I'd actually already looked at that before, but I don't understand how it clarifies what the default identity store is. The relevant part is this, if I understand correctly:
OPSS initializes the identity store service with the LDAP authenticator chosen from the list of configured LDAP authenticators according to the following algorithm:
    1.    Consider the subset of LDAP authenticators configured. Note that, since the context is assumed to contain at least one LDAP authenticator, this subset is not empty.
    2.    Within that subset, consider those that have set the maximum flag. The flag ordering used to compute this subset is the following:
        REQUIRED > REQUISITE > SUFFICIENT > OPTIONAL
Again, this subset (of LDAPs realizing the maximum flag) is not empty.
    3.    Within that subset, consider the first configured in the context.Step (1) will match 2 external AD's and the built-in WLS LDAP, so 3 in total.
Step (2) will still match 3 in total, as they are all 'sufficient'. In my setup, I need them all to be 'sufficient'.
Step (3) is a step I don't understand. What is "the first configured in the context"? What context? Do they mean the one that was first created? In that case I can't change the default, right?
Or do they mean "the first in the list on the WLS Console"?
    Best regards,

  • What are the benefits of Yosemite, and how do I use them?

I upgraded to Yosemite on my iMac.  I can see it looks different, but I don't know what the benefits are or how to access them.  I only upgraded because I have been told that I should use the newest version of software, as that is what is being maintained and improved.  Is there a site or a document somewhere that will describe the changes in Yosemite, and how to utilize them to the best advantage?

The easiest graphical way I would recommend is to search for an example "whats new in yosemite" on youtube, I am sure you will find lots of videos on that.

  • What is the output of Maya and how does Java use it in animation.

What type of software is used and what input and output files are created in the animation process?
    From what I read:
Maya is used to create polygon structures, perform rigging, and it attaches surface textures which are made in Photoshop. Then Maya creates key images or positions of the animation. Next Maya exports an image and a data file to do the neccessary transformations. Finally, Java uses the image and the data file to paint the images and their position based on the game logic's use of the data file.
What have I missed or described wrong?
I also need more clarity on the input files to Java and how Java stores and uses these files. The use of Maya images and files seems different. Is Maya or Java doing the transformations or are they both doing them? How does this work?
    Thanks for your help

Thanks for the explanations. What this means in my situation is that tags are an unnecessary way of spending a lot of time making my file system more complicated, without adding any value whatsoever. Without tags, I can find any of my 3,000 files with a few clicks. (On my computer, Spotlight has cobwebs. I very rarely need it, but it's wonderful when I do.) Now that I know how tags work, I can ignore it.
A human being can only perceive a quantity of seven without counting or grouping; hence we arrange things in structures to keep the number of entitites low on each level. You don't need to count three objects to know that they are all there, but you do need to count twelve objects. Which is why Home Alone was believable. We sort screws and nails in jars and toolboxes have compartments. Even the grocery store has a hierarchical arrangement. You don't find steaks in the bakery section, or breakfast cereal in the produce department.
Some people aren't organized, and that's not a bad thing, but no folder, no tag, and no group is going to change a fundamental personality characteristic.
Thanks everyone for showing me that in my case, there's no point to tags. That saves me a lot of time.

I've connect the mac book pro to my LED TV with the headphone port as my audio output. After I disconnect it, the internal speaker did not work and the mac could not detect it from the system preference. What is the problem? Is it because of the hardware or software problem? Please help.

  • What is the Other yellow stuff - and how do I get rid of it?

I have .18 audio, .02 photos, .01 apps and .21 OTHER? I dont know what that is or how to get rid of it. I saw where some responses said to go to the back or restore factory settings. My question is on what and how? I am very computer illiterate and getting frustrated! Now it is not much, but I don't want it to cause a problem down the road. Also, if my itouch is a 8G, why does it show only 6.5 GB as the capacity? Thanks for any help!!

To reduce "other" sometimes a restore from backup works but many times a restore to factory defaults is required. I would not be concerned until ti gets to 1 GB though.
The difference between the 8 GB iPod total capacity/storage capacity and 6.5 is due to the iOS taking up some of that difference by a lot of it is du to the difference of how BG is calculated. See:

  • What is the Category field for and how do I edit it?

In the iTunes music list, there is a category field. However, I do not see it in the get info window. Not surprisingly, although the category field shows in my iTunes music list, none of my songs have anything entered for the category. What is this field for and how do I edit it? Thanks.

The only items I have that show a category are some iTunes U downloads.
You can see a list of iTunes U category and subcategory codes and associated names here: http://deimos.apple.com/rsrc/doc/iTunesUAdministrationGuide/iTunesUintheiTunesSt ore/chapter13_section3.html

  • What is the pop-up page and how do you disable it?

When I read through documents in Acrobat XI, a small, miniature version of the page pops up on the upper right hand corner. It is surrounded by a dark gray border with a white box inside that shows me where I am on the page, and the message "page X of Y" appearing at the bottom. What is this?  I searched the manual (the Help and Tutorials document) in vain to find out what this is, I've Googled it, Bing'ed it.  No dice. Hovering my cursor over the image does not reveal anything either.   What in the heck is this thing called, and how do I disable it? It is very distracting and not very useful.

I am aware that you can turn it off by clicking on the "x" (which is barely visible).  However, this is only temporary. When I scroll down to the next page, the box pops up again. So I have to click if off on every page. What I am looking for is a way to completely disable this function so I don't have to deal with it to begin with. Thoughts?

  • What is the default identity store - and how can I set it?

    Hi,
I'm running Webcenter on WLS, and using WLS and JPS for the authentication of users. On the WLS Console, if I go to Security Realms -> myrealm -> Providers, I have a list of four different providers.
If I understand correctly, these four providers are my identity stores. How can I set one as the 'default' identity store? Or see which one is currently the default?
The reason I'm asking is I have the following code in Webcenter to create a new user in the Active Directory:
// Get the default identity store
          IdentityStore idStore = WCSecurityUtility.getDefaultIdentityStore();
// Get the user manager object
          UserManager usermgr = idStore.getUserManager();
usermgr.createUser(loginName, password.toCharArray(), propertySet); So I have a utility Java class which gives me the "default identity store". Now I want to change the WLS configuration so that the Active Directory in which I want to create new users is the "default" identity store.
Thanks in advance for any help,
    Ludovic

  • What is the point of tags, and how does one use them?

I am completely mystified by tags. This is a new feature that is supposed to be wonderful and helpful, and some people have hailed them as a major improvement. However, I can't see what they are good for.
If you put a tag on a file, it is added to the beginning of the filename in Finder, thus shortening the portion that is visible, which potentially makes it harder to identify the file. If you are thinking of telling me to abandon icon view in the Finder, forget it.
Tags have to be added manually. How does that work if you have more than 24 files? I have about 3,000.
It seems that you'd have to come up iwth a categorization scheme for alll the files on your disk. Ccmbine that with tagging them manually, won't that take a huge amount of t ime?
What added benefit do tags give the user?
We used to be able to add metadata to files with CMD+I. Now we can only add tags. Is this progress or regress and why?
Incidentally, I am over 12 years of age.

Thanks for the explanations. What this means in my situation is that tags are an unnecessary way of spending a lot of time making my file system more complicated, without adding any value whatsoever.
