What is this and how do I get rid of it?

I was cleaning my keyboard this morning and when I looked back at the screen, it was showing this strange descriptive text on the screen.  It's giving me a play-by-play of everything I'm doing with the mouse and keyboard and I don't need to see it.  I looked all around and searched high and low, but I can't find any way to shut it off.  It's obvious it was toggled somehow while I was wiping the keys down, and it seems like it's an Accesibility feature, but I don't know where the controls for it are.  Can someone help me out?
Thanks!

Oh, that's part of Voice Over?  Ok, I had the audio turned off, so I wasn't hearing anything, hence my confusion.
Awesome, thanks for your help!
